Abstract

This study to pupose the effect of teacher individual characteristics and job characteristics on performance by mediating organizational commitment  (studies in early childhood education teachers in the district Rembang ).  The research was conducted on early childhood education in the District of Starch penddik 156 people. Sample taking the entire population for the research sample . Analysis of the validity of the test data using the components of the matrix , Cronbach alpha reliability test , multiple regression analysis , t test and test with an adjusted r 2 r square.  Results reveal that the competence effect on organizational commitment . Positive effect on the employment characteristics of organizational commitment .Iindividual characteristics has a positive effect on the performance of early childhood educators. Job characteristics affect employee performance early childhood educators . Organizational commitment has a positive effect on the performance of early childhood educators. Organizational commitment did not mediate the effect of Individual characteristics on the performance of early childhood educators. Organizational commitment did not mediate the effect of job characteristics on the performance of early childhood educators. Abstract

Improved performance at the District Education Office employee Apex, plagued by a variety of factors that empowerment is very minimal, less training and career development is not open, how the employee can improve and enhance the quality of work. The purpose of this study to know the effect of empowerment, training and career development of employees at the District Education Office Apex. The research was conducted on the District Education Office employee Apex as much as 128 people. Sample taking the entire population for the research sample. Data analysis using matrix component test the validity, reliability test with alpha Crombach, multiple regression analysis, t test and test with an adjusted r square R2. Results reveal that empowerment does not affect on employee motivation. Positive and significant effect of training on employee motivation. Career Development positive and significant impact on employee motivation. Empowerment positive and significant effect on employee performance. Positive and significant effect of training on employee performance. Career Development positive and significant positive effect on employee performance. Motivation is not mediate the effect of empowerment on employee performance. Motivation is not mediate the effect of training on employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of personality on the performance with the job satisfaction and organizational commitment as mediation (A Studies on BPPKB in Pati ) . The research was conducted on employee in BPPKB PATI as many as 135 people. Statistical technique used is to test the validity of the components of the matrix, Cronbach alpha reliability test , multiple regression analysis, t test and test with adjusted r square . Results of the research known that personality has positive influence on job satisfaction. Personality is not a influence on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has positive influence on organizational commitment. Personality has positive influence on performance. Job satisfaction has positive influence on performance. Organizational commitment has positive influence on performance. Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of personality on performance. Organizational commitment did not mediate the effect of personality on performance. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment does not mediate the effect of personality on  performance. Abstract

Container Terminal in Semarang is a state-owned enterprise ( SOE ) which specifically serves the container handling activities where one activity is the loading and unloading of containers from ship to dock and vice versa from the dock to the ship . Currently the company is faced with the problems that led to a decrease in employee performance overall company performance is also affected . The decline in the company s performance is shown by the amount of work that is not timely , so the companys operational performance is also declining . The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of organization citizenship behavior and motivation on employee performance with the mediation of job satisfaction on employee Container Terminal in Semarang . This study focused on employee Container Terminal in Semarang , the questionnaire method of data collection , sample by purposibe sampling , the statistical method of path analysis. The results showed that ( 1 ) OCB ( Organization Citizenship Behavior ) had no significant effect on job satisfaction .. ( 2 ) Work Motivation significant positive effect on job satisfaction The better job motivation factors will affect the employee job satisfaction in completing the work. ( 3 ) OCB ( Organization Citizenship Behavior ) significantly affects employee performance, the better the factors of OCB ( Organization Citizenship Behavior ) will affect on improving employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervisor support and empowerment of career plateau with the mediation of job satisfaction (Studies in BPPKB Kabupaten Pati ) " . Population in the study were employees in the BPPKB Kabupaten Pati much as 135 people . Sampling technique using purposive sampling as many as 130 employees . A statistical technique used is validity test with matrix componen, reliability test with alfa cronbach, double regresion analisis , t test and r2 test with adjusted  r square. Results reveal that supervisor support significantly negative effect on career plateau. Empowerment significant negative effect on career plateau. Supervisor Support positive influence significant job satisfaction. Empowerment significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Career plateau significant negative effect on job satisfaction. Career plateau mediate the influence of supervisor support on job satisfaction. Career plateau is not mediating variables empowerment on job satisfaction. Abstract

This research was based onthe insufficiency of local government financial statements in Central Java. This research aims to determine the factors that influencing on low quality of local government financial statements and the problems / constraints that faced by SKPD on preparation of financial statements. Financial statement has an important role on formulating development policies. The low quality of financial statement may provide inaccurate informations for policy makers. Inaccurate informations may result inaccuracy of policy formulation, which made a negative impact on the development of an institution. Based on lower quality of local government financial statement, this needs to be given special attention. This research was an explanatory research of 48 SKPDs in Central Java Provincial Government, using of questionnaires in data collection. There were 141 data collected which details : Expenditure Treasurers (46 questionnaires), Goods Administrators (47 questionnaires), and Financial Statement Staffs (48 questionnaires). The results showed that the competence of human resources, information technology, reconciliation and internal control systems have significant effect on quality of local government financial statement, while the role of PKK - SPKPD has no significant effect. Abstract

The test resulted of determination of transformational leadership and empowerment on job satisfaction that equal to 0.675, mean of 67.5% of the change in the variable job satisfaction could be explained by transformational leadership and empowerment variables in the model, while the remaining 32.5% was outside the model described above . While the test results transformational leadership determination, empowerment and job satisfaction on career plateau their determinated that meant 0.038 means 3.8% of the variable changes career plateau could be explained by their determination  variables of transformational leadership, empowerment and job satisfaction in the model, while the remaining 96.2% outside the model described above. Transformational leadership and empowerment proved to be positive and have a significant influence on job satisfaction. This study to purpose determine the Effects of Social Support and Career Development The Job Satisfaction with Mediation Organizational Commitment At Bri Branch Employees in Pati. The research was conducted on employees in the BRI branch as many as 178 employees organic. Abstract

Performance of employees in the Puskesmas is not optimal ex Kawedanan Juwana still are characterized by 9 coverage program that has not met the minimum service standards targets in Puskesmas. PHC services both inpatient and outpatient services in Pati not using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Puskesmas in Pati not do a customer satisfaction survey (Department of Health Pati, 2013). This study aims to determine the effect of job characteristics and self-efficacy on performance by mediating organizational commitment and job satisfaction (study on employee health center in Ex Kawedanan Juwana). The study population is 140. Purposive sampling technique that is taking the sample side with PNS criteria and service life of more than 4 years as many as 112 people. Test instrument using factor analysis, the validity test to look at the adequacy of the sample and test reliabiltas factor analysis to test the reliability of a measuring instrument with a Cronbach alpha look, model test with determination test and F-test, testing the hypothesis with multiple regression analysis. Results of the study note that the job characteristics and significant positive effect on organizational commitment . Self efficacy and significant positive effect on organizational commitment . Job characteristics and significant positive effect on job satisfaction . Self efficacy and significant positive effect on job satisfaction . Organizational commitment and a significant positive effect on job satisfaction . Self efficacy and significant positive effect on performance .
