Abstract

The increase of activities particularly shopping centers at Kalimantan Street of Lubuklinggau City, requires sufficient supply of parking facility. However, so far there is no study on parking characteristics and quantification of standard parking spaces demand. The objectives of this study are to evaluate parking characteristics on shopping centers at Kalimantan Street of Lubuklinggau City and to analyse standard of parking spaces demand. For Pos 1 off street parking, the parking capacity was for motor cycle (50 vehicles), for Pos 2 on street parking, the parking capcity was for car (13 vehicles), for Pos 3 on street parking, the parking capacity was for car (14 vehicles), for Pos 4 on street parking, the parking capacity was for motor cycle  (60 vehicles), for Pos 5 on street parking, the parking capacity was for motor cycle  (60 vehicles) and for Pos 6 on street parking, the parking capacity was for car (30 vehicles). Result of parking characteristics analyses, we are will be obtained parking accumulation, parking volume, parking turn over, parking index, parking duration and parking capacity. From result of parking characteristics analyses can do for design of parking at Kalimantan Street of Lubuklinggau City. Abstract

Drainage system is a set of activities that form the effort to drain water whether it is runoff or underground water from an area or region. The purpose for this report is to analyze and evaluate the drainage channels in Perumnas Talang Kelapa Palembang. In the implementation of this report, the short-term rainfall data from 2001 to 2012 was used. The rainfall data was tested according to normal, log normal, log pearson III, and gumbel distribution. Select one result of those distribution with the smallest deviation standard. Then, it must be tested with the smirnov-kolmogorov test to find the rain intensity equation. That equation will be used to find the to plan the drainage  dimension. To analyze the incapacitated drainage, this report will use SWMM program. From the amount of 51 conduits in the SWMM model, there are 24 incapacitated conduits. Abstract

Kertapati is one of area with high level of crowded in Palembang. As long as higher significant development of daily needed of society, caused rubbish stacked. This research used 3 sample from Kertapati’s area : Kemang Agung, Kemas Rindo, and Ogan Baru. The purpose of this research were to find out the increasing of rubbish for 5 years, to know the infrastructure needed by those areas and to find out the influence of low level salary toward rubbish volume and the way in processing the rubbish. It used Microsoft excel, linier geometric method to count the total of citizens in the next 5 years, the statistic and sampling method to analyze the data of total sample on the questionair that will be distributed to the respondent. In 2013, total projection society of Kertapati’s area for district is 53.156 people with volume from rubbish stacked 146,179 m3/day, trashcan needed is 24 container with capacity 6 m 3, 10 dump truck and 41 rubbish motorcycle.While for 2018, there is improvementin total number of society as much 55.696 people with volume from rubbish stacked is 153, 164 m3/day, trashcan needed is 26 container with capacity 6 m3, 11 dump truck and 42 rubbish motorcycle. Based on research observation, it is program system of rubbish collected individual indirectly and collected by using SCS (Stationary Container System) method. So that’s why, the improvement of transportation program system of rubbish collected can create job vacancy, additional salary and could make safe, cozy and healthy environment. Abstract

Risiko adalah probabilitas dari suatu peritiwa yang bisa menyebabkan kerugian atau kegagalan atau potensi gagal. Sedangkan secara umum risiko adalah karakteristik dan kelompok yang akan menimbulkan potensi kerugian.Untuk pendistribusian nya menggunakan jaringan pipa(pipeline). Pipa merupakan teknologi dalam mengalirkan fluida seperti minyak, gas atau air dalam jumlah yang sangat besar dan jarak yang jauh melalui laut dan daerah tertentu. Pipeline merupakan sarana transportasi diam yang berfungsi untuk mendistribusikan fluida baik dalam bentuk liquid maupun gas. Pada Penelitian ini menggunakan metode scoring system dari W Kent Muhlbeur yang diambil dari buku nya yaitu Pipeline Risk Assesment. Scoring sistem adalah memberikan skor pada indek indek yang menimbulkan risiko pada jaringan pipa. Adapun indeks yang dinilai adalah kesalahan pihak ketiga, kesalahan operasi, kesalahan desain dan indeks korosi. Setelah pemberian skor indeks maka dilakukan pemetaan dengan metode matrik 4x4 sehingga jaringan pipa bisa dibedakan menjadi high risk, medium risk dan low risk Dari hasil penelitian sepanjang 22 km yang di mulai dari tugu timbangan,Inderalaya maka di dapat skor akhir indeks untuk section 1 sampai section 6 berturut turut ialah section 178,45; 193,45; 196,45; 182,45; 200,45;181,45. Kemudian setelah dilakukan pemetaan section yang di kategorikan high risk adalah section 1. Dari hasil ini perlu dilakukan perhatian khusus dan perbaikan pada section 1 dengan cara integrity verification.controlling dan perbaikan rutin berkala.

