The university is one of the producers of prospective workers who have an important influence in determining the success of the workforce in pursuing their career path. The university is expected to be able to produce qualified workforce candidates, ready to use, and have hard skills and soft skills. This study aims to analyze the learning methods of the Student Soft Skill Development (S3D) program conducted at Faculty of Industrial Technology, Islamic University of Indonesia. S3D is one of the programs implemented with the aim of developing soft skills possessed by students. This study uses the literature review method where the researcher reads, understands, and compares literature from various sources with the object under study. The conclusion of this research is S3D learning method is in accordance with the theory and the results of other studies regarding soft skills education.

Processing an image is a process and image analysis which entangling many visual perceptions and in course have some characteristics of input data and output information in binding digital image. Process of changing measure for an image through magnification of resolution or measure often needed to showing the detail, for demonstration at a physic appliance, and for making of document. At the process on enlarging image resolution, method that would be used in this paper is linear interpolation. Linear Interpolation Method is mathematics algorithm which could be applied to appraise the middle price point through a diametrical line, two successive input point. The system in this paper could process image with algorithm of linear interpolation and become a new photo image with image resolution of pixel larger than the original image.Keywords: image, resolution, linear, interpolation, pixel

At the beginning of its establishment in 2013 Integrated Waste Bank of Mina Sembada operated savings transaction manually, so that sometimes in implementation had errors in data processing. Another problem that the work in the waste bank was a social working, so there was no commissionthat made rarely found someone who willing as an employee in it. For that, we need a system that could minimize the number of employee who could manage all the operations of the waste bank. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to design of management information systems for savings transaction web based to facilitate employee in data filling, data searching, data processing until tothe report in the form of Ledger easily and facilitate members to access savings that has been saved or prospective members who will access information about the latest news and profile of Integrated Waste Bank of Mina Sembada.The results showed that "ease of website interface was recognized" of 4.04 indicated that design of management information systems for savings transaction web based had an easy aspect of Learnability, “ease of website to operated” of 3,81 indicated that design of management information systems for savings transaction web based had an easy aspect of Efficiency, “ease of considering menu and display on the website” of 3,56indicated that design of management information systems for savings transaction web based had an easy aspect of Memorability. “ease of existing website applications easy to read” of 3,92 and “easily understandable image symbols" of 3.65 indicated that design of management information systems for savings transaction web based could be said to have minimized the Errors aspect, and the overall attribute that had an average value of 3.848 rounded to 3.85 indicated that design of management information systems for savings transaction web based had an easy aspect of Satisfaction.

The Boiler is one of the equipment in the steam power plant which their reliability will be decreased by annually. Boiler degradation can be observed by the decreasing value of boiler efficiency every year. To maintain the efficiency it is necessary to know the main cause of degradation factors. PLTU Tanjung Jati B Unit 3 and 4 using pulverized coal fired boilers with forced circulation and sub-critical pressure type, the steam capacity is 2x2280 tons / hour to generate electrical energy of 2x660 MW.Boiler Efficiency is calculated by indirect method with uncertainty rate (0.4% -0.8%) in every boiler heat loss. The highest efficiency of boiler Unit 3 was achieved during Commercial Operation Date (COD) in 2011 with 89.71%, while Unit 4 achieved on the 2nd test performance in 2013 with 89.61%. The lowest boiler efficiency value for Unit 3 on the 9th performance test in 2016 with 88,36%, and Unit 4 was on 9th performance test in 2016 with to 87,48%. The degradation of Unit 3 boiler efficiency during 6 years is 1.35% or 0.225% per year. While the degradation of Unit 4 boiler efficiency during 6 years is 2.13% or 0.355% per year. The major of boiler heat loss were from exhaust gas (L1), moisture content of burning hydrogen in fuel (L3) and heat loss due to the moisture in the fuel (L2). The main factors losses in boiler is caused by ash deposits in the economizer area, it make inhibition of heat transfer from (flue gas) to economizer tube, the others from the use of three types of coal which have different characteristics.

OB (Outside Broadcasting) Van Radio Gemilang FM Magelang is a vehicle that has studio facilities and transmitting equipment as a studio and broadcast radio transmitters in general in the form of mini and specific functions. From various user inputs such as broadcast division, operator and technical part there are development opportunities that can be done to further improve the quality of facilities and devices according to the needs of coverage and technology activities in the future. This study involved 30 respondents who are competent in operating OB Van equipment. The method used in this development proposal using the measurement of technique parameters with QFD method up to level 2, there are 17 quality variables that are based on 8 Quality Dimension Garvin. From the results of research conducted there are 10 technical respond that can be done, with the most important development priority is software development and audio codec device to reduce digital audio transfer rate transfer with weight 297,7 and internet connection quality with weight 256,8.

