Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of teachers pedagogical competence and commitment to performance throughout the District Junior High School teacher Pati. Intake of respondents conducted by random sampling stratifiled proportionale 189 oran using questionnaire data, after the data is processed using a statistical technique to test the validity of the component matrix, Cronbach alpha reliability test, normality test with a non-parametrix KS, multiple regression analysis, F test, r² test with adjusted r-square and t test.   The results showed pedagogical positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers, teacher commitment and significant positive effect on the performance of teachers, principals leadership style positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers, principals leadership style moderates the influence of teachers pedagogical competence on performance positively and significantly , the principals leadership style moderates the influence of teachers commitment to teacher performance negatively and significantly on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership, Job Characteristics, Motivation on the Performance of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour mediated at TVRI station employees in Central Java. Population which is the object of research is all employees in the organization by using purposive sampling method of sampling appropriate inclusion criteria were 120 respondents. The research instrument used by aquestionnaire using Likert scale. The techniquetestdata inthis studyincludestestinginstruments, testmodels, testhypothesesandtestmediation. The results showedthat theability ofthe modelin explainingthetrueleadership, job characteristics, andmotivationsarethe sameberrsamahavecontributed70.9% of the performance ofthe employees ofCentralJavaTVRI. While the remaining29.1% is explainedbyvariablesoutside the model. Research also shows that leadership does not affect the performance, while job characteristics, motivation and organizational citizenship behavior influence performance on TVRI station employees in Central Java Keywords: leadership, job characteristics, motivation, organizational citizenship behavior, performance.

Abstract

Decision of choosing a college is influenced by several things. This research analyzes the influences of promotional mix, product attribut, and servqual to the level of knowledge and consumer decision to choose implications for higher education. The proposed research problem fully research gaps from previous reseaches, that shows positive and negatif influence. The variables and indicators of researh based on the previous research. There is a model that have been developed and seven hypotheses to answer these research problems. Respondents of this study is a new student of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Pharmasi “Yayasan Pharmasi” Semarang. Responden from this research are 100 people. Data analyze tools which used in this reseach is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) under IBM SPSS AMOS Version 20 program. Result from data analyzes shows that the model and the result from research can be accepted. And that result proves that all eksogenous variables influences positive and significant to the endogenous. Managerial implication in this research gives suggestion for company to pay more attention in promotion, services quality, and quality of product education. Abstract

This study examined the Influence of Psychological Capital and Social Capital on Organizational Commitment in Moderation  of Transformational Leadership Style At The SMA Pemalang Eastern Conference. The specific objectives of the study is to examine how the Effect of Psychological Capital and Social Capital on Organizational Commitment in Moderation  of Transformational Leadership Style At The SMA Pemalang Eastern Conference. The usefulness of this study clarify and extend previous research on the Effect of Psychological Capital and Social Capital Against Teacher Organizational Commitment. The population in this study were high school teachers in the State Pemalang totaling 145 people. In this study using primary data obtained by questionnaire. The research method using a computerized approach to the statistical program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The method of data analysis used linear regression to test the moderating effects. The results showed that psychological capital has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of teachers. Social capital has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment of teachers. Transformational leadership style has a positive and insignificant effect on the organizational commitment of teachers. Transformational leadership styles reinforce psychological capital is not significant influence on teachers organizational commitment. Transformational leadership style significantly weaken the influence of social capital on the performance of teachers. Abstract

This study is aimed to examine the effect of school organization climate in moderating the influence of work motivation and competence on teacher performance of state vocational school in Pati regency. The purposes of this study are to clarify and extend previous research on the effect of school organization climate in moderating the influence of work motivation and competence on the teachers performance of state vocational school in Pati regency. The population in this study was 323 teachers. While the samples were taken by using Slovin formula by significance level α = 0.05, with a spread proportional to each school by proportional random sampling. Data was collected using questionnaires, and after that data was processed by using SPSS 19. Results of the study showed (1) motivation has positive and significant impact to the teacher’s performance, (2) competency has positive and significant impact to the teacher’s performance, (3) organization climate has positive and significant impact to the teacher’s performance, (4) organization climate moderates the influence of work motivation on teacher’s performance, (5) organization climate moderates the influence of competence on teacher’s performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the role of school leadership and competence moderate the influence of motivation on teacher performance studies at SMK in the town of Pekalongan. Research methods with quantitative approaches questionnaire data collection techniques using questionnaires, system surveys, questionnaires, observation, interviews and dokumentasi.Populasi in this study were all teachers SMK bersatatus Pekalongan city and civil servants are already certified in Pekalongan city amounted to 140 teachers. The analysis used in this study is a regression technique (regression) to test the hypothesis t - test at the 5% level of significance (α = 0.05). The results showed no effect of motivation on teacher performance, the existence of positive and significant impact on the performance of the competence of teachers, the leadership role of the principal has no effect on teacher performance, the role of school leadership motivation moderate the significant effect on the performance of teachers and the lack of effect of leadership role moderate the principal competency on teacher performance.Keywords: Leadership principals moderate the motivation and competence of the teacher performance

Abstract

This study was to investigate the efficacy of motivation and the performance of teachers. The specific objectives of this study is to examine and analyze whether work motivation and self-efficacy moderated by organizational culture. The research data is primary data collected directly from the respondents to the questionnaire. The method of data analysis using Moderation Regression Analisys (MRA)-type quasi moderator. The results showed that motivation, self-efficacy and organizational culture significantly influence the performance of teachers. In addition to the organizational culture does not moderate the effect of teacher performance and motivation with organizational culture did not moderate the effect of self-efficacy with the teachers performance. Abstract

The objektive of research to: 1) Know the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior; 2) Determine the influence of organizational  commitment on organizational citizenship behavior; 3) Analyze the role of percieved organizational support moderates the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior; 4) Analyze the role of percieved organizational support moderates the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. The results of this study can contribute to development of models organizational citizenship behavior, making it useful for academics and practitioners. This study is a correlational study to examine the relationship between variables. The samples in this study were employees of the Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kendal, and the data of this research is primary data derived from the question naire. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The variable job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior variables, with a coefficient of 0.580 and significant at 0.000; 2) Variable of organizational commitment has a positive and  significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior variables, with a coefficient of 0.370 and significant at 0.039; 3) Percieved organizational support as a moderating variable has a significant positive effect between job satisfaction with organizational citizenship behavior, with a coefficient of 2.072 and significant at 0.006; 4) Percieved organizational support as a moderating variable has no significant effect between organizational commitment with organizational citizenship behavior, because significant at 0.210. Abstract

Smartphone market is saturated and more competitive level of competition, making it difficult for companies to apply superior strategy than its competitors. Smartphone Smartfren brand was first marketed in June 2013, and was already able to occupy the second rank and the only local vendor in the top five for smartphone sales in Indonesia in the Year 2013 to Quarter IV. Smartfren use strategies in order to create sustainable competitive advantage of customer loyalty. This strategy involves creating a product that can deliver superior customer value and low price. Research on the influence of superior customer value and price perception towards sustainable competitive advantage and its impact on customer loyalty is still relatively limited and inconsistent results. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the influence of superior customer value and price perception towards sustainable competitive advantage and customer loyalty The research sample set of 100 people Smartfren brand smartphone customers in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data obtained by using a questionnaire, and then analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that superior customer value and price perceptions directly influence customer loyalty. Superior customer value and price perceptions indirect effect on customer loyalty through sustainable competitive advantage. Sustainable competitive advantage influence on customer loyalty.
