Abstract

This research that is done in Institute Agama Islam Walisongo Semarang. Data used by primary data taken with questionnaire with 82 respondents for sample research. The writer did the reseach by using purposive sampling, with some criteria. Those criteria are the respondents have to had level stratum -2 for level education and tree year minimum in a work periode. Analysis appliance weared by instrument test, the test reliability, and while the test models, test the Adj R2 (coefficient of determination), Test the hypothesizing used regression analysis, test the F Test (Goodness of Fit), and test the moderation using analysis path (path analysis). The results of the analysis in this study resulted in regersi determination coefficient of 0.423, or in other words, changes in performance can be influenced by effective commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment and organizational culture of 43.3%. The results of this study indicate that affective commitment does not affect the employee performance, ccontinuance commitment has the influence a significant effect on employee performance, normative commitment does not effect on employee performance, organizational culture did not moderate the influence of affective organizational commitment to employee performance, organizational culture did’t  moderate the influence of continuance organizational commitment to employee performance and organizational culture moderates the effect of normative commitment on employee performance Keywords: Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment and Normative Commitment, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze that moderate the organizational culture of school leadership and professional competence of the teacher's performance SMA PGRI in Pati regency.This study used a population of 131 teachers who work at SMA PGRI in Pati regency. Measurements using a Likert scale of 5 (five) alternative answers. Mechanical testing of the data used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach alpha formula, multiple regression analysis, and the significance test, the coefficient of determination to prove the truth of the research hypothesis.The results showed that; school leadership does not affect the performance of teachers, professional competence and a significant positive impact on teacher performance, cultural organizational positive and significant impact on teacher performance, organizational culture does not moderate the effect of school leadership on teacher performance, organizational culture does not moderate influence on the performance of professional competence teacher at SMA PGRI in Pati regency. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the relationship of teacher competence, discipline and supervision of principals on teacher performance. Research questions posed in this study are (1) how competence affect the performance of teachers, (2) how disiplini affect the performance of teachers (3) How supervising the principal influence on the performance of teachers (4) Is the principal's supervision moderating influence on the performance of competence teacher (5) Is the principal moderate supervision disciplinary influence on teacher performance. The study population was a teacher at SMK SMK sub rayon 01 Semarang as much as 234. The samples using purposive sampling, in order to get a sample of 113 respondents. The method of data collection is by using a questionnaire. Technical analysis of data using multiple regression. The results showed that the effect on the performance of teacher competence, discipline and significant positive effect on teacher performance. supervision of the principal influence on teacher performance. supervision of the principal does not memodersi relation to the performance of teacher competence. Abstract

Based on model testing procedure this research used Fixed Effect Model      ( FEM ). The results showed that Local Original Revenue (LOR), Revenue Sharing (RS), the General Allocation Fund (GAF) had a positive significant effect on Capital Expenditure Allocation ( CEA ) of 35 district / town government in Central Java Province while Special Allocation Fund (SAF) had no significant effect on  Capital Expenditure Allocation ( CEA .Keywords: Local Original Revenue, Revenue Sharing, General Allocation Fund, the Special Allocation Fund and Capital Expenditures.

Abstract

Problems in BPPKB that employees are not promoted and promotion is not done based on the performance showed that job satisfaction is less than optimal, structural pejabatan appointed instead of PP and KB Agency showed less than optimal competency, career development is less than optimal because of promotions are not transparent and commitment organizational less than optimal due to employees who move to other agencies. This study aimed to determine the effect of competence and career development to job satisfaction and organizational commitment mediation studies of Women Empowerment and Family Planning Pati regency. The population is an employee in the District BPPKB much as 137 people. Sampling techniques using the census was taken of all as a population of 137 employees. The statistical techniques used are validity with components of the matrix, Cronbach alpha reliability test, multiple regression analysis, t test and r2 with an adjusted R-square. The results reveal that the competence has possitive and significant  effect on job satisfaction ( beta 0,294 sig = 0.000). Career development has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (beta 0,366 sig = 0.000). organizational commitment has possitive and significant effect on job satisfaction (beta 0,317 sig = 0.000). Career development has possitive and significant effect on organizational commitment (beta 0,249 sig = 0,000). Competence has possitive and significant effect on organizational commitment (beta 0,585 sig = 0.000). Organizational commitment mediate the effect of competence on the job satisfaction of employees. Organizational commitmentmediate the effect of development on job satisfaction career. Keywords: Competence, career development, job satisfaction .andorganizational commitment

