Abstract

Malang memiliki banyak produk unggulan yang diproduksi oleh UMKM, mulai dari makanan, minuman bahkan sampai dengan kerajinan tangan (crafting). Mengingat semakin pesatnya perpindahan informasi melalui media digital dan pengguna digital serta berdasar dari data kualitatif dan kuantitatif diatas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa di Kabupaten Malang cukup banyak pelaku UMKM dengan berbagai permasalahannya yang belum mampu untuk melaksanakan system pemasaran menggunakan digital marketing dengan efektif. Keterampilan dalam menguasai digital marketing sangat penting diberikan kepada pelaku UMKM di Malang, karena: Pertama, mereka belum menguasi pemasaran berbasis digital dengan efektif sehingga belum memanfaatkan digital marketing secara maksimal. Kedua, tanpa memiliki kompetensi ini (penguasaan digital marketing), maka akan menyulitkan para pelaku UMKM di Malang bersaing dalam perdagangan, sehingga keterampilan ini penting diberikan terlebih dahulu kepada para pelaku UMKM di Malang sebelum melakukan pendampingan kearah yang lainnya. Adapun UMKM yang dijadikan objek pelatihan adalah UMKM Perum GPA Ngijo, Karangploso Kabupaten Malang. Teknik pendampingan yang digunakan adalah teknik pendampingan terarah yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan. Hasil positif dan memuaskan dari pelatihan pemasaran berbasis digital ini merupakan langkah awal yang dilakukan team pengabdian dalam membantu pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah untuk meningkatkan frekuensi penjualan.

Abstract

Youth organizations are one of the important actors in the village development process in various fields, one of which is in the arts and culture. Tamansuruh Village is no exception, this village has a lot of arts and culture such as pencak somping, gandrung dances which are used as entertainment for villagers and painting arts. However, nowadays young people prefer western culture such as k-pop or tik tok. From that problem, the KKN team returned to their hometown to make an easy training based on local arts and culture, namely training in high print art with the cukil technique. The activity was carried out on June 29, 2021 at the Wonosari Shelter, Tamansuruh Village, while the methods used were in the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. Activities carried out include the preparation of tools and materials, presentation of materials and the practice of making high-quality printed works of art using the cukil technique. With this activity, it is hoped that it can increase the creativity of youth organization and can create works of art that have economic value.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of teaching factory learning on work readiness of vocational students majoring in online business and marketing in Malang.  The number of samples in this study amounted to 281 vocational students with the criteria of having implemented teaching factory learning in schools and had implemented industrial work practices.  The influence test is done using structural equation modeling (SEM).  Descriptive analysis was also carried out in this research to provide an overview of the respondent's answers to each question item given in this study.  The results of this study indicate that the better the implementation of teaching factory learning will increase motivation, personal maturity, social maturity, form good work attitudes and student work skills as dimensions of the variable work readiness of vocational students.  Based on the dimensions of students 'work readiness, teaching factory learning has the greatest impact in shaping students' personal maturity.  Overall the results of this study show a positive value so that it can be concluded that the better the teaching of teaching factory is, the better the students' work readiness will be and vice versa.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to optimize the use of distance learning methods in supporting students' cognitive abilities to continue optimal during self-learning at home. So, to answer the problem, researchers will use two indicator instruments, is distance learning to cognitive students and technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK) to the cognitive students. While the method used in this study is a survey method because there needs to be testing and proving how to distance learning and technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK). The dependent variables to the study are cognitive students (SC) and the independent variables are distance learning (DL) and technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK). There to answer the problem requires comprehensive data collection. This study used a saturated sampling of about 197 teachers obtained from SMK Pawyatan Daha 1 Kediri, SMK PGRI 2 Kediri, and SMKN 1 Bondowoso. Determination of population sampling and samples used in this study because the three places have implemented technology-based distance learning that using virtual meeting media (google classroom, zoom or google meet) and non-virtual meeting media (WhatsApp, telegram, youtube, etc.) as a balanced complement in the face of self-study policies by students. Data collection was conducted from June to October 2020 by adopting an online questionnaire. The results of theoretical and statistical studies concluded that distance learning was carried out in all three vocational high schools (SMK Pawyatan Daha 1 Kediri, SMK PGRI 2 Kediri, and SMKN 1 Bondowoso). Able to affect the cognitive abilities of students, especially when combined with the ability of teachers in master technology, content, and classes. Therefore, the two components should not be separated in supporting the success of distance learning, so that the achievement of goals in improving cognitive students can be done optimally.

