Innovation is essential in the current dynamic and competitive business environment. Therefore, the company must leverage innovative work behavior to all employees to continuously create new products/services and update the work process. Researchers and practitioners argue that proper leadership, positive psychological, and knowledge-sharing activities are relevant factors in encouraging and accelerating employees’ innovative work behavior. In order to improve State-owned enterprise (SOE) employees’ innovative work behavior and bear up previous research gaps, this study investigates whether transformational leadership and psychological capital encourage innovative work behavior in SOE employees, directly and indirectly, using knowledge-sharing as an intervening variable. The researcher processed clean data from 303 respondents who completed online questionnaires using the Structural Equation Modeling method. The result found that transformational leadership and psychological capital positively affected the innovative work behavior of SOE employees, both directly and through knowledge-sharing activities. However, the magnitude of psychological capital toward the innovative behavior of SOE employees directly and through knowledge-sharing activities is more substantial than transformational leadership. Furthermore, theoretical and practical implications are discussed. Furthermore, theoretical and practical implications are discussed. Lastly, the company can use the results to intervene in relevant factors to increase employee innovation.

This study aims to analyze the effect of oil price volatility, gold price volatility and exchange rate volatility on the dynamic relationship between Indonesian and United States capital market. The data used in this study are daily closing prices of oil, gold and exchange rates (USD/IDR) as well as Indonesian capital market (JKSE) and United States capital market (DJIA) composite indices during period of January 2005 to October 2020. This study uses DCC-GARCH method to calculate the dynamic correlation between two capital markets and GARCH with the GED parameter to analyze oil volatility, gold volatility and exchange rate volatility on the integration of Indonesian capital market and United States capital market. The results of this study show positive and strong results on the integration of Indonesian and United States capital markets, thus proving that the movements of Indonesian market and American market tend to be strong and mutually influence the two capital markets. Moreover, the oil, gold and exchange rates volatilities have a negative effect on the integration of the Indonesia capital market and the US capital market. This finding implies investors should take oil, gold and exchange rates volatilities in their investment consideration.

The prices of these international goods, world oil prices, exchange rates, and government policies, always influence developments in the current global era that drive domestic commodity prices. This study aims to analyze the effect of asymmetric price transmission on several Indonesian domestic commodities. Asymmetric price transmission occurs if the speed of price adjustment above or below the price trend is not the same. Positive or negative price changes occur if the price is above or below the price trend. Under dynamic conditions, each price will adjust to the long-term price level. This study applies the error correction model (ECM) method to capture the speed of adjustment of each commodity following the long-term price level. This study involves asymmetric price transmission to see price adjustments. Econometric testing through the error correction model is used to determine how much the domestic price adjustments are when there is an increase or decrease in international prices for essential commodities. The results showed an adjustment in domestic prices when global prices increased or decreased for wheat flour, granulated sugar, soybeans, beef, and broiler meat. Based on the coefficient and significance level, there was no domestic price adjustment for rice and broiler chicken eggs. Policy implications include providing input for policymakers in determining prices so that market prices are stable and in line with people's purchasing power.

High awareness of obedience and compliance is a fundamental requirement in monitoring going concerned, reflecting a critical role of meaningful accounting information. This research tested earnings quality to measure belief and faith in achieving a sustainable business as optimism and confidence in the better one. The collecting data concerned the listed manufacturing company during 2010-2021, where purposive sampling and moderated regression with dummy variables were to capture the strategy topologies. The causal research observed amounted to 214 companies, illustrating that the number of valid observations has been 1.278 samples. The finding depicts the mapping of the investor reaction to quality accounting information related to this rational decision model in predicting the high future certainty as a positive signal. Bayes Teorema and Decision Tree Model are used to distinguish the prospective company as a highly guaranteed information; the social responsibility of the regulator is to minimize the distortion by implementing the going-private procedure for the low-prospected one; pragmatically, one platform of financial reporting service is to deduct a minimum chance for opportunity accruals. As a new insight into the literature in accounting, this simplex-linear programming has been modified into an innovative portfolio as an artificial intelligence model to maximize each utility.

This study investigates the impact of social capital theory in social networks on consumer decision-making, highlighting the importance of product features and peer preferences. It identifies a research gap in understanding the effects of structural, relational, and cognitive capital, emphasizing the need for further exploration. The study also examines the relationship between information sharing and purchase intention, addressing a previously neglected area. Additionally, it explores how age and gender, influence consumer characteristics. The empirical data collected from 223 respondents who buy consumer goods through social media as part of the millennial generation through an online survey is analyzed using SEM. Results indicate that structural, cognitive, and relational capital influence the exchange of information. The behavior of sharing information indicates that the more people who provide positive information about a consumer goods product, the higher the intention to buy, it is anticipated that the company will increase its promotion on Twitter and Instagram. This is due to the fact that many consumers use the platform in their daily lives and consumers desire to always be willing to share the information they possess. Moreover, younger women are more inclined to share information based on their age and gender characteristics.

Environmental concerns have led to increased environmentally conscious practices and the production of green products. However, in an emerging country like Tanzania, young Tanzanian consumers have shown less responsiveness, necessitating an exploration of the factors influencing their purchase behaviour. This study investigates the factors influencing young Tanzanian consumers' decision to buy green products. A quantitative approach was conducted using structured online questionnaires to collect data from 161 individuals aged 18 to 35. The data is analysed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling. Results reveal that environmental consciousness and price perception positively influence green product awareness, while green advertising does not. Environmental consciousness exhibits a more significant influence over price perception. Subsequently, green product awareness positively influences green-product buying decisions. These findings indicate that young Tanzanian consumers know about green issues and are ready to pay more for green products. Businesses and policymakers can develop more effective strategies to promote sustainable behaviours and facilitate the transition to a greener economy. This study provides valuable insights into the critical factors driving the purchasing behaviour of green products among young consumers, emphasising the need for targeted efforts to encourage sustainable consumption in emerging economies.

This study examines the influence of gender, age, education, living area and marital status as socio-demographic indicators and financial literacy toward investment decisions. The research was conducted in South Sulawesi, Indonesia with 167 respondents. The sample used was purposive sampling, with the specific criteria for the level of Indonesian wealth. Quantitative methods and a problem-solving approach were used. We found that gender has a negative and significant effect, education, living area, and marital status positively and significantly affect investment decisions. Women tend to prefer low-risk investments compared to men largely attributed to lower levels of financial literacy among women. In terms of education, investors with higher levels of education are more likely to make more informed investment decisions as they demonstrate improved risk management skills and a higher level of financial literacy. The living area also influences their investment decisions, with urban investors having easier access to information and knowledge about investments. Marital status also affects investment decisions, as married investors often prioritize the responsibility of their investments. However, age have a negative and not significant on investment decisions. This can be explained by the higher number of younger people becoming involved in investment decisions.
