Abstract

Abstract Globalization and development of mass information technology especially media broadcasting of television influential to public order. Importance difference between government television stations (TVRI) with station of private sector television orienting at crucible profit aspect had an effect on big to format event of which is presented. One side the side of private sector is more independently in presenting news at the same time public criticism media and opinion to government , side is other affected at individual change, social and local culture good values. Man tends to experiences stress in amused it by media, television especially. Broadcasting media also experiences collision to political importance and power. In the end broadcasting independency non directional and ground floor social public becomes victim conspiracy media and governmental between economic conflict of interests and politics. Public be waiting step of real the role of government of reposition of media to at its(the line as inside information conveyor educates nation do not change social element and public good culture in manipulation of importance as of eye. Abstract

Abstract The development of information technology triggers a phenomenon known as media convergence in which the pooling of information technology services that had been insulated by the characteristics of each form of media. It triggers the technical development of news presentation, format and public goals including the subject of several interested parties. In fact, convergence is likely to trigger a change in public behavior that once served as principals of journalism by using the same media facilities with professional journalistic media. The problem is some negative effects also occur in some public groups that are not ready to receive media convergence is so necessary supervision and regulation of related party. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance and institutional performance in BKM Ngudi Makmur in Klumprit Village, Mojolaban Sukoharjo. This research was accomplished by using surveys. The population in this study is that all the board as many as 68 people, with a sample of 13 people Method of data collection by interview, observation and documentation, while the methods of data analysis conducted by qualitative analysis with an interactive model. Results of analysis of performance measurement that views of the monitoring and financial reporting consistently shown that there is significant influence between financial performance and institutional performance in the smooth and success in BKM Ngudi Makmur. Abstract

This research has the goal of 1. To determine the effect on customer satisfaction at the facilities of PT BPR Saribumi Cabang Masaran 2. To determine the effect of the product on customer satisfaction in PT BPR Saribumi Cabang Masaran. The hypothesis in this study are: 1. Allegedly there is a significant influence on customer satisfaction among facilities in PT BPR Saribumi Cabang Masaran 2. Allegedly there is a significant effect of the product on customer satisfaction in PT BPR Saribumi Cabang Masaran 3. Allegedly a significant difference between the facility and the product simultaneously on customer satisfaction in PT BPR Saribumi Cabang Masaran. The data required in this study is primary data that comes respondents, and secondary data such as company profiles, theories relating to the issues discussed in this study. Data collection methods used in this research is to spread questionnaires to the respondents, and through interviews of some employees, the secondary data obtained from company documents and books relating to the subject matter covered. The results of the data analysis in this study it can be concluded that: 1. There is a significant relationship between facility on customer satisfaction in PT BPR Saribumi Cabang Masaran 2. There is a significant effect of the product on customer satisfaction in PT BPR Saribumi Cabang Masaran 3. There is a significant relationship between facilities, and products simultaneously on customer satisfaction in PT BPR Saribumi Cabang Masaran. Abstract

The role of human resource management in the administration of the country into a topic that has always attracted scientists in the study of public administration (Frederickson, 1997; Osborne and Plastrick, 2000), especially in recent years. Major changes that occurred in government organizations 90s that preceded the emergence of the phenomenon of autonomy, democratization, globalization, and the information technology revolution to impose a new requirement changes the role of the government apparatus that requires public organizations that are a radical transformation in the field of management. Government officials are not only required merely to be flexible and adapt to the highly dynamic mobile environment but also must be able to anticipate the various forms of change and proactively prepare the necessary changes. In realizing the need to support all of strategic plans and staffing system, which is aimed at creating new roles, new competencies and new ways to organize the government apparatus.
