Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of the organizational culture on job satisfaction of the employees of PT Telkom of Palembang Regional Office. The population was all employees of PT Telkom of Palembang Regional Office with the total number of 154 people and the number of the sample was 61 respondents taken using simple random sampling technique. The method of data collection used a questionnaire for getting the primary data. To support the primary data, the secondary data were collected using interview and documentation technique. The method of data analysis used simple linear regression. The data were processed using the application of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 20. The result of the study shows that the organizational culture significantly influences the job satisfaction of the employees of PT Telkom of Palembang Regional Office. Abstract

This research aim to know the factor analysis of the factors wich determine the consumer buying towards the e-commerce fashion. The attributes in this research were the quality of statisfied products (X1.01), the variety types of products (X1.02), having good brand image (X1.03), the products customized with the lates model (X1.04), the product display looks interesting on the websites (X1.05), the product description is obvisious and convincing (X1.06), the products can be orderer easily (X1.07), the costs is same as in departement store (X1.08), affordable by the consumers (X1.09), there is discount or free shiping (X1.10), easy acces of the website (X1.11), easy acces of the reservation items (X1.12), an extensive distribution network of e-commerce fashion (X1.13), a good website display (X1.14), easy verification of payments (X1.15), interesting brand ambassador (X1.16), interesting advertisment (X1.17), the promotion is often aired in the printed and electronic media (X1.18), the promotion of free shipping the items (X1.19), there are many monthly and special promotions (X1.20). The thecniques analysis that was used in this research was factor analysis, the result of the analysis done into 20 attributes showed that there were four variables including; quality, accessibility and service (X1), brand and product display (X2), promotion (X3), prices and discount (X.4). Abstract

This study was aimed to examine the effects of trustworthiness, expertise, and attractiveness of celebrity endorser on Instagram to purchase intention of hijab products. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling method. The population in this study was followers of the @gitasav Instagram account. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of trustworthiness, expertise, and attractiveness had a significant effect on purchase intention. However, partially the purchase intention variable is only influenced by the trustworthiness variable which is equal to 3,878. In this study a regression model was obtained, which is Y = 10,021 + 0,655X1 + 0,038X2 - 0,122X3.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze whether trading factors, risk based factor and firm characteristics influence LQ45 firm stock returns that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research use sample of LQ45 firms in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data chosen is time series from 2013-2016. The variable used in this research consist of dependent and independent variables. Dependent variable in this research is firm stock returns and the independent variables are trading volume, bid-ask spread, beta, firm size and market to book value (MBV). This research use multiple regression analysis using software SPSS 23 to analyze the relation of independent variables to dependent variable. As the result, out of 5 independent variables there are 4 independent variables that positively and significantly influence firm stock return. They are consist of trading volume, bid-ask spread, beta and market to book value (MBV). Meanwhile firm size doesn’t influence firm stock returns significantly. Abstract

The main objective of this study was to determine the effect of the promotionmix terhdap purchasing decisions apparel products in Matahari Palembang SquareExtension. The research sample of 100 respondents from consumer Sun PalembangSquare. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling for consumers fromthe Sun varies. The coefficient of determination shows that 58.2% of the productpurchase decision influenced by variables clothing promotion (advertising, personalselling, publicity, sales promotion and direct marketing). Mechanical data used ismultiple regression analysis. The results showed that the simultaneous promotion mixinfluence on purchase decisions apparel products. Partial publicity only variable thatdoes not have significant influence on purchasing decisions apparel products inMatahari Palembang Square Extension.Keyword : Mix Promotions, Products Clothing, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to examine the effect of Firm Size, Growth Opportunity, Business Risk and Investment Opportunity Set influence simultaneously and partially on Capital Structure.Research conducted at the State-Owned Enterprises that listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia period 2011-2015. The research population was 20 companies, with the sample of 17 companies with sampling using purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is the factor analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis, which perviously tested with the classical assumption. The results showed that the Firms Size, Growth Opportunity, Business Risk, and the Investment Opportunity Set influence simultaneous on the Capital Structure.The research also revealed that, Firm Size influence positive significant, Growth Opportunity and Business Risk has no significant effect on Capital Structure, and Investment Opportunity Set influence negative significant on the Capital Structure. On the other hand, R-Square value amnounted at 57,6%, it’s mean that 57,6% movement of Capital Structure can be predicted from the movement of the four independent variables. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship of service quality towards student satisfaction at STIE MDP Palembang in 2016. This is a quantitative study which collected data from questionnaires that were distributed to 30 samples by purposive sampling method. Gap analysis and quadrant analysis have been used in this study. The results have shown that the level of gap service between expectation and perception of customers toward service quality of STIE MDP were measured by the calculation of each dimensions. This measurement can be seen on gap 2, 3, and 4 which showed the dominant positive gap scores, respectively. Therefore, periodic improvements are needed in order to enhance the service quality in achieving student satisfaction optimally.

Abstract

This study examines the concentration ratio of large and medium industries in Indonesia (Empirical Study of Food and Beverage sub-sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2013-2017 Period). The purpose of this study to analyze how the concentration ratio of the food and beverage industry in Indonesia and find out how much the company is able to dominate the market. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and browsing the internet website as a support. The analytical method used in this study is the concentration ratio, hierfindahl index, and multiple linear regression analysis methods with the help of SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that the market structure of the food and beverage industry in Indonesia for the period 2013-2017 using CR4 is a full oligopoly structure in which the 4 largest companies control about 88% market share, while CR8 is a monopoly structure in which the 8 biggest companies control about 97% market share. While the herfindahl index has an oligopoly structure. In this study shows that the variable capital has a positive and significant effect on the concentration ratio while the variable of labor and value added has a significant negative effect on the concentration ratio of large and medium industries in Indonesia. Variable labor capital and value added have a significant and significant effect on the concentration of large and medium industry ratios in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study entitled Effects of Measures for Supervision and Work Motivation Job Satisfaction Auditor (Empirical Study on the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia Representative Jambi Province). The purpose of this study was (1) to provide empirical evidence of the effect of partially between measures of supervision on job satisfaction of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) RI Representative Jambi Province (2) to provide empirical evidence of the effect of partially between work motivation on job satisfaction of auditors Agency (BPK) RI Representative Jambi Province (3) to provide empirical evidence of the simultaneous influence between action supervision and motivation on job satisfaction of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) RI Representative Jambi Province.. (1) supervision actions have a significant effect on auditor job satisfaction (2) work motivation does not have a significant effect on auditor job satisfaction (3) supervision actions and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on auditor job satisfaction (4) the magnitude of the effect of actions supervision and work motivation with job satisfaction of 36.5%, while the remaining 63.5% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model. So it can be said to have a very strong cohesion coefficients.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of slack resources and boards gender (female) on the quality of corporate social responsibility disclosure. This study also tests the role of the board’s feminism in a moderating relationship between slack resources and the quality of corporate social responsibility disclosure. The analysis of this study uses moderated regression analysis with unbalanced panel data. The sample consists of 140 companies which are listed in IDX and reported sustainability report for 2014-2017.The study indicates that feminism on board of directors has a positive impact on the quality of corporate social responsibility disclosure. Whereas, when the director's feminism moderates the relationship with weakened a negative impact between slack resources and the quality of corporate social responsibility disclosure. There is no relationship between the commissioner's feminism on the quality of corporate social responsibility disclosure. Feminism on commissioners does not moderate the relationship between slack resources and the quality of corporate social responsibility disclosure. This is probably because the proportion of women on the board’s structure is slightly low.