Abstract

Kebijakan Physical Distancing yang direkomendasikan WHO untuk menekan laju penularan dan penyebaran Covid 19 memaksa berbagai kegiatan publik harus sebisa mungkin ditekan pelaksanaannya tak terkecuali kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah. Pemerintah indonesia membuat kebijakan menutup sekolah dan mengganti pembelajaran tatap muka dengan pembelajaran daring. Pembelajaran daring erat kaitannya dengan e-learning yang dalam praktiknya memerlukan media atau platform, salah satunya yaitu aplikasi Schoology. Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengenalkan aplikasi Schoology beserta tata cara penggunaanya sehingga dapat menunjang proses pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemi Covid 19. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat di SMPN 9 Kota Mojokerto dilaksanakan melalui metode pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi dengan durasi 36 JP. Berdasarkan pernyataan dan hasil jawaban oleh peserta setelah pengisian kuesioner, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa para peserta pelatihan setuju jika aplikasi Schoology dapat menunjang kegiatan belajar dan pembelajaran di masa pandemi saat ini. Aplikasi yang disediakan mudah dipahami, guru dimudahkan dalam menyiapkan pembelajaran, meningkatkan efektivitas waktu, dan para peserta merasa puas dengan adanya pelatihan aplikasi Schoology ini.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to improve student’s learning outcome, activity, and self efficacy in Enterpreunership course apply cooperative learning colaboration of Carousel Feedback and Showdown model. This study contained of two cycles in which each cycle contained of three times meeting. Each cycle contained of planning, acting & observating, reflecting, and revise plan. The data collections used in this study were using test, observation sheet, questionnaire, field note, and documentation. The subject was 32 students in the 10th grade students of Multimedia at SMKN 1 Bondowoso. The result of this study showed that after implementing Carousel Feedback and Showdown model student’s learning outcome, activity, and self efficacy increased from cycle I to cycle II. Student’s learning outcome has increased from 73,44% at the first cycle to 86,84% at the second cycle. Student’s activity increased from 60% at the first cycle to 79% at the second cycle. Application of Carousel Feedback and Showdown can also increase student’s efficacy. Twenty five students have very high self-efficacy at the second cycle increase from 15 students at first cycle.

Abstract

Pandemic COVID-19 has changed the world of education. All schools finally implemented learning from home with the model of students learning from home. As a result, a lot of things have changed, from the mindset to the way of learning. The problem was the background, the KKN team went home to create a reading corner activity. Reading is an important activity in everyday life, because it is not only to obtain information, but can also be a tool to expand one's knowledge and style of language so that with this activity participants are expected to improve their reading literacy skills. The activity was carried out on June 14, 2021 at SDN 3 Tamansuruh, while the methods used were in the form of preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. Activities carried out include making reading corner shelves, collecting books, reading mentoring, and competitions. With this activity, it is hoped that in the future the children will be more happy to visit and be interested in reading books.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the involvement of parents in fostering children's interest in continuing the family business by providing entrepreneurial education that contains entrepreneurial values. Qualitative phenomenological research design is used to this study, the main informants in the study consisted of 3 legendary culinary business owner in Malang and 3 children who owned the legendary culinary business in Malang. The result of this study can be describe as follow: (1) parents have provide entrepreneurship education by providing entrepreneurship education that contains entrepreneurial values to foster children’s interest in continuing family business that is, self-confidence, responsibility, dare to take risk, optimism, future-oriented, disciplined, honest, leadership, creative, and innovative. (2 parents provide entrepreneurship education that contains entrepreneurial values by involving children to help manage the family business and provide examples of how to manage a family-run business, because the children here will see what is done by parents. (3 parents provide democratic education, where children have given their freedom to choose a career that is of interest by full supervision and guidance from the parents.

Abstract

Abstract The village economy is very important because it is the initial driver of a country's economy. The importance of economic development is also supported by the increasingly sophisticated technology that is present today. Increasing technology must be utilized as best as possible to facilitate all daily activities, one of which is increasing the business owned. Paspan Village as a village that has the potential to participate in keeping up with the times, especially regarding the use of technology. However, business actors in Paspan Village have not utilized digital technology properly, especially in selling products online. Digital marketing training activities began with providing knowledge about the importance of digital marketing and continued with direct practice of using the Shopee marketplace as a seller. With this training, it is hoped that it can foster the enthusiasm of business actors in increasing sales of their products and can be a new beginning for business actors in Paspan Village to take advantage of digital technology properly, especially implementing digital marketing so that there is progress or development in the Paspan Village economy. Abstrak Ekonomi desa menjadi sangat penting karena sebagai penggerak awal perekonomian suatu negara. Pentingnya perkembangan ekonomi juga didukung makin canggihnya teknologi yang hadir saat ini. Teknologi yang semakin meningkat harus dimanfaatkan sebaik mungkin untuk memudahkan semua kegiatan sehari-hari salah satunya meningkatkan usaha yang dimiliki. Desa Paspan sebagai desa yang berpotensi harus ikut serta mengikuti perkembangan zaman terutama mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi. Namun pelaku usaha di Desa Paspan belum memanfaatkan teknologi digital dengan baik khususnya di penjualan produk secara online. Kegiatan pelatihan digital marketing diawali dengan memberikan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya digital marketing dan dilanjutkan dengan praktik langsung pemakaian marketplace Shopee sebagai penjual. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memupuk semangat para pelaku usaha dalam meningkatkan penjualan produknya serta dapat menjadi awal baru bagi pelaku usaha di Desa Paspan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi digital dengan baik khususnya menerapkan digital marketing sehingga ada kemajuan atau perkembangan di ekonomi Desa Paspan.
