Abstract

The low critical thinking skills of students encourage the need for solutions to control the problem. The recommended solution to this problem is the use of learning model project-based learning help mind map in economics studies. The purpose of this research is to know the use of the model project-based learning help mind map and its effectiveness in improving critical thinking skills in class X students at SMAS Dharma Kirti Sengkidu. This research is classified as experimental research by design nonequivalent control grup design. The population in this research is 49 students with a sample of class X E.A totaling 24 students as a control class using the expository model and class X E.B totaling 25 students as an experimental class using a model project-based learning help mind map. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique. This research was measured using multiple choice test instruments and observation sheets. Research results are interpreted from independent sample t-test, normalized gain test, and analysis of the observation sheet. The results of this research are: (1) there are differences in critical thinking skills with the experimental and control classes, (2) the percentage of student activity shows that students are more active with the experimental class than the control class, (3) the percentage of normalized gain scores with the experimental class is higher than the control class. Based on these results so that the model project-based learning help mind map effective in improving students critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This development research was carried out to develop Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on Profil Pelajar Pancasila in accordance with students needs in economics learning. The aimed of this study was to determine the design, validity, and feasibility of LKPD based on Profil Pelajar Pancasila in Economics at SMAN 1 Singaraja. Learning material experts, learning media experts, and class XII students as test subjects. 4D Models (define, design, develop, disseminate) as the development model used. Data were collected using questionnaires (validation sheets and student responses), observations and unstructured interviews. Data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis.  The results obtained are products in the form of LKPD, including the results of: (a) design description with stages of define, design, develop, disseminate; (b) LKPD based on the Profil Pelajar Pancasila is declared feasible in accordance with the validity test results from material experts with a value of 95% and from media experts with a value of 97%; (c) LKPD based on the Pancasila Student Profile was declared feasible with a score of 89% from trials with small groups. Thus, LKPD based on the Profil Pelajar Pancasila is suitable for use in the learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of learning motivation and self efficacy partially and simultaneously on self regulated learning students in the subject of Practicum Accounting for Service, Merchandising and Manufacturing Company class XI AKL at SMK Negeri 1 Negara. This research uses a quantitative approach, causal comparative type. The research population is all students of class XI AKL at SMK Negeri 1 Negara totaling 144 students with a sample 108 respondents obtained using probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through observation, questionnaires and in-depth interviews which were analyzed descriptive and multiple linear regression which were tested through SPSS. The results of the research stated: (1) learning motivation influences self regulated learning, with a Tcount 7.514 > Ttable 1.983 and Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 so that H1 is accepted, (2) self efficacy influences self regulated learning, with a Tcount 3.153 > Ttable 1.983 and Sig. 0.002 < 0.05 so that H2 is accepted, (3) learning motivation and self efficacy simultaneously influence self regulated learning, with a value of Fcount 177.284 > Ftable 3.08 and Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 so H3 is accepted. Self regulated learning students 77.2% influenced by learning motivation and self efficacy, it can be seen that the coefficient of determination is 0.772.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the variables of service quality and customer value partially and simultaneously whether there is an influence on customer satisfaction at PT. Banyuwangi Eternal Prosperous Star Award. This type of research is causal quantitative and the data collection method is a questionnaire, but previously tested for validity and reliability first. A sample of 155 respondents. The sample technique uses purposive sampling and the sample conditions are according to the selected qualifications, namely users of delivery services at PT. Banyuwangi Eternal Prosperous Star Award. Data analysis methods in this research are multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, t test and f test. The results of this research show: (1) there is a partial positive and significant effect of service quality and customer value on PT. Anugerah Bintang Sejahtera Abadi Banyuwangi is proven by the t-count value of the X1 variable 4.892 > t table 1.654, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the t-count value of the X2 variable 9.282 > t table 1.654, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 (2) there is an influence significant simultaneously from service quality and customer value to customer satisfaction PT. Banyuwangi Eternal Prosperous Star Award is proven by the calculated F-value of variables X1 and X2 48.371 > F table 3.055 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence of brand image, brand awareness and brand trust on purchasing decisions of apple brand smartphones. This research includes the type of causal research. The population in this study were 40 students of the Economic Education Study Program at Ganesha University of Education who had or are currently using Apple brand smartphones. The sample of this research is 40 students. Saturated sample or total sampling is used in the sampling technique. Methods of data collection in the form of questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Data processing method using multiple linear regression. The hypothesis test used included t test and F test. The results showed that brand image had a partially positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, then brand awareness had a positive and partially significant effect on purchasing decisions, and brand trust had a partially positive and significant effect on buying decision. The test results together show that brand image, brand awareness and brand trust have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions for Apple brand smartphones.