Abstract

One of analysis method that used to evaluate the construction project planning is value engineering. The purpose of value engineering are cost saving, performance optimization, and the efficiency of the time, but still consider the function, quality, and aesthetic of the project. The main reason for using this analysis method is a systematic and procedural approach in the object evaluation. The value engineering stages are information, creative (speculation), analysis, recommendation (planning or development), and presentation. Value engineering analysis begins by selecting one of the activities that have a higher cost than any other activity, then analysis to determine alternative classification of works or materials with basic and secondary functions according to the requirements in order to obtain a better cost. In this value engineering analysis, steel deck system selected as a replacement for the conventional concrete slab construction. Steel deck system’s product that used in this project is Union Floor Deck W-1000. Union Floor Deck W-1000 has double function. There are permanent formwork and positive reinforcement. Steel rebar in tension can be reduced or even could be replaced totally by Union Floor Deck W-1000. Fast and easy installation for concrete or steel construction generally. It differs from conventional formwork which is to be installed span by span, Union Floor Deck W-1000 can be used as multiple span for faster installation. The results of this value engineering analysis that uses Union Floor Deck W-1000 as an alternative replacement from conventional concrete slab is cost saving until Rp 120.988.335,12 or 9,297 %  of total job cost budget from floor plates prior to value engineering analysis.   Key Words : Value Engineering, Cost Saving, Cost

Abstract

In a construction project required resources, cost, labor, materials, and equipment. A project said to be good if the completion of the project is efficient in terms of time, cost, and achieve work efficiency, people and tools. And vice versa if the project failed and the late completion of the project budget to swell. Delays on the project can be caused by unproductiveness elements involved in project implementation. Everything in a project that does not add value, otherwise add to the cost of so-called waste. To overcome these problems needed improvements in planning the approach of Lean Project Management ( LPM ). In this research, the identification of waste, risk, and estimates the needs of the project (time, resources, and costs), as well as the estimated time scheduling using Critical Chain Project Management ( CCPM ). Based on identification of research on building construction projects Ogan Ilir district legislature, obtained waste that could potentially arise during the implementation of the project is waiting. The presence of waste will result in project delays, for that we need the safety time (buffer time) contained in scheduling with CCPM method. CCPM scheduling method obtained from a total cost savings of Rp 1.616.664.000 of the reduction in the number of workers.Keywords : Waste , Lean Project Management , Critical Chain Project Management

Abstract

The final project consists of modifications condominium building with a wide range of alternatives. Condominium hotel is that every hotel room or unit can be owned and traded by individuals. Condominium which has been called the apartment can be operated like a tourist accommodation. A wide variety of alternative building contains about modification alternatives A condominium hotel is an existing building of condominium hotels, alternative B uses modified by adding shearwall angle on the corner of the building, alternative C using shearwall modified by adding "+" between the two buildings, alternative D using a modification by adding shearwall along the edge of the building. After modification condominium building with using a variation of the position and shape of each shearwall on its modeling. Then compare the force of the moment, shear, axial, volume, and deflection or deviation that occurs in each of the modeling. So it can be concluded that modeling is not modified or modeling existing buildings that use Frame System bearer Ordinary Moment (SRPMB) have a smaller volume compared to other modeling using Shearwall or Special Moment Frame Systems bearer(SRPMK). If viewed  from  the deviation or deflection, the higher floors of building has the greater deflection or deviation. Keyword : Building, Structure,Condominium, Shearwall

Membandingan nilai daya dukung pondasi dangkal pada tanah lempung lunak tanpa diberi perkuatan dan diberi perkuatan dengan variasi jarak perkuatan ke pondasi (d/B) dan lebar perkuatan (l/B) . dari hasil nilai daya dukung, maka akan didapatkan pemodelan dengan perkuatan yang paling optimum (memiliki nilai daya dukung terbesar)

Abstract

Tanah lempung ekspansif adalah salah satu jenis tanah yang bermasalah terhadap pondasi bangunan, karena sifat tanah yang buruk. Tanda berperilaku buruk pada plastisitas yang tinggi, kekuatan geser yang rendah, perubahan volume yang besar dan potensi kembang susut yang besar. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut perlu dilakukan suatu perbaikan atau stabilisasi tanah. Dalam penelitian ini akan dipilih bahan alternatif untuk stabilisasi tanah yaitu Residium Catalytic Cracking (RCC) dan limbah pabrik batu yang akan ditinjau dari kuat geser tanah. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan limbah industri berupa kulit kerang (clam shell) sebagai bahan substitusi sebagian pasir dan abu ampas tebu (sugarcane bagasse ash) sebagai substitusi sebagian semen terhadap kuat tekan beton. Variasi penggunaan bahan substitusi yaitu, kombinasi abu ampas tebu ditambah kulit kerang yang dibuat adalah 8%+9%, 10%+11% dan 12%+13%. Pengujian kuat tekan beton dilakukan saat benda uji mencapai umur 7 hari, 14 hari dan 28 hari dengan benda uji berbentuk kubus 15x15x15cm. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beton dengan campuran bahan substitusi abu ampas tebu ditambah kulit kerang mengalami kenaikan kuat tekan beton hingga 19%. Sehingga berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan penggunaan kulit kerang dan abu ampas tebu sebahgai bahan substitusi pasir dan semen dengan persentase yang tepat terbukti dapat meningkatkan kuat tekan beton.   Kata Kunci: Kulit Kerang, Abu Ampas Tebu, Substitusi Parsial, Limbah Industri, Kuat Tekan Beton This study was conducted to determine the effect of using industrial waste materials such as clam shell as partial substitution of fine aggregate (sand) and sugarcane bagasse ash as a partial substitute material to the concrete compressive strength. The variation of using substitution material, combination between sugarcane bagasse ash and clam shell made 8%+9%, 10%+11% and 12%+13%. The concrete compressive strength done when the specimen reaches the age of 7 days, 14 days and 28 days with a cube-shaped specimen 15x15x15cm. The results of the study showed that concrete with mixing by substitution material sugarcane bagasse ash and clam shell increases the compressive strength of concrete up to 19%. So based on this study  by using clam shells and sugarcane bagasse ash as substitute material of sand and cement with the appropriate percentage can increase the compressive strength of concrete.   Keyword: Clam Shell, Sugarcane Bagasse Ash, Partial Substitution, Industrial Waste Materials, Compressive Strength of Concrete
