Abstract

             The aim of the study is to know the difference between the measurement of the performance of Conventional equity funds using Sharpe and Treynor Methods. The population of the study was a conventional equity funds listed in the Financial Services Authority for the year 2013-2016. The number of samples in this study were 32 conventional stock mutual funds by using purposive sampling. This study also used data Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI), the net asset value of connventional equity funds and the interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBI) were taken on a monthly basis. This analysis technique using the Mann-Whitney test. The results showed a conventional equity fund performance as measured by the method Sharpe dan Treynor method showed better results than the market performance (JCI) and there is a difference between performance measurement using a conventional equity fund Sharpe and Treynor.

Abstract

This study aims to know how much the influence of job satisfaction on the Employees performance of Non Medical Employees of Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Khadijah Palembang. Job satisfaction is a happy emotional state or a positive emotion that comes from an assessment of work or a person's work experience that can effect the performance of employees, either directly or indirectly. This research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The population used was 40 respondens. The result of this study indicate that there is the influence between the job satisfaction on the Employees performance of Non Medical Employees of Rumah Sakit Islam Siti Khadijah Palembang. This was proved by t-count  the percentage of (2,309) > t-table (2,024) with a significance of 0,026 smaller than ? 0,05 (0,026 < ? 0,05).Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan, kemudahaan, dan kualitas informasi terhadap keputusan pembelian di toko online Lazada. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Sriwijaya yang pernah membeli produk melalui toko online Lazada. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepercayaan, kemudahan, dan kualitas informasi berpenaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di toko online Lazada. Variabel yang berpengaruh dominan adalah variabel kualitas informasi. Kata kunci : kepercayaan, kemudahan, kualitas informasi, keputusan pembelian

Abstract

This research ains to test the influence of profitability, firm size on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable. Analysis of data were did in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2011-2016. The data analyzed by using multiple linear regression method. The result showed that profitability has negative and significant on capital structure, firm size has negative and significant on capital structure, profitability do not influenced on firm value, firm size do not influenced on firm value, capital structure do not influenced on firm value. Meanwhile the capital stucture can not mediate the relationship between profitability and firm size against firm value. Keywords : profitability, firm size, firm value and capital structure

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to learn and understand the effect of job promotion on job satisfaction in PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. The object of this research is employee in Human Resource Division of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang with 45 employees as sample. The sampling method used in this research is sensus method. The method used for collecting data is by questionnaire. The data collected are tested by validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, correletion coefficient (r) and determination coenfficient (R2) and t test by using SPSS version 22. The result of this research shows that job promotion has positive and significant effect to job satisfaction in PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. Keywords : Job Promotion, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

We tried to investigate the causal relationship between profitability and corporate social responsibility disclosure.  We choose listed companies under Kompas100 index as our sample to test whether profitability ‘granger cause’ CSR disclosure and whether CSR disclosure ‘granger cause’ profitability. We conduct multiple regression analysis to see the effect. ROA, ROE and NPM are used as the proxy for profitability and the number of lines in sustainability report as the proxy for CSR disclosure.  We find that there is no link between profitability and CSR disclosure and that profitability is not the main reason for company to publish CSR report.  This study is limited to companies listed in Kompas100 index.  The findings of this study can give insights to the managers and investors that there is no link between profitability and CSR disclosure

Abstract

ABSTRACT. The average room occupancy rate at the star hotels in the provinces of DKI Jakarta and West Java is considered low that’s under 50 percent. This low average room occupancy rate is caused by higher competitive intensity and customer service strategy inappropriately. This research aimed to reveal how much the effect of customer service strategy factors on the star hotels performance. The nature of this research is causality. Research method applied is census and the data collection techniques used are quesionaires, interviews, and documentation. The research subject are all 3, 4, and 5 star hotels that has been operating at least three years in the Provinces of DKI Jakarta and West Java. Hence, the total of respondents are 110 general managers of the star hotels. While method of the data analysis is quantitative using multiple linier regression with statistical product for special solution (SPSS) for window version 15,0. This research results indicated that factors of customer service strategy had a significant positive effect on star hotel’s performance. Key Words:  customer service strategy,  Hotel Performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of Location (X1) and Brand Image (X2) on The Purchase Decision (Y) on the consumer KFC Pier Point Palembang. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires, samples taken by 100 respondents using method purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, F test and T test results of research on the F test showed a significant value of 0.000, which means independent variables consisting of Location (X1) and Brand Image(X2) together (simultaneously) the positive effect and significant impact on Purchase Decision (Y) in purchase and consume products in KFC Pier Point Palembang. The study also showed partial that variable Location (X1) and Brand Image (X2) has positive and significant influence on the Purchase Decision (Y) in purchase and consume products in KFC Pier Point Palembang. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Profit Sharing Rate and The Size of the Bank together and partially to the Mudharabah Total Deposits in Islamic Bank in Indonesia period of 2013-2015. The Object of this study is Islamic Banks in Indonesia. The variables used in this study is Profit Sharing Rate and The Size of the Bank together and Mudharabah Total Deposits. Data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the variable level of revenue sharing and the size of the bank jointly significant effect on the amount of savings deposits mudharabah. While predominantly known to the variable size of the bank which significantly affect the amount of savings deposits mudharabah. Implications of the study is that if the bank size increases, the greater the amount of savings bank deposits mudharabah obtained, so that the size of the banks may be determinant variables an investor in making an investment decision. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pertamina EP Asset 2 Prabumulih. Populasi di PT. Pertamina EP Asset 2 Prabumulih adalah semua karyawan yang berjumlah 250 orang dan 72 orang responden diambil dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel incidental. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang didapatkan dari kuesioner. Data sekunder sebagai data pendukung diperoleh dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier sederhana. Data diperoses melalui program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Versi 2.0. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pertamina EP Asset 2 Prabumulih Kata Kunci: Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Kinerja Karyawan
