Abstract

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is one form of awareness of a company to the environment. Currently CSR aims to maximize profits but is also required to better accommodate the needs of the community and its stakeholders. This study aims to determine the effect of Return on assets, Return on equity, and Net profit margin on social responsibility at mining companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2016. This research uses multiple regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that during the period 2015-2016 ROA has no significant effect on CSR with a significant value of 0.986, ROE has no significant effect on CSR with a significant value of 0.191, and NPM has no significant effect on CSR with a significant value of 0.205.

Abstract

In carrying out an activity the company needs to conduct an evaluation (evaluation) on the implementation of human resource programs (HR) that has been developed in achieving the overall objectives of the company to ensure that the function of human resources (HR) has been running and contribute well in achievement success of the company. The purpose of this study are (1) To determine the effect of reward on employee loyalty PT. Columbia Perdana Branch Manado; (2) To know the effect of giving punishment to employee loyalty of PT. Columbia Perdana of Manado (3) To know the provision of rewards and punishment on employee loyalty PT. Columbia Perdana of Manado. Benefits of this research are: (1) for the researcher is to add insight about systematics reward and punishment to employee loyalty; (2) for the library to add collections and reference materials to other researchers in the field of field works; (3) for the company that is able to provide good input for PT. Columbia Perdana Of Manado to improve performance and loyalty and the wider community regarding appropriate rewards and punishments. This research uses quantitative descriptive method with data analysis technique using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and test done manually and using SPSS application. Based on statistical analysis obtained results as follows: Hypothesis Test Results show that Reward and Punishment simultaneously affect the loyalty of employees of PT. Columbia Perdana Branch Manado, while punishment does not partially effect on employee loyalty of PT. Columbia Perdana Of Manado.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to find determine wheter quality of service that reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, and tangibles influential throught of customer loyalty in Esther House of Beauty Manado.This type of research is quantitative research with descirptive approach. The population of this research in Esther House of Beauty Manado customers, with 60 respondents. The result of this simultaneous showed that the impact of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, tangibles takes controlled of customer loyalty in Esther House of Beauty Manado is 84,5%. Whereas, variable tangibles uninfluenced simultaneously throught loyalty in Esther House of Beauty. Whereas, the result of this research showed that the partial tangibles  has no influence though customer loyalty in Esther House of Beauty Manado. And the quality variable of service that mostly influence is responsiveness.

Abstract

The calculation of cost of goods manufactured is important to consider in determining the price of a product. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a comparison between the calculation of the cost of production according to the company compared to the full costing method and the determination of the selling price according to company calculation compared with cost plus pricing method. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research type, and research approach used is comparative approach. From the results of data analysis shows that the calculation of the cost of production of the company is lower than the calculation of cost of production by using the method of full costing. The difference from the calculation of cost of production according to the company compared with the full costing method that is Rp. 10.133. This is because in the calculation of factory overhead costs, the company does not take into account some costs into the cost of production such as maintenance and maintenance costs of production equipment, and the cost of depreciation of production equipment.  In addition, the sale price of the product with a mark-up rate of 40% according to the company and cost plus pricing method has a difference of Rp. 2,083. This is because the company in determining the selling price of its products does not take into account non-production costs, and companies do not use the full costing method in determining the cost of production.

Abstract

In line with the rapid development of science and technology that experienced an increase and change over time brings logical consequences for the business world by shifting the values of the demands of human needs and wants. Where the products / services produced are expected to be well received by consumers. Customer’s satisfaction is an important thing in the success of marketing products / services. Consumer satisfaction is determined by many factors such as marketing strategy the attention of researchers with the assumption that if a good marketing strategy it will make consumers satisfied. The researcher aims to know how far the marketing strategy to increase selling of Isabella canned fish products at PT. Sinar Purefoods International Bitung by taking the respondents as much as 70 respondents. The method of analysis used in this study is a quantitative method with a simple correlation analysis approach and simple regression. The result of simple correlation analysis is r = 0,05 this indicate that if marketing strategy go up hence increase of sale will go up also. The degree of correlation is in the "high" category and after testing the significance of "very significant" evidently. With the coefficient of determination factor marketing strategy is determined by the factor of increase in sales and the rest is determined by other factors. With a simple regression analysis can be interpreted that any addition of a scale on the marketing strategy will lead to an increase in sales increase. Thus it is evident that the marketing strategy has an influence on the increase in sales. Based on the results of this study, researchers suggest that leaders continue to observe and pay attention to the elements of marketing strategy variables that have not been touched in the research and to keep the current marketing strategy to provide increased sales to the company.

