Abstract

The main objective of this research was to determine the effect of service marketing mix to the decision to use services of go-jek. The sample used in this study were 120 respondents from consumer Go-jek. The sampling method used is purposive sampling due to the homogeneity of the consumer. The coefficient of determination show that 53.9% indicates the use of services affected by the decision variable service marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion, people, process,and physical evidence). Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Results of research showed that service marketing mix decisions affect the use of the service simultaneously. Partially, only the variable price, people, and physical evidence that has a significant influence on the decision to use services of Go-jek. Abstract

This research aimed to recognize the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), Assets Growth, Current Ratio (CR), and Total Assets TurnOver (TATO) To Price To Book Value (PBV) at Food and Beverage sector was registered on Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research using secondary data from company financial statement. The Population on this research are 33 companies. Sampling method used purposive sampling by taking 14 companies. This study used multiple linier regression analysis. The result showed that DER, ROA, Assets Growth, and TATO had a positive effect an PBV, while CR has no effect.Keywords: Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Growth, Price to Book Value (PBV) , Return On Assets (ROA), dan Total Assets TurnOver (TATO)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance in Printing Dimas City Palembang by using questionnaires as much as 52 respondents. It can be concluded that the value of regression coefficient for indicator of autocratic leadership style with value 0,413, democracy with value 0,422 and laise faire with value 0,412 at regression equation show positive value. It can be interpreted that the style of leadership of democracy has greater influence than other indicators. And for the indicator laise faire leadership style has the least influence compared to other indicators. result of hiptesis test of leadership style show significant level 0,001. This significant level is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study reject Ho and accept Ha.If P value <? = 0.05 then Ha accepted and can be interpreted leadership style has a significant influence on performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether Equity Financing and DebtFinancing partially and simultaneously have an impact on Profit Expense Ratio, alsohow the partial effect of each financing systems affect Profit Expense Ratio. Thisresearch is causal research, also called explanatory research is the investigation of(research into) cause-and-effect relationships. The number of taken samples is two, suchas PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) and PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM). Thedata used in this research are secondary data from published financial statements ofBMI and BSM. The data analysis technique used is linear regression. The results of dataanalysis in this research is partially contained direct or positive relationship betweenDebt Financing and Equity Financing on Profit Expense Ratio. While the effects ofDebt Financing and Equity Financing as the independent variables (X) simultaneouslyaffect Profit Expense Ratio as the dependent variable (Y) on Islamic banks, it meansthat Debt Financing and Equity Financing simultaneously have significant impacts onProfit Expense Ratio of Islamic banks. The obtained value of coefficient ofdetermination (R2) is 0.516 or 51.6%. It means that the variation of these independentvariables, namely Debt Financing and Debt Financing, contribute effects on ProfitExpense Ratio of Islamic Banks. In accordance with the analysis result of this research,it can be seen that Equity Financing is dominant in affecting Profit Expense Ratio ofIslamic Banks compared to Debt Financing. The researcher suggests management ofIslamic banks to prioritize Equity Financing system, especially Musharaka, because thesaid financing system is the most appropriate with Islamic law to apply to muslims.Keywords : Debt Financing, Equity Financing, Profit Expense Ratio

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of variable Current Ratio (CR), TotalAsset Turnover (TAT), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), and Working Capital Turnover(WCT) with stock return, put the test and analyze is Return on Asset (ROA) moderateeffect on relations Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TAT), Debt Equity Ratio(DER), and Working Capital Turnover (WCT) with Stock return in Company LQ45.Population in this research as much 45 Company with 5 selected as sample of theresearch during period 2009-2015 with multi-shapes sampling in a purposive. The datais analyzed using multiple regression analysis and moderated regression anlysis. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how the physical work environment influences of formal teachers of Bina Bangsa Madrasah Tsanawiyah at Al-Falah Islamic Boarding School in Suka Maju Village, Sungai Lilin District. This research is a type of descriptive research using a questionnaire as a research instrument. Respondents used were the entire population of 40 people. The method used to analyze the influence of the physical work environment on teacher work discipline is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the research, it was found that the physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of formal teachers of Bsina Bangsa Madrasah Tsanawiyah. In order for the physical work environment and work discipline to be better, it is suggested that the Leader can provide good facilities in each classroom.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to examine the effect of Assets Growth,Likuidity, Assets Structure, and Sales Growth influence simoultaneously and partiallyon Capital Structure. Research conducted at mining companies that listed on IndonesiaStock Exchange period 2012- 2015. The research population was 41 companies, with thesample of 14 companies with sampling using purposive sampling technique. Theanalytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, which previously testedwith the classical assumption.The result showed that the Assets Growth, Likuidity, Assets Structure and SalesGrowth influence simultaneous on the Capital Structure. The research also revealedthat, Assets Growth, Likuidity, Assets Structure and Sales Growth influence partiallynegative significant on the Capital Strucuture. On the other hand, R-Square valueamnounted at 32.6%, its mean that 32,6% movement of Capital Structure can bepredicted from the movement of the four independent variables.Keywords : capital structure, assets growth, likuidity, assets structure, sales growth

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the influence of employee engagement on theemployee performance. The independent variable was Employee Engagement (X) andthe dependent variable was Performance (Y). The data collection technique used asaturated sampling or census. The questionnaire was distributed to all employees ofPT.BadjaBaru Palembang. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan Premi, Pembayaran Klaim, dan Risk Based Capital terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba pada perusahaan asuransi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek  Indonesia tahun 2012-2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik Purposive Sampling sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dokumenter yang bersumber dari data laporan keuangan yang dilaporkan pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Adapun alat analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan asumsi klasik  dan  uji hipotesis dalam hal ini menggunakan uji t secara parsial dan uji F secara simultan. Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa Pendapatan Premi dan Risk Based Capital memiliki pengaruh yang signfikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba sedangkan Pembayaran Klaim tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba.

Abstract

This research purpose is to examine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance in PT Arwana Augerah Keramik Tbk. The object of this research is an employee in PT Arwana Anugerah Keramik Tbk. with 80 employees as a sample. Method for collecting data is using questionnaire. The collected data are tested by validity test, reliability test, analysis coefficient of determination test (R2), T Test (Partial), F test (Simultaneous) and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of this research indicate that compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance with 2,603 > t table 1,668 where motivation aslo has a significant positive effect on employee performance with 1,840 > t table 1,668. Simultaneously, independent variable effect on employee performance with 0.761 or 76,1% influence on employee performance. Keywords : compensation, motivation, employee performance.
