Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine internal strengths and weaknesses boutique in achieving goals and external factors into the opportunities and threats that affect the activity and determine Keika boutique business development strategies that can be run at Boutique Keika Jl . Tb Simatupang Commercial Complex No. Palm Mas . 119 ii field . In this study, the method used is descriptive method with qualitative data . Data were obtained from observations , interviews and literature study . Informants in this study were divided into two groups , namely the determination of key informant informant using purposive sampling is Keika boutique owners and key informants using accidental sampling , namely consumers and customers Keika boutiques . Based       on        theresults         of research conductedin the fieldindicatethatKeikaBoutiquehas a strategytoexpand its business. Analysis usingthe SWOTmatrixproducesomestrategiesthatcan be runboutiquekeikatoexpand its businessthatimprovecustomercomfort, improve product qualityandcustomerservice, createnew productsespeciallywomen's clothingthat ismore variedandinnovative, improve knowledgeaboutconsumer appetite forfashion products, Increase the number ofemployees soemployees canwork optimally, makinga member cardtoapply theterms and conditionswhich can beused by consumers toget discounts, maintaininggood relationshipswithsuppliers tomaintain product qualityandimprove andadd to thepromotional activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify factors internal and external factors that are owned Usaha Perikanan Rakyat and determine appropriate development strategy to be implemented in the fishery business people in the future. The method used in this study is the descriptive research method. Informants were used in the research is the key informants that business owners. The analytical tool used in this study is the SWOT analysis matrix IFAS (Internal Factors Analysis Summary), matrix EFAS (External Factors Analysis Summary), and SWOT Analysis Diagram. Based on the analysis that has been conducted on the environmental factors that the company's internal environment and the external environment. In Internal Matrix Analysis Summary (IFAS), the power factor worth getting subtotals weakness factor of 2.1 and 0.6. While the External Matrix Analysis Summary (EFAS) factors showedodds of getting subtotal sworth 1.8 and 0.7 worth of threat factors. So it can be concluded that the position of the Usaha Perikanan Rakyat in  SWOT Analysis Diagram located on the first quadrant with an aggressive strategy or growth strategies. Aggressive strategies that can be implementedis to increase sales and maintain production volumes and expand market share. The design of these strategies can be appliedin Usaha Perikanan Rakyat in the futurein order tomaximizethe poweravailableby utilizingexisting opportunities.Keywords: strategy, aquaculture, catfish, external factors, internal factors, SWOT analysis

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategies used by businesses Arando Traditional Cake and Business development of Arando Traditional Cake over the last 3 years. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data were obtained from observations, interviews and literature study. Analysis using SWOT analysis. Informants in this study consisted of key informants and key informants. Determination of informants using purposive sampling and accidental sampling. The results show that the strategy has been used by businesses in Medan Arando Traditional Cake is to maintain the quality and taste of the product followed with affordable pricing. Traditional Cake Business Development Arando during the last 3 years of a development in terms of promotion by using social media such as Facebook and Instagram. In addition, variations in product launches Arando latest cake, caramel cake is now available in store . The analysis showed that the appropriate strategy to support business growth Arando is an aggressive strategy of creating a strategy that uses force to take advantage of opportunities.Keywords : Business Strategy, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

This research aimstoanalyze theatmosphereinthe NextstoreSalonFor Men, analyzingconsumerpurchasing decisionsat NextSalonfor Men, andanalyze the effectof storeatmosphereon consumer purchasing decisions. Forms of assosiative method used in this study with quantitative approach with view to find how much influence between variable X store atmosphere of the variable Y is consumer purchase decision.  From the calculation of simple linear regression, obtained Y = 7.148 + 0.605x constant means if the store atmosphere, then there will be 7.148 of the consumer purchase decisions and store atmosphere when raised 100% the consumer purchase decisions will increase by 0.605. Obtained from t test t price 13.137 > t table t price1.993 that shows the significant influence on consumer purchase decisions  Next Salon For Men Jalan. Dr. Mansyur number 94 Medan. Great influence of store atmosphere on consumer purchase decisions used formula coffiecient of determination obtained results of 70.6%. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of product variety on consumer purchasing decisions in Snugstore . This research is a form of associative method with a quantitative approach with a view to find how much influence between the variables X is Product Variations to variable Y is the consumer purchase decision.  Based on the analysis results of SEM ( Structural Equation Modeling ) indicates that the variable X4 or size of a product is part of the X variables that influence purchase decisions in the store Snugstore field . Size is divided into two items that measure the completeness and appropriateness of the size of the consumer Demand , both items are positive and become advocates for the high influence of the size of the products on consumer purchasing decisions . Based Goodness of Fit table above, it is known that the p-value ≥ 0:05 , this means that the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected that there are significant variations in the product on consumer purchasing decisions on Snugstore . RMSEA value ie RMSEA ≤ 0.05 ≤ 0.08 indicate that the model is a good fit . Value Std . RMR is this Std.RMR ≤ 0:05 shows that the model has good Goodness of Fit . Value indicates that GFI GFI ≥ accepted . Keywords : Product Variation, Consumer Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

