Abstract

The purpose of this study si to know the teacher and the student activity to enhance the student learning outcomes and to discover student’s opinion in STAD cooperative learning through the worksheet in the trading company’s adjustment journal lesson is X KU class of SMK Negeri 2 Nganjuk. This study is class action research that done in three cycles involves the planning, execution, observation and refection. The result shows that by applying the cooperative learning type STAD and Worksheet, the teacher do the activity successfully, whilst the student activity shows increase in each cycle. 2,5 in the first cycle which is good enough, in the second cycle is 3 means good, and 3,6 in the third cycle means very good. The learning outcomes also increased in each cycle that are 58,9, 76,7, 80 with the classical completeness 38,9%, 80,5% and 88,9% in each cycle consecutively. The student’s opinion about the method applies is good.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh kualitas produk dan label BPOM terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pendekatan penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di Universitas Sulawesi Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah semua mahasiswi Fakultas Ekonomi angkatan 2019 Universitas Sulawesi Barat berjumlah 219 mahasiswi. Untuk memperoleh jumlah sampel yang bisa mewakili populasi, penentuan sampel penelitian ini dipergunakan rumus Slovin. Jumlah responden yang diperoleh sebanyak 69 mahasiswi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 29. Hasil analisis menerangkan bahwa, kualitas produk dan label BPOM baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk untuk mengetahui apakah gaya hidup, dan persepsi harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk wasila cosmetic Majene dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS, terdapat 45 responden yang dijadikan sebagai sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu konsumen yang memutuskan melakukan pembelian produk wasila cosmetic Majene. Data kuantitatif merupakan data statistik berbentuk angka–angka secara langsung digali dari hasil penelitian maupun hasil pengolahan data kualitatif menjadi data kuantitatif. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup dan persepsi harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk wasila cosmetic Majene.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) To describe teachers' competence in making digital literacy teaching modules before the workshop at SMPN 24 Bengkulu Tengah. 2) Developing alternatives for making digital literacy teaching modules to improve teacher competence through workshops at SMPN 24 Bengkulu Tengah. 3) Proving that teachers' digital literacy teaching modules can be improved through workshops at SMPN 24 Central Bengkulu. This research used qualitative research procedures. The test was conducted in at least three cycles, which included planning activities (plan), implementation (act), observation (observe) and reflection (reflect). The subjects in this study were all teachers of SMPN 24 Central Bengkulu. The data analysis technique used qualitatively in this study was carried out by interpreting the data on the results of observations made during the coaching process, as well as the achievement of success indicators from the workshop results of each cycle. the conclusions of this study are as follows: 1) The description of the ability of teachers in making digital literacy teaching modules, the majority of teachers at SMPN 24 Bengkulu Tengah have a less than optimal level of ability. This shows the need for further efforts in training and mentoring teachers in improving their ability to make digital literacy teaching materials. 2) Efforts to improve teacher competence in making digital literacy teaching modules at SMPN 24 Bengkulu Tengah are carried out through workshops. 3) Making digital literacy teaching modules through workshops is successful in improving teacher competence in making teaching modules for teachers at SMPN 24 Bengkulu Tengah. This is indicated by the score of the observation of teachers which continues to increase from cycle 1 to cycle 3. In cycle 1 the score obtained was 178 points or 70.63%, then increased in cycle 2 to 212 points or 84.12%, and the maximum score achievement was 240 points or 95.23% which occurred in cycle 3.

Abstract

It is important to reexamine the enhancement of human resource professionalism, particularly in the field of education, specifically for academics. The aim of this research is to determine the application of human resource management in improving professionalism and the influencing factors related to the application of human resource management in enhancing the professionalism of teachers in the Majene regency, West Sulawesi. This qualitative study investigates a social phenomenon, utilizing initial observation, interviews, documentation, and drawing conclusions from the description of the human resource role. The research was conducted in several public high schools in the Majene regency, West Sulawesi. The research findings reveal that enhancing teacher professionalism requires training and enhancing the competencies of each individual involved in teaching activities. The implications of this research can provide insights to schools to offer training for every teacher, focusing on learning attitudes, skills, specific knowledge, and behaviors related to their profession

Abstract

The aim of the study was to analyze the decision making of the principal at SMP Negeri 2 Rupit, North Musi Rawas Regency. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include the stages of data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. Check the validity of the data with persistence of observation and triangulation. The results of the study show that: The steps used by school principals in making decisions include identifying problems, compiling alternative solutions to problems, choosing the right alternatives, while decision-making techniques are carried out by considering the aspirations of subordinates, so that the results of joint decisions can be implemented as well as possible. Factors that influence school principals in making decisions include time availability, types of problems, student characteristics.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the character of students in building a resilient and ethical person. The method used in this research is comparative qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of this study were the principal, counseling guidance coordinator, and counseling guidance teacher. Data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation instruments. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that students showed good character at school with full ethics and became tough personalities. It can be concluded that: the formation of students’ character through the management of guidance and counseling services runs in accordance with school rules at SMP Negeri 2 Bengkulu Selatan; building a tough and ethical person with various counseling activities, namely students are involved in various school activities; factors that support and hinder are cooperation with various parties both inside and outside the school; management of counseling guidance services carried out to shape students’ character, namely by conducting social personal group counseling services with peers.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of transform curriculum management as an effort the quality of education at Senior High School 1 Kaur and Senior High School 3 Kaur. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects were the School Principal, deputy Principal for curriculum, and teachers at Senior High School 1 Kaur and Senior High School 3 Kaur. Research data was obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the research results, The implementation of the transform curriculum in Senior High School 1 Kaur dan Senior High 3 Kaur has had a positive impact on improving the quality of education, particularly in the areas of curriculum planning, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation, and follow-up evaluation.

Abstract

Promotion is an annual agenda for almost all schools, so that promotion gets maximum results schools need to do branding. The general objective of this research is to describe the application of branding school as a school promotion in Sakinah Arga Makmur Integrated Islamic Kindergarten including, branding strategy, implementation steps and supporting factors as well as inhibiting factors. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the study show that branding strategies are carried out through school identity, excellent service programs, increasing student achievement, and publication through social media. A series of strategic steps in implementing school branding is a new way of promoting profitable schools.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi mengenai pengaruh ekuitas merek dan personal selling terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dilakukan pada PT. Megah Putra Sejahtera Cabang Polewali Mandar. Penelitian kuantitatif adalah pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Terdapat 65 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan accidental sampling. SPSS versi 26.0 digunakan untuk memproses kuesioner yang digunakan dalam prosedur pengumpulan data. Analisis regresi pada berbagai set data digunakan. Dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 3.408 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.001, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa personal selling memiliki dampak yang cukup besar terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Megah Putra Sejahtera secara parsial. KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PT. Megah Putra Sejahtera keputusan pembelian sedikit dipengaruhi oleh ekuitas merek, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 4.416 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000. Sementara itu, keputusan pembelian PT. Megah Putra Sejahtera secara simultan dipengaruhi oleh Personal Selling dan Ekuitas Merek, sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan statistik untuk uji simultan. Hal ini dinyatakan dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 23,263 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000, artinya variabel Personal Selling dan Ekuitas Merek dapat digunakan untuk menjelaskan keputusan pembelian.