Abstract

This research is background be based on phenomenon where the factor of information technology mastery can influential to performance employee at PT. Telkom Indonesia Branch Manado. The purpose of this research is to know about the effect of information technology mastery to performance employee in PT. Telkom Indonesia Branch Manado. The method research is research of descriptive quantitative with sample as much as 65 respondent that is obtained using saturated sampling method. At this research the independent variable is information technology mastery, and dependent variable is performance employee. The experiment instrument use validity test and reliability test, but analysis data method use analysis simple linier regression method with t test, and coeficcient determinant. Result of research t tes analysis, where independent variable (information technology mastery) gained tvalue (10,873) bigger than  ttable (1,999)  influential significance to performance employee and significance 0,000 < 0,05  so, H0 rejected and Ha accepted that mean independent variable (information technology mastery) influential to dependen variable (performance employee) with positive and significance. The result of coeficcent determinant analysis  showed that the  rate R Square is 0.652 or 65,2%, that means is performance employee variable can be explain by information technology mastery, while the rest 34,8% can be explain by other variable outside the  research variable. This research expect a company can always conduct an evaluation regularly to information technology mastery of  each employee on performance result that have been achieved and evaluation of innovation for the progress of company that will come.

Abstract

The effort to increase the working of employees is through paying attention to the stress of working. Stress can happen to every individualy human every time because stress is also a part of human life which can not be avoided. People often experience stress if they can not adapt their will with the fact either from inside or from outside of their self. This research means to know how much is the effect of the working stress to the working of employees at the Kantor Pengelola IT Center Manado. This research used quantitative methode and simple regression, using questionair and observation as s technique to get data and the total of the examples in this research are 32 worker. The counting in this research, the researcher used SPSS software version 21 which can show the corelation between the two variable,and how much the effect of such the working stress to the working of worker. The result of this research show that working stress to the working of employees show negative effect, because the mark of coefisien regression is negative that is 0,34. This negative effect means the working stress is getting less so it. influences the increase of working of employees. Bassed on the result analyses data which was managed, it can be concluded that the effect of working stress to the working of employees is on the stage of. Enough corelation that is 0,152, in rate means the effect of working stress to the working employees is 15,2% while the 84,8% are influenced by other variable that was not researched.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality and price to the decision of the purchase of grand max pick up car. Purchase decision is a consumer's decision to buy a product after previously thinking about whether or not worth buying the product by considering the information he knows with the relitas about the product after he witnessed it. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, with the approach of Multiple Correlation Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression to measure the relationship between variables. This research was conducted at PT. Astra International Tbk Daihatsu Malalayang branch, with the object of research is Daihatsu Gran Gran Pick Up. Based on the result of validity test show indicator of variable of product quality, price and purchase decision of correlation value bigger. While the results of multiple linear analysis shows all variables ranging from products and prices have a positive influence on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination showed that 77% of Daihatsu Gran Max Pick Up's car purchase decision at PT. Astra International Tbk Daihatsu Malalayang branch is influenced by variables such as product and price. Based on the results of the discussion then found the quality of products and prices have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Each variable has a significant positive effect on the purchasing decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the perceptions of the usefulness of information technology, perceptions of ease of information technology, attitudes, behavioral intentions, and behavioral use of information technology. The research benefits are as a contribution to the study of the use of information technology and human resource development. Utilization of information technology in the business world enables companies to have high competitiveness, which in turn allows the success of achieving the expected benefits. The use of information technology is influenced by many factors, among others by the perception of its users. This research uses descriptive method with analysis technique of frequency distribution and percentage. The data used is a statement of perception about the usefulness of information technology, ease of information technology, attitude, intention and behavior, obtained through questionnaires with Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that employees of Hotel Sintesa Peninsula Manado perceive the use of information technology is very supportive of the implementation of the task. They believe the use of information technology is very useful in the implementation of work. Employee perception is related to the usefulness of information technology, ease of use of information technology, attitudes toward information technology, behavioral intent to use information technology, and behavioral use of information technology. There is no difference in perception because of differences in sex, age, and education level.

Abstract

There are so many transactions the company conducts in its day-to-day activities. Starting from the activity of buying assets needed by the company, paying the various expenses required in order to obtain a benefit, until the activity of producing and selling certain products in order to survive, then every product produced must be sold to the public. In the control of accounts receivable is emphasized on the amount of receivables, credit and receivables receivable and policies run by the company. Such control measures shall be made prior to the delivery of the goods with the invoicing and expiration of the receivable collection. One of society's choice to get fund is through multi finance institution. One of the financing institutions operating in Manado City and its vicinity is PT Federal International Finance (FIF), which is able to provide funds to meet the needs of the community, which is also the object of my research. The purpose of this research is to know the control of accounts receivable against the risk of bad debts at the company. This research uses Quantitative Descriptive Analysis method. The data in search of this research is the control of receivables and the estimated amount of bad debts at PT Federal International Finance (FIF) Manado. From the details of the calculation of the age of receivables in 2016 and 2017, namely: Year 2016 has a prestige of = 1.1%, while the year 2017 of = 1.11%. This shows that the control of receivables at Manado's Federal International Finance (FIF) company is very good in the management of its receivables.
