Abstract

In Arabic, a fa’il is an ism marfu’ that occurs before its fi’il. Some of fa’ils are zhahir and some are mudhmar. A fa’il exists only whenever there is a fi’il. However, there is a fi’il that must be omitted from its fa’il since there is a sign denotes it. A fa’il has seven ahkam. Abstract

Islam is a universal religion that regulates  relationship not only between mankind and God, between mankind and mankind but also between mankind and their soroundings.  It is within this context that moral teaching of the Qur’an and of prophet’s tradisition often become  references of  a Muslim’s deed, including his or her art expression. Abstract

Today, Moslem women and men have the same opportunity in education and job. This opportunity puts Moslem women in a dilemmatic position in term of performance. On one hand, they have to obey Islamic rules and culture. On the other hand, they have to follow culture development in term of physical performance and relationship with men. Abstract

In Islam, marriage is sacred. Thus, the procedures of a marriage and of a divorce are arranged in Islam. One of the Islamic regulations on divorce is  ta’lik talak. Ta’lik talak in Islamic law is a marital contract declared by a husband in marriage through which a divorce will occur when the husband breaks the contract. In the Compilation of Islamic Law in Indonesia, we also find the so-called marital contract that has some similarities and differences from ta’lik talak. Ta’lik talak and marital contract can be done and can be a reason for executing a divorce when it is violated by the husband. However, ta’lik talak cannot be canceled as long as the marriage is intact. This is not the case with the marital contract where it can be canceled based on the agreement of the two (husband and wife), in spite of their intact marriage. Kata Kunci: Ta’lik talak, fikih, perjanjian perkawinan, Kompilasi   Hukum Islam

Abstract

Basically, in Islam, commerce is allowed unless there is a dalil (religious argument) that bans it. In Islamic perspective, commerce is one of central lives to achieve a piety. Therefore, in Islam, commerce is ethically  regulated  to avoid unfairness from those who involve in it. The purpose is that whoever involves in a commerce must be able to achieve a benefit from it. Even, Islam regulates not only the procedures of commerce transaction  but also the objects of the commerce. Abstract

This article deals with transformation of Islamic education in the early period, that is from the epoch of the prophet Muhammad to that of the Abbasid. In the period of Mahmud, Islamic education activity took place in its simple form, centered on the companions residents. In the epoch of Khulafa’ ar-Rasyidun, mosques were used for Islamic education activity. In the epoch of Abbasid, because Muslims’ need in Islam education developed, the traditional institution of Islamic education transformed into madrasahs of their own various levels. Sociologically, Islamic education and society are closely related. It can be seen from the role of Islamic education in responding to social phenomena and the development of modern teachnology. Based on this, cultrully, life-long education must be developed to realize the needs of scioety in Islamic education. In other words, Islamic education must give a constribution to the life of society since the floursih or the decline of society highly depends on the quality of Islamic education promoted.
