The Tapioca Plant has main product of Tapioca flour and Side Product Cassava Cellulose (onggok) and The Liquid Waste. The Biogas Plant is one of the best solution for Liquid Waste, The Liquid Waste of Tapioca plant needs integrated plant for waste application for us with circumstance friendly . There are two type of Biogas Reactor which one of the waste solution is CIGAR Type or Fixed Dome type. The Biogas yield collected in biogas tank which able to use for cooking stove and lamp for light. The liquid waste from Biogas Plant can be use for irrigation and the sludge able to use for fertilizer. Welding on the type of welding (welding) using the GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding). It is one of the most widely used method for connecting a material, especially on the pipe. Splicing by welding is one way to provide heat to the material so that the material melted and fused. In stainless steel material will be very easily distracted from the heat during the welding.So it can affect the properties of the stainless steel material especially for the nature of the corrosion resistance. This study aims to understand and minimize the effect of heat from the weld on the composition of the metal alloy stainless steel (SS),especially for atomic Chromium (Cr) and violence (Hardness). Experiments were carried out by testing the hardness(Hardness test) and PMI Test on area base material, HAZ (Heat Affected Zone) and the weld metal. The results obtained in the form of data in tabular form to inform a large percentage of the value of the level of violence and in this case the percentage composition of the chromium material to the readings of test points that have been determined from the test material

Object recognition is part of image processing. It is used to recognize the surrounding objects based on their features, then they are processed further to obtain valid data information that can be used for other purposes. Currently, object recognition is mostly used by robot developers as one of the features in humanoid robot. One of the recent challenges occurring in humanoid robot is how the robot detects and localizes generic objects from categories such as human or car in static images using sensory visuals. It is a difficult problem since objects in such categories vary both in appearance and shape. For example, it is difficult to recognize an object that most of its shape is blocked by other objects. To solve the problem, researcher used Deformable Part Model and latent svm methods, where the data collection was performed through Library Research and Field Research approaches. The conclusion of this research is that recognition to objects using deformable part model provides a passable accuracy. After 3 experiments had been performed, system was able to recognize objects with highest reach by 88%.

The value of sub grade modulus is required for pavement management system (PMS), design and evaluation of a pavement system. In the overlay thickness design the first thing should be carried out is to predict the modulus of existing sub grade. While in the PMS this value is used for reference in segmenting of tested road links. There are several methods available to calculate subgrade modulus based on the Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) deflections. Generally, calculation of sub grade modulus from FWD deflections need information of total pavement thickness above sub grade level. This information is quite difficult because it needs testing using equipment called Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR). This equipment is relatively expensive and the main thing it needs the skilled engineers to interpret the GPR results. This research aims to find the correlation between FWD deflection to that of the modulus of existing subgrade, so that the calculation of sub grade modulus based on FWD deflection does not need the information of total pavement thickness anymore. The research starts by simulating pavement under standard traffic load (4200 kg) and then calculate the surface deflection on the points which are located as exactly same as the FWD geophone are. The simulated pavement model consists of 3 layers i.e. surface layer of flexible, base layer of granular, and sub grade. A computer program called KenPave is used for this simulation. This program is able tocalculate the deflection, stress, and strain in any location of pavement system by inputting layer thicknesses, modulus of each layer as well as Poisson’s ratio. There are 3800 variations of simulated pavement system which vary modulus and thickness of each layer.After that it is carried out modeling of subgrade modulus and the value of deflection at the 900 mm offset (D 900). It is then obtained a logarithmic model that correlates the value of sub grade modulus and the deflection at 900 mm offset. The correlation factor is quite good (r21, A M S Sufanir = 87.5%). The final step of the research is to test this model using field data of FWD and the results are compared to back calculation results using FWDArea and Elmod programs. It is then found that when the results are plotted each other, they all fall around line of equality. It means that the sub grade modulus obtained from the model is not significantly different to that of back calculation result. In the other words, the logarithmic model between sub grade modulus and FWD deflection of 900 mm offset is acceptable. This model could help pavement engineers for predicting the modulus of existing sub grade very fast.

At present, the development of the information that is unbelievably experienced rapid development is no exception to the application database. In a database application is needed to store important data and the development of increasingly large storage media so that data can be stored on a database of many in the data storage media. Indirectly lead to the accumulation of data and unwittingly data it stores a lot of information that can be utilized. Therefore, the necessary data mining, which is a concept to discover knowledge hidden within a database. Data mining is a semi-automatic process that uses statistical techniques, mathematics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to extract and identify potential knowledge and useful information that is stored in large databases. Find information hidden within a large data one method that can be used is a method of Naive Bayes classifier (NBC). Methods Naive Bayes classifier (NBC) is one method that is likely a simple data classification based on Bayes theorem, assuming between the explanatory variables are independent (independent). This method is one of many methods used to classification hidden data and get information from a lot of data. Naive Bayes classifier method assumes that the presence or absence of a particular occurrence of a group is not associated with the presence or absence of other events. Naive Bayes classifier method can be combined with a Decision Support System for the method does not require weights to do the calculations, but only using the probability data that already exists. 2 Reasons for choosing Naive Bayes classifier method in this study because of the classification of the opportunities that simple and easy to understand, efficient computation, and the results can be recognized more accurately than other methods, and has the ability to classification by category in a simple mathematical form. Thus it is expected that this method will be able to find information hidden from much of the data with the classification by category

Increasingly knowledge is growing rapidly. One of these is evolving knowledge about robotic technology, Robotics in today has become an important part of human life. Robots are Eletromechanical equipment or bio-mechanical, or a combination of equipment that generates the autonomy movement and the movement based on movement ordered.Robot in some cases can replace the role of man, as seen on the robots are applied in various fields such as industry,health(health),defense(defense),agriculture(agriculture),research(research),ploy(game),vehicles(smartvehicle) and others.Smart vehicle that is being developed is a Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV),ROV(RemotelyOperatedVehicles)is a tool that serves a kind of robot to search underwater sonar andcamera equipped. ROV has the ability to observe objects in the ocean and is controlled by remote control from directly above the water surface.ROV can provide convenience to the people to not have to go and dive marine observing various resources that exist in the oceans. by using this tool a person need only look at the data recorded by the ROV were put to sea in a monitor, and send all the data into a website via an internet connection which can later be accessed via computer or mobile device. To be able to upload data- research data from the vehicle via the internet have a problem because they have not had a personal website, on the background is the background of the manufacturing system for ROV website.

Image processing is the processing of two-dimensional images through digital computers "(Jain, 1989). In image processing there are several steps that must be done,namely image acquisition, image enhancement (pre-procesing), image segmentation, representation and description , then introduction and interpretation. Edge detection (edge detection) is one of the stages in image processing that aims to find out the pattern of image objects that kemudaian can be used in segmentation and extraction features on the image. In edge detection there are several methods that are quite popular among them is the canny and sobel method. In the process and result detection canny is superior with value 3,889 than sobel which only have value 3,667 based on goodness of image recommended from ITU 500-11.