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Leadership and Discipline of Work on employee performance with mediating variables of Organizational Commitment. The study was conducted at the village office se Pekalongan. The population of this study were all employees of the village in Pekalongan. Data collected through direct surveys with the help of a questionnaire given to employees of the village. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. Mediation effect was tested by comparing the regression coefficients of direct and indirect relationships of variables. The results showed that leadership and discipline of work and a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Leadership, work discipline and organizational commitment and significant positive effect on employee performance. This suggests that the better leadership and discipline will be the higher employee commitment to the organization that have an impact on the higher performance of employees villages in Pekalongan. While the test showed that the mediating effect of organizational commitment did not mediate the relationship variables of leadership and discipline to employee performance village in Pekalongan. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development, competence and compensation on employee performance are moderated Taxation Office Environments Office Tax Associate at Semarang. The primary data used in this study is the result of questionnaires career development, competencies, compensation, employee performance and work environment. Sources of data in this study amounted to 106 employees from various sections in the Tax Office Associate Semarang. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple regression analysis using software IBM SPSS.19. Based on the analysis of the data found that career development does not significantly influence the performance of tax officials Semarang Associate Tax Office. Competence and compensating positive effect on employee performance. Work environment moderate the career development on employee performance and compensation, work environment  while  not   moderate  competence on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job characteristic and role conflict on employee’s performance, mediating by job satisfaction. The respondens are all Unit’s treasurers of Health Office, in Pati Distric. The sample of this research is all 106 treasures (sensus). Statistical technique used was to test the validity of componen matrix, alpha cronbach reliability test, regression analysis, adjusted R square, f test , t tes n mediating test. Survey result revealed that job characteristic had a significant positive efect on job satisfaction, while role conflict had unsignificant negative effect on job satisfaction. Job Characteristic significanly negative influent on employee’s performance. Role conflict  effect on emlpoyee’s performance negative and not significant.Job satisfaction gave significantly possitive effect on employee’s performance. Job characteristis undirect effect on employee’s performanc is better then it’s direct effect. It mean that job satisfaction does mediating job characteristic on employee’s performance. Unfortunally, role conflict effect is not significant , so there’s no mediating effect. Keyword : Job Characteristic, Role Conflict, Job Satisfaction and Employee’s  Performance

Abstract

The objektive of research to: 1) Know the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior; 2) Determine the influence of organizational  commitment on organizational citizenship behavior; 3) Analyze the role of percieved organizational support moderates the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior; 4) Analyze the role of percieved organizational support moderates the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. The results of this study can contribute to development of models organizational citizenship behavior, making it useful for academics and practitioners. This study is a correlational study to examine the relationship between variables. The samples in this study were employees of the Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kendal, and the data of this research is primary data derived from the question naire.The results of this study indicate that: 1) The variable job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior variables, with a coefficient of 0.580 and significant at 0.000; 2) Variable of organizational commitment has a positive and  significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior variables, with a coefficient of 0.370 and significant at 0.039; 3) Percieved organizational support as a moderating variable has a significant positive effect between job satisfaction with organizational citizenship behavior, with a coefficient of 2.072 and significant at 0.006; 4) Percieved organizational support as a moderating variable has no significant effect between organizational commitment with organizational citizenship behavior, because significant at 0.210. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Influence Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfactionon to Teacher Performance in MTs Ministry of Religius at Kedungwuni District of Pekalongan. In this study population of all primary school teachers in MTs Ministry of Religius at Kedungwuni District of Pekalongan  civil servants, while the samples used as many as 141 people as respondents to the census technique. With a respondent criteria PNS Elementary Teacher in MTs Ministry of Religius at Kedungwuni District of Pekalongan. the District Education Office. Measure mentsusing 5 Likert scale ( five ) alternative answers.Test instrumentsused are validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determinationand F test ( goodnes of Fit ). Test this hypothesisusing regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized asfollows: (i) Discipline positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (ii) Motivation  positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (iii) Organizational Commitment positive and significant impact on teacher performance and (iv) Job Satisfaction has negative effect against Teacher’s Performance.