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) the effect of adversity intelligence on the readiness to become a student teacher of the Economics Education Study Program class of 2019, (2) the effect of interest in becoming a teacher on the readiness to become a teacher of students of the Economics Education Study Program class of 2019, and (3) the effect of adversity intelligence and interest becoming a teacher on the readiness to become a teacher for students of the Economics Education Study Program class of 2019. This research uses a descriptive approach and the type of data is quantitative. The total sample is 76 students from class 2019. Sampling uses saturated sampling. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with the method of data analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis test uses the t test and F test which are processed with the help of SPSS 16 for windows. The results of this study indicate that: (1) adversity intelligence has a positive and significant impact on readiness to become a teacher with a value of tcount> ttable, namely 3.078> 1.665, (2) interest in becoming a teacher has a positive and significant effect on readiness to become a teacher with a value of tcount> ttable which is equal to 5.699> 1.665, and (3) adversity intelligence and interest in becoming a teacher have a positive and significant effect on readiness to become a teacher with a value of fcount>ftable which is equal to 63.344> 3.12.

Abstract

Findings from research are what we're looking for: (1) the impact of brand image on buying decisions for Vivo brand mobile phones at Sarijaya Cellular Banyupoh, (2) the impact of product quality on purchasing decisions for Vivo brand mobile phones at Sarijaya Cellular Banyupoh, and (3) the impact of brand image and product quality on the decision to purchase a Vivo brand mobile phone at Sarijaya Cellular Banyupoh. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all consumers of Vivo brand mobile phones in Sarijaya Cellular Banyupoh. The number of population in this study is unknown because there is no exact data on the number of consumers of Vivo brand mobile phones in Sarijaya Cellular Banyupoh. The number of samples is 105. The sample technique used is purposive sampling technique. methods for gathering data through questionnaires and data analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis. The SPSS 16 for Windows program is used to process the t test and F test for the hypothesis test. The study's findings show that  (1) brand image has a positive and significant impact on purchasing choices for Vivo cellphones in Sarijaya cellular Banyupoh with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, (2) product quality has a positive and significant impact on purchasing choices for Vivo cellphones in Sarijaya cellular Banyupoh with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, and (3) brand image and product quality have a positive and significant impact on the decision to purchase of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to see how the rationality of parents towards their decision to act in improving the quality of human resources owned by children through education. This is due to the problems that arise from various theoretical studies on "Is the decision taken by parents in sending their children to school a rational action or is it only limited to the fulfillment of educational policies that have been made by the government in supporting the improvement of the quality of human resources through education?". Therefore, to answer the problems and objectives of this study, the researchers used a type of quantitative research with correlation and regression test methods. The research data was collected using a 7-point scale research instrument distributed through an online survey, and the data obtained was 185 respondents. The population and sample in the study were parents of students in class XII, Malang, East Java. The results of the study revealed that instrumental action rationalization and value action rationalization were able to significantly influence parents' decisions in investing in education. The hope of this research is more emphasized on the ability of parents to think rationally when making decisions to invest in children's education, especially on rational analysis of costs and benefits, and avoiding implicit or emotional decisions. Therefore, further research is needed on how parents respond to the decision to invest in education when viewed from other factors, both from internal parents and external factors from parents.

Abstract

The classroom based researh aimed at discovering the aplication of Filpped Classroom learning model with the integration of product differentiation to improve the activity and the result study of Economy subject. This reserch was done into two cycles, where every cycle consisted of  planning phase, implementation, observation, evaluation, and reflection. The subject of the research were the students of second semester of XII IPS 1 SMA Negeri 2 Busungbiu in the academic year of 2021/2022 which consists of 27 students. The object of the research was the improvement of the activity and the result study of in economy subject by the aplication of flipped classroom learning model integrated with product differentiontion. The data of the activity and the result study was collected by using observation method, questionairre, and test. The result of the research shows that there was an improvement of the activity and the result study from cycle I by the average 2,07 which can be categorized pretty good  to be 2,56 which are good in cycle II. In the result study of Economy subject, students also had an improvement by the whole average  67,41, the retention was 67,41%, and the classical completion 70,37% in cycle I to be 75,56 in average, the retention was 75,56% and the clasical completion  is 85,19% in cycle II. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the aplication to the flipped classroom learning model with the integration of product diferentiation can improve the learning activity and the result study of economy subject.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing how entrepreneurial characteristics, the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics and business sustainability in the bone craft industry in Tampaksiring Village, Gianyar Regency. The research conducted falls into the type of causality research and as many as 50 respondents as a sample determined by saturated sample technique. In analyzing the data used simple linear regression analysis techniques, t test hypothesis test and determination coefficient test with a questionnaire as an instrument. This study shows the results that the success of a business is greatly influenced by the characteristics of the entrepreneur himself. This is stated that variable X has a value of 0.528 in the results of the simple regression analysis carried out, meaning that variable Y will increase if variable x also increases. The significance value of the t test is 0.000, the value is smaller than 0.05, which means Ha is accepted. The coefficient of determination R2 the results shown are 0.586, meaning that business success (Y) is strongly influenced by entrepreneurial characteristics (X) by 58.6% while other variables affect the rest.