A business venture like the Joint Self requires SWOT analysis strategies to overcome the constraints of business, and can win the competition either similar business as Indomaret, Alfamart and new entrants in the businesses around it. Formulation of the problem in this research is to investigate the application of SWOT strategies to improving the competitiveness of Bersama’s Supermarket. The method used is descriptive qualitative research method. Data obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis using SWOT analysis. Informants were 18 people. The results showed that the position of the company's strategy is to be implemented during the quadrant aggressive strategy. Abstract

In the Middle of competition and business at the moment trying to increase market share and to increase sales volume.Crispy Mdn-22 want to target a wider market segment. Segment of the market you want to target by-Crispy Mdn 22 is the entire market segment of society in North Sumatra and businesses that require culinary fried onions as a flavor enhancer in food. This research is qualitative descriptive approach. The technique of collecting data using interviews and documentation. Informants in this study are business owners and employees Crispy Mdn-22. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine the steps set the product positioning of crispy fried onions Crispy Mdn-22.The results showed that the steps of positioning measures undertaken by Crispy Mdn-22 is to define the relevant product market and the market as you wish, Make management of product standards, determine the evaluation standards, determines the type of service, define the distribution channel, plan and implement the positioning strategy.Advice can be given in this study isto improve effectiveness in distribution activities it would require an increase of facilities and supporting infrastructuredistribution activities and to enlarge the market of Crispy Mdn-22, then Crispy Mdn-22 need to carry out the activities of the marketing mix . Abstract

This study aims to determine how the motivation to work at PT. Bismaniaga Lestari, how labor productivity at PT. Bismaniaga Lestari, how to influence work motivation on employee productivity at PT. Bismaniaga Lestari and type of motivation which greater influence on employee productivity at PT. Bismaniaga Lestari. Research is a form of associative research with quantitative approach. The population is the entire employee of PT. Bismaniaga Lestari that is 140 people and 58 people with formula samples Slovin. Data collection techniques with questionnaires/questionnaire, participant observation and document companies. Data analysis techniques used are validity, reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression data analysis, determination test and Pearson Product Moment Correlation.. The results based on the classification criteria of respondents to work motivation variables (variables X) that work motivation is at very high criteria. While the classification criteria of respondents to employee productivity variable (variable Y) are at moderate criteria. However, from the analysis of sub-variables as motivation, that internal motivation greater influence on employee productivity, while external motivation remains to be further enhanced by the management company. Based on a simple linear regression analysis of the data obtained regression equation Y=17.563+0.267X. Constants obtained from the equation of 17.563 and a regression coefficient of 0.267X variable. Test results of determination of R-Square of 0.333. That is, 33.3% of the variation employee productivity is determined by the role of work motivation. Positive values ​​on the interval r Pearson Product Moment coefficient is equal to 0.577 gives the relationship between the two variables is unidirectional and significant. Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the possibility of the influence of human resources development to employees’ performance, to know if there any significant influence and to know how big the influence between human resources development and employees` performance in Bank Syariah Mandiri Medan branch. This research method used associative research method with quantitative data analysis that search the relation between variable X and variable Y. Variable X is human resources development and variable Y is employees` performance. Sample of this research is all of the employees` in Bank Syariah Mandiri office Medan branch. The sample took using total sampling technique with total 35 people. The data collected then analyzed using quantitative data analysis technique. Based on the result of research and continue with analyze collected data using correlation product moment formula, then the result is there is the significant relation and positive in middle degree between human resources development to employees` performance about 0,427 and value of sig (2-tailed)  is 0,010<0,05.  With the value of the influence of human resources development to performance employee’s is about 18,2%.
