Allah swt. sent down the syarÄ«âah to mankind with certain purpose. The   purpose of the syarÄ«âah is to provide benefit to mankind and prevent them from things that are not good. However, the Muslim scholars (ulamÄâ) have different understanding on the purpose of the syarÄ«âah and the procedures of its application. Therefore, the problem maqÄá¹£id al-syarÄ«âah become the object of a separate study in Islamic law. One of the Muslim scholars (ulamÄâ) who specifically discusses this issue is al-SyÄá¹ibÄ« in his book, al-MuwafaqÄt. This article deals with maqÄá¹£id al-syarÄ«âah of al-SyÄtibÄ«  and its actualization in the philosophy values of Pancasila.

Prior to the emergence of the Compilation of Islamic Law, the Islamic law employed and applied by the Religious Court to resolve disputes,  are found in the fiqh books written and complied by Islamic jurists several centuries ago.   As a result, the fiqh books  employed by the jurists of the Religious Courts are different from one another.  The Compilation of Islamic Law contains the rules of Islamic law in accordance with the conditions of the legal requirements and the legal awareness of Indonesian Muslims. The Compilation of Islamic Law is a manifestation and result of application of the existing various sects of fiqh and is equipped with Indonesian scholarsâ  fatwa in response to the problems that arise so that the the Compilation of Islamic Law can be used as a reference in solving the problem of marriage, inheritance and endowments.

This paper deals with the existence of customary courts in Aceh in the national judicial system. From formal-juridical perspective, the existence of customary courts is not clearly stated; however, the practices of community have indicated that most of civil disputes and criminal offenses were resolved by the customary courts in Aceh. The question relates to such issues as administration of  Aceh  customary courts, duties of functionaries in this customary courts, and its existence within the national judicial system. This paper shows that, although the local government of Aceh does not legally include customary court as one of the state official justices, this kind of court has been sociologically recognized in resolving disputes that occur in the society. Furthermore, the local government of Aceh has codified it in the form of qÄnÅ«n (legal code).

This articel was conducted based on the consideration that the current emotional intelligence is still indispensable in shaping the behavior of students. With specification on the subjects of Islamic education, this article tried to connect the emotional intelligence of high school students on Islamic Education. This article examines to determine how Islamic religious education policies that have been implemented in high school and to determine the relevance of emotional intelligence of high school students against the teachings of Islam. To get a complete this article. libarary research approach. Data was collected through literature study includes studying, studying and citing theories or concepts from a number of literature. Books, journals, magazines and others. It can be applied to educate children who are emotionally intelligent with the ability to recognize self-managing emotions productively utilize emotions, empathy, and the ability to build social relationships.

This article attempts to elaborate and to explore the educational background of caregivers in the Social Orphanage Children (PSAA) which belongs to the social Islamic organizations (CSOs) in the Province of Jakarta. The study which was conducted in Jakarta applied a survey method. There are 35 (thirty five) respondents from nine (9) PSAA who participated in this research. The study found that caregivers do not fully follow the principle of professionalism in the work. It can be identified by the education of the caregiver that the majority of caregivers only graduated from senior high school which is amounted to 71.43% and 28.57% of caregivers had received training related to child care and only 2.86% of caregivers who have an educational background in social work or social welfare. These will potentially cause the child to be in one cycle of misguided, thus inhibiting the development of the child.

This article examines Abdulrahman Wahid and his thoughts on the indigenization of Islamic education. The approach used is content analysis to examine the works Abdurahman Wahid, and the historical approach to study his biography. The results showed: first, education indigenization of Islam according to Wahid , mengedapankan more substantive learning, where the education was no tolerance values, local culture-based education and Islamic education rahmatan li al- Alamin. Second, a good religious education is education that adapts to local culture, non-formal religious education in the surrounding communities and that indigenization Islamic education desired by K.H. Abdurahman Wahid.

Learning neuroscience offers an alternative to the development of intelligence potential learners linguistic and logical through physical movement, rohamiah, physical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, naturalist and existential. The learning system includes morality codes of learners are packed in Islamic boarding school education curriculum with teaching presentation of cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Islamic education boarding school curriculum neurosains apply learning methods for the development of intellect learners so in the formation of character can maximize the performance of sense. In neuroscience of learning, students are given the opportunity to actively construct knowledge through learning. Thus, neuroscience learning combined with a variety of disciplines so integrated into the mainstream of the formation of character.

This article is the result of research on the use of the Internet as a medium of learning in students of IAIN Palu. This study used descriptive qualitative approach. The results show: first, use of the Internet as a medium of learning in Palu IAIN can be mapped into three categories, namely: the use of web searching facility, the use of e-mail facilities, and the use of e-learning facilities. Secondly, in terms of infrastructure, hardware to support internet-based learning is sufficient, but the amount of bandwidth is still very far from the standard requirements. Meanwhile, in terms of human resources, still need to increase their knowledge and skills in the field of IT for teachers and students to be able to implement an optimal internet-based learning. Third, Palu IAIN students responded very positively to the use of the Internet as a medium of learning.

This article discusses the interaction neorosains holistic education in the perspective of Islam. The concept of Islamic education is the interaction of neuroscience holistic in building the social structure that is controlled through the instru-mentation of morality, values, mind control, brain function mind and looked at society as a whole. Holistic neuroscience principles include the principle of commanding the good and forbidding the evil, the principle of integration of science, the principle of solidarity towards the poor, the principle of the spirit of devotion, tajdid principle, the principle of democracy and society. It thus becomes very possible for Muslims to make a picture of an ideal society based pejunjuk Koran.

This article discusses the concept Apparel in Islamic education . Which is currently a lot of variety of fashion in dress. Although the general function of clothes is a human genitalia cover and protect the body from the heat of the sun. However hijab at this time not just cover the nakedness , but rather as a fashion style that became a common thing now is infecting the womenfolk including Muslim. Ranging from clothes, pants, until hijab began in innovation so as to attract the eye. Although it is not yet represent the shape and fashion model/standard clothes, but felt able to express Islamic education in the dressing (hijab) and a fashion model/Islamic clothing. Obviously keep on religious norms, ethical and moral teachings. Substance of clothing in Islam is polite in accordance with the values of Islamic Education.
