Abstract

To be able to develop customer loyalty, companies need to know the factors that influence loyalty and assess the performance of these factors. Therefore, this study intends to examine the factors that affect customer loyalty. These factors are: product quality, perceived price, and customer satisfaction. Data on product quality, price perception, and customer satisfaction is obtained through interviews using a questionnaire to customers prepaid cards SimPATI of PT Telkomsel in Pekalongan. The data obtained are then analyzed using multiple regression test. The test results of multiple regression showed that the perception of the price proven significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, product quality proven significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction proven significant positive effect on customer loyalty, perception of price proven significant positive effect on customer loyalty, and quality products proven significant positive effect on customer loyalty.While the results of testing the effect of intervening indicate that the influence of the perception of price on loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction tend to influence directly the perception of price to customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction and influence product quality to loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction tend indirect influence product quality to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of transformational leadership and competence on performance with the mediation of motivation and organizational commitment. To hypothesis tested by multiple linear regression with the practicing of mediation test. Transformational leadership and competence are the independent variables, while performance as the dependent variable as if motivation and organizational commitment as the mediation variables. The results of partial test showed that transformational leadership, motivation and organizational commitment have significatn effect on performance. Transformastional leadership effect on motivation and organizational commitment while competence only effect on motivation. Abstract

Abstract

This study aimsto analyze Influence of Competence and Organizational Commitment on theteachers Performance of senior high school Kesatrian under the auspices of the Kesatrian 67 Education Foundation of Semarang with Academic Supervision as moderaration variable. The  population of this study are 102 respondents, this study is explanatory research. By all the criteria of  senior high school Kesatrian teachers under the auspices of the Kesatrian 67 Education Foundation of Semarang. Measurements used a Likert scale  of five alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability, while the normality test used Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistics. Heteroskedastisitas test used Glejser method, test model used is F test (Goodness of fit) and the coefficients of determination (Adjusted R square), while hypotesis test used regression analysis with t-test at the 0,05 significance level. The results of this study are: (1) the Competence has positive and significant effect on teacher performance, (2) the Organizational Commitment doesn’t haveeffect on the  teacher performance, (3) Academic Supervision has positive and significant effect on teacher performance, (4) Academic Supervision has moderateinfluence Competence on the Teacher Performance (5) Academic supervision doesn’t moderate influence Organizational Commitment on the teacher Performance. Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of the variables of teacher competence and Job Satisfaction to the performance of civil service teachers in the district education office UPT Gunem with supervision as a moderating variable.The population in this study was the civil servant teachers in elementary schools-District of Gunem, as many as 113 people. Data were collected using questionnaires and the returned and processed as many as 113 with SPSS 17. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. While model used is the coefficient of determination and test " F ". Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Based on the results of the study concluded as follows : competence positive and significant effect on performance, Job Satisfaction does not affect the performance of teachers.Supervision doesn’t affect the performance of teachers. While the results of multiple regression testing moderation model suggests that supervision is able to moderate the effects of competenceand Job Satisfaction teacher. Abstract

The success of an organization is influenced by support organizations, every organization is always trying to improve support for employees to realize the vision and mission so that the goals of the organization would be a good reached. Personality will reduce employee stress and will improve employee job satisfaction in working be organized. Research aims to analyze the influence organizational support and personality to job satisfaction with job stress as mediation in PT.Nuspro Telemedia Persada District Rembang. Samples this study are employees of Telemedia Persada PT.Nusapro Rembang who has worked for 5 years or more of 120 people / respondents. Based on the results of the analysis showed that the variables of organizational support, personality, work stress partially or simultaneously positive effect on employee job satisfaction PT.Nusapro Telemedia Persada District Rembang in carrying out its duties and responsibilities. Based on work stress variable path analysis is not a mediating variable organizational support and personality to job satisfaction and organizational support for variable direct personality stronger influence on job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of organizational commitment and motivation on the performance of teachers who moderated transformational leadership style. The population in this study is a civil servant teachers throughout the District Pamotan SD Rembang. This study uses a sampling technique with the number of respondents 132 people. Data were collected using aquestionnaire and processed using SPSS. The results show the organization's commitment significant negative effect on teacher performance, motivation does not affect the performance of teachers, transformational leadership style have a significant effect on the performance of teachers, transformational leadership style moderate the organization'scommitment to teacher performance, and transformational leadership style did not moderate the motivation of the teacher's performance. Abstract

Data collectionthroughquestionnairestomeasureusingLikertscaleof 7 (seven) alternativeanswers. Object of researchis employees at Sekretariat Daerah in Pati regency. Number of samplesin this study were111respondents. Samplingtechniqueusing thepurposive sampling. Abstract

Target of this research to test compensation influence and organizational climate to satisfaction of job, compensation influence, organizational climate and satisfaction work to officer performance, compensation influence and organizational climate to officer performance with satisfaction work as intervening variable. this research population is civil public servant (PNS) Bureau of Setda Provinsi Central Java counted 126 people while this research sampel is entire/all population, so that used by sampling technique is census. Technique analyse data done by using doubled linear regression. By using descriptive analysis method, instrument test that is validity test and reliabilitas and also test hypothesis. From done by analyst is this research conclude that proven compensation have an effect on positive to satisfaction of job. Organizational climate have an effect on positive to satisfaction of job. Compensation have an effect on positive to officer performance. Organizational climate have an effect on positive to officer performance. Satisfaction of Job have an effect on positive to officer performance. Satisfaction of Job do not compensation influence moderation and organizational climate to officer performance. Abstract

This research’s purpose is to find and examine the effect of professional competency and work motivation towards teacher’s performance in mediation of work’s satisfaction which is taken from MA teacher in Margoyoso sub district, in Pati regency, as the object. This research is an explanatory research, which is aiming for explaining relevant variables with phenomena that being observed, this research also called population study or census study. Population that being used in this research is 143 teachers. Data testing in this research consists of validity test with factor analysis and reliability test with alpha cronbach formula. Before analyzing the data, the requirements examination is needed through classic assumption test, such as: normality test, multi co-linear test,  heterosketastisitas test , and double linear regression test to find whether the dependent and independent variable are influencing each others or not, determination coefficient to find how many effects of dependent variable towards independent variable, t-test to find the model’s expediency, hypothesis test to find whether the hypothesis is acceptable or not, and also mediation regression test. The research’s result shows that the professional competency has positive effect and significant towards work satisfaction. Work motivation variable has positive effect and significant towards work satisfaction. Professional competency doesn’t have positive effect and insignificant towards teacher’s performance. Work satisfaction mediating the effect between professional competency towards teacher’s performance, and work satisfaction mediating the effect between work motivation towards teacher’s performance.
