Abstract

This study aimed to find out that the application of the provision of tasks completed TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) can improve student learning outcomes in the journal cover lesson material accounting services firms and how they respond to the model. The subject of this study is the eleventh-grade students in high school social studies 2 Mojokerto. Data were collected through observation, testing, questionnaires, and documentation. These data were then analyzed descriptively. Studies show that the use of TAI in the lessons improve student learning outcomes significantly.

Abstract

This study is aimed to find out the teacher and student activities to enhance the learning outcomes by applying cooperative learning method type snowball throwing. This study applies the class action research for 3 cycles. The result of the study shows the teacher capability in handling the class is good enough, the students activities also increased, while the learning outcomes both individual and classical comprehensiveness shows increased, The classical comprehensiveness in the pre-test is 11% while in the first cycle post-test is 30, 56, second cycle is 80,56% and the third cycle is 100%.

Abstract

The problems of this study are: (1) how does the teacher conducts the simulation  game, (2) How is the students activities during the learning process, (3) How can the simulation game enhance the learning result (4) How can the simulation game enhance the students motivation, (5) How do the students response this simulation game. This study applies the Class Action Research while the data collected trough questionnaire, test and documentation. This research is done in two cycles. The subject of this study is the XI APK class students of SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Gresik. The result of this study shows the students learning motivation increased after applying the simulation game method. It is proved by the students motivation questionnaire, before this method applied the students motivation is 49,5% and after applying this method, the students motivation become 78%. The students’ average point is also increased in each cycle, the first pre- test is 70,37%, the second pre-test is 92,59%, whilst the first post-test is 77,78% and the second posttestis 96,29%. Furthermore, the questionnaire shows that students agreed with the implementation of this method in the archives lesson.

Abstract

The purpose of this study si to know the teacher and the student activity to enhance the student learning outcomes and to discover student’s opinion in STAD cooperative learning through the worksheet in the trading company’s adjustment journal lesson is X KU class of SMK Negeri 2 Nganjuk. This study is class action research that done in three cycles involves the planning, execution, observation and refection. The result shows that by applying the cooperative learning type STAD and Worksheet, the teacher do the activity successfully, whilst the student activity shows increase in each cycle. 2,5 in the first cycle which is good enough, in the second cycle is 3 means good, and 3,6 in the third cycle means very good. The learning outcomes also increased in each cycle that are 58,9, 76,7, 80 with the classical completeness 38,9%, 80,5% and 88,9% in each cycle consecutively. The student’s opinion about the method applies is good.

Abstract

The implementation of problem based instruction model is aimed to enhaching student’s motivation and learing outcomes especially in materials price index and inflation. The results showed that teacher managing learning activity has increased in every sycle. In this case, increasing capabilities teacher on managing learning activity to be able to enhaching student’s motivation and learing outcomes. Student learning outcomes also increased. It is because every student can understand the problem of inflation and ways to evercome them thoroughly problem based instruction model. The student’s motivation also increased. Problem based instruction model allowed student to understand the problems of inflation and price index in realterms.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to find out the effect of the facilities given and the studying method to the X AP student achievement in SMK Taruna Jaya Gresik. This research involves 72 students of X AP class in SMK Taruna Jaya Gresik as the sample. The instruments used in this study are questionnaire, documentation, and observation. The result shows the correlation between the facilities variable and the students achievement, it is shown by  tcount = 4,125 >ttable = 1,666. While the correlation between the study method variable and the students achievement shown by  tcount = 4,601 >ttable  = 1,666. In other words, there is a positive effect between the facilities variable and the study method to the students achievement hich is shown by = 55,039>  = 3,974.

Abstract

This research is aimed to know the implementation of direct learning by remedial trough the peer teaching to the teacher activity, student activity, learning comprehensiveness The subject of this research is the XI Social 1 class in SMA Negeri 1 Kraksaan year 2011/2012. This study applies the class action research that done in two cycles. The study shows that the teacher activity is increased based on the acquired average score which is increased form the first cycle to the second cycle, that is 3,6 (fair); and 4,23 (good). Whereas the student activity shows 3,38 (fair) and 4,00 (good) in the second cycle. The classical comprehensiveness result in the first cycle is 93,94% and 100% in the second cycle. In other words, the classical comprehensiveness is reached and increased. The student’s positively response the model, it is proved by the number of agreed student dealt with the method applied is 84,84%.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to ditermine the activities of teachers and students, and to ditermine the learning outcomes of students after implementing  the direct instruction model. Researchers used classroom action research design was achieved in two cycles, The results showed that the activities of teachers and students in direct instruction model is good. Seen from the results of students learning there is an increasing mastery learning classical 10,25 %.
