Abstract

Boiler or Boiler is a tool that has a function to heat the water up into the highpressure steam. In the industrial boiler is the main engine that plays a very important, because the steam boiler proceeds will be used for the needs of the production process of a factory. Boiler used in PG. Bungamayang is a boiler with a water pipe fuel types bagasse. These boilers operate with a maximum pressure of 25kg / cm 2 and a maximum steam generating as much as 25 tons / hour. To calculate the efficiency of a boiler can use the direct method is energy obtained from the working fluid thanℎthe-ℎ energy contained in thefuelboiler 100% boiler efficiency rate can be caused by good or bad of the boiler fuel. In this final duty fuel used is bagasse, there is the content Results Purity (HK) end mill juice. Optimal boiler efficiency at PG. Bungamayang of 77% based on the calculation and the results of the analysis of the percentage of HK sap mill end of the fuel bagasse is 33%, but if HK sap in the fuel is rising to 46%, the efficiency of the boiler will decrease to 40%. So it can be said that if HK sap end mill bagasse fuel in the percentage is too high then the efficiency of the boiler will be very small, and causes the plant performance is not optimal. The incident occurred as HK roomie is a divisor of the percentage of sugar and non-sugar. The higher the percentage of HK sap, meaning the bagasse contains a lot of sugar content

Abstract

According to the meaning literally, the image (image )is a two-dimensional image on the field. Judging from the mathematical point of view, the image is a continuous function (continue) the intensity of light in the two-dimensional plane. The light source illuminates an object, then the object reflects back a portion of the light beam. This light reflection is captured by optical devices, such as the human eye, a camera, scanner, and others so that the shadow of the object in the form of the image can be recorded (Sitorus, Syahriol, 2006). In scientific writing, the author analyzes on the detection of handwriting on a blackboard. Handwriting recognition is one area of pattern recognition and is a part of computer sciencefield Computervision and artificial intelligenceis being developed at this time. While the blackboard were planks of wood with a surface that can be rewritten by using markers. Chalkboard ancient times was made of a thin sheet of slate black or gray. Chalkboard is now made of sheets of thin boards painted with glossy paint, usually white. Whiteboards are commonly used in schools and educational institutions. With a variation of a wide variety of reasons. Chalkboard often unpopular student with written reasons lecturer on the board can not read, so difficult to understand.

Abstract

Hydrological data is not available in most areas of Lampung Province. To decrease the unit hydrograph, then it’s made a Synthetic Unit Hydrograph is created based on the physical characteristics of the River Basin. Way Kandis River which is a creek of Way Sekampung River is one of the watershed that does not have unit hydrograph so it is necessary to make HSS calculation from some existing method. The design flood debits calculated in this study were Q2, Q5, Q10, Q20, Q25, Q50, and Q100 using the HSS Snyder Method, the Nakowsasu HSS Method and the Limantara HSS Method. The peak debit (Qp) results on the highest 100 year (Q100) recalculation on the Limantara Q100 method = 615.44 m3 / sec HSS by a margin of less than 5 m3 / s through the Snyder Q100 method = 610.79 m3 / s. Lowest Method Nakayasu Q100: 437,40 m3 / s. The time to reach the longest peak (Tp) discharge on the Snyder method = 8 hours by 1 hour difference in each method. Nakayasu Method = 7 hours and Limantara Method = 6 hours. Of the three methods HSS can not yet predicted which approach approaches the flood hydrograph in Way Kandis watershed because there is no data for calibration. Therefore, further research is needed to obtain measurable flow data on Way Kandis River

Abstract

Synthetic unit hydrograph is a synthetic based hydrograph of watershed parameters. One way to find out the magnitude of the flood watershed of Way Tebu River Basin is to predict the amount of flow from existing rain data, Therefore rainfall data as the main input of rain diversion process becomes a very important thing and must have a high level of accuracy. The research presents a simple approach to determine peak discharge and unit hydrograph form in the Waytebu River Basin. Several methods of unit synthesis hydrograph such as Nakayasu, Limantara and Snyder are used to calculate peak discharge and hydrograph form. Flood discharge plans with various reworks in each method, providing mixed results. The greatest result is the Limantara HSS (Q25 = 1,413.13 m3 / sec) and the smallest HSS Snyder (Q25:814,57 m3 / s), while HSS Nakayasu (Q25 = 922.93 m3 / s). From the hydrograph comparative analysis of the three methods for Limantara method, the top time is happened at (Tp: 5.57) with top flow (Qp: 10,19 m3 / s), While Nakayasu method has the same top time at (Tp: 5,93 ) with top flow (Qp: 11.65 m3 / s) and Snyder method top time happened ad (Tc: 5.57) with top flow (Qp: 10.19 m3 / s)

Abstract

DAS Way Sulan located in East Lampung Regency of Lampung Province. DAS Way Sulan this was the area of review in the research of the preparation of this thesis. Flood-prone areas in the planning area includes the  rea of the estuary's Way Home, flood plains and alluvial plain especially along the Way Sulan. Factors cause flooding include the high rainfall, the closure of land upstream capacity and reduced flow of the rivers especially in areas of lower reduced due to sedimentation and topographic area. Flood hazards/safeguards for potential flooding in River Way Sulan can do planning safeguards against a flood with a building plan that aims to reduce the damage that occurs due to the flood levels most minimum. Building planning in the field of water resources can be done well if rainfall data at each station the rain can be known and calculated using the debitnya method of the HSS