Double Metal Arc Welding Gas Electrodes (DE-GMAW) is a new welding process that separates the melting current into a base metal current and a controlled current by adding a TIG torch to a conventional GMAW system to form an alternative path that will flow through the current. This makes it possible to reduce the current passing through the base metal, so that the heat input in the base metal can be controlled at the desired level. Research has been done to know the parameters for the welding process run stable between welding wire and torch TIG as current cutter. Parameters that affect the stability of the control system are Bypass Electrodes, Tungsten Distance to Welding Electrodes, Tungsten Distance to Workpieces, Torch GMAW Tube Distance to Workpieces, Angles between Tungsten and Welding Wires. To control the base metal current at the desired level, a group of power resistors is added in the control system. In this study, the welding is done using 18 V voltage by using several variations of the number of resistors. From the research shows that the control system developed can adjust the current cut in a large range to maintain the base metal current at the desired level. The welding results using the DE-GMAW control system show the physical properties of the weld result better when compared with welding without using current control system.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan uji validasi model ergonomi tentang waktu pergerakan kerja untuk mengukur produktivitas dan kualitas kerja. Model ini dikembangkan berdasarkan interaksi antara parameter-parameter postur kerja, masa beban dan dimensi tempat kerja. Ekseperimen dilakukan untuk mensimulasikan aktivitas pengangkatan beban dengan melibatkan pekerja yang berusia diantara 21 hingga 25 tahun. Pekerja tersebut diinstruksikan untuk mengangkat tiga masa beban yang berbeda yaitu 2 kilogram, 6 kilogram dan 10 kilogram ke atas meja kerja dengan tinggi masing-masing 55 cm dan 76 cm dengan menggunakan dua postur pengangkatan, postur membungkuk (Stooping) dan postur berjongkok (Squating). Aktivitas pengangkatan ini direkam dengan menggunakan handycam dan kalibrasi dilakukan untuk menentukan skala gambar terhadap benda nyata. Uji statistik t digunakan untuk menguji kesahihan model. Hasil uji ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang siginifikan antara waktu pergerakan nyata dengan waktu pergerakan yang ditentukan dengan model. Dengan demikian model yang dikembangkan adalah valid pada tingkat signifikansi 1%, 5% dan 10% sehingga model dapat diaplikasikan. Kata kunci: produktivitas dan kualitas kerja, waktu pergerakan, postur kerja, model ergonomi.

The development of information technology simplify human life. Its evoke crime loopholes, cyber crime. When solving criminal cases that utilize information technology is required the digital forensic science. In carrying out a digital investigation known multiple frameworks around the worlds. Every devices, every organization has their own framework. The most common framework divided into 4 sections. Preservation, Acquisition, Analysis, and Reporting are the most common used around the worlds. Acquisition is a key part of the investigation process because in this process digital evidence is collected form the electronic evidence. The acquisition processes uses special equipment. Forensic acquisition equipment mostly made by forensic vendors in the world. The problems that arise in the academic realm is the price of the equipment is quite expensive. The existence of the above problem there is a gap to conduct research on the applied field of development of tools for forensic acquisition. This study provides an early overview of the design of a digital forensics acquisition tool called Nenggala Disk Duplicator.

In Faculty of Industrial Technology Islamic University of Indonesia, whiteboards are used as a medium of learning in the classroom. Generally, instructors use non-permanent markers to make it easy to clean with an eraser. The problem that occurs is if this eraser is often used, the ability will decrease. This is caused by the large amount of ink markers that have been attached to the eraser cloth so that some ink that can not stick in the form of fine grains eventually falls and collects in the dirt container. These fine grains can contaminate clothes, hands, and other body parts. In addition, there are remnants of ink markers on the board that can hinder to write the next material. But to overcome this, there is a contradiction that is if an eraser is often used, the ability will decrease. To eliminate this contradiction, a systematic method of problem solving was used, namely TRIZ method. This method helps to provide solutions through the principle of preliminary action. This principle was realized by adding a spray mechanism that is used just before the erasing process is carried out. Testing the ability of the eraser was done on a whiteboard with ink markers with the size of 50 x 50 cm. The results show that the new eraser that has been developed is able to bind more ink markers and can completely erase so that it can write the next material clearly.

Wire flame spray process is one of metal coating technique. The flame spray process is basically the spraying of molten metal onto a surface to provide a coating. Material in wire form is melted in a flame (oxy-acetylene flame most common) and atomized using compressed air to form a fine spray. When the spray contacts the prepared surface of a substrate material, the fine molten droplets rapidly solidify forming a coating. In this research, commercial steel wire (Fe-C), which has 1.25 mm in diameter, was used as raw material. The wire was heated and melted by two oxy-acetylene nozzles and then sprayed onto steel bar surface to form a coating. Vickers hardness testing and optical microscope were used to define the coating characteristic. The result shows that the coating has higher hardness number than the substrate material and the intrusion of carbon was founded in the coating microstucture.Keywords: coating process, wire flame spray, oxy-acetylene
