Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Ownership Structure of Foreign Ownership (Forgn_Own), Institutional Ownership (Ints_Own), and Public Ownership (Public_Own) on Corporate Value with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as intervening variable in registered financial services company in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2016. The research population is a financial services company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2013-2016 as many as 248 companies. While in the sampling by using purposive sampling method. With this method, there are 130 companies that meet the criteria. Data is obtained through Annual Report and Monthly. The results show that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a positive and significant impact on Corporate Value, foreign ownership (Forgn_Own), Institutional ownership (Ints_Own), and public ownership (Public_Own) have a positive and significant impact on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in financial services companies listed on the Stock Exchange Year 2013-2016. Foreign ownership (Forgn_Own), Institutional Ownership (Ints_Own), and Public Ownership (Public_Own) have a positive and significant impact on Corporate Value of financial services companies listed on the Stock Exchange 2013-2016. And indirectly or through CSR, foreign ownership (Forgn_Own), institutional ownership (Ints_Own), and public ownership (Public_Own) also have a positive and Significant effect on Corporate Value on financial services companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013- 2016. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Work Stress, Motivation, Work Discipline, and Transformational Leadership On Performance Employees At Perum LPPNPI (Airnav Indonesia) Branch Pratama Semarang. This research uses qualitative research, with the employee population is 85 employees. Data collection using questionnaires with Likert scale. The research uses sampling The result showed that the Work Stress not affect on Employee Performance, Motivation not effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, and Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, and Employee Performance. From resul tresearch showed Transformational Leadership very strong and effect can explain the variable employee performance.Keywords: Work Stress, Motivation, Work Discipline, Transformational Leadership and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of motivation, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance. Object of study in this paper is the PT. Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP IV Semarang City. The sampling technique in this research is to use simple random sampling (random) sample of 60 respondents as data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to the respondent in order to obtain information. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question item, cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each of the independent variables were tested by regression analysis. The result showed that the motivation has a positive effect and significant to the employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect and significant to the employee performance, and compensation has a positive effect and significant to the employee performance.Keyword : motivation, work discipline, compensation, and employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of work discipline, job statisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance in PT. Telkom Regional IV Jawa Tengah and Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.This study use three independent variable, namely work discipline, job statisfaction and organizational commitment, with the dependent variable is the performance of employees. The data in this study were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 110 employees in PT. Telkom Regional IV Jawa Tengah and Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Based on the research that has been done shows that work discipline, job statisfaction and organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.Keywork discipline, job statisfaction, organizational commitment, employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine whether there is influence of product quality, brand image and price perception of Samsung Smartphone purchase decision. The result of the analysis is the quality of the product has no effect and significant so that all changes - changes that occur in the variable purchase decision is not influenced by product quality veriabel. Furthermore, the brand image does not have a positive and significant impact so that any changes that occur in the purchase decision variable are not affected by the brand image variable. While the perception of the price has a positive and significant effect so it can be stated that the perception of the price can affect the purchase decision. It is known that the value of Adjusted R Square is 0,535 which means that 53,5% of variation of purchasing decision can be explained by product quality variable, brand imageand price perception.Keywords: product quality, brand image, price perception and purchase decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price perceptions, promotion and location to the purchase decisions of the product "BAGUS" camphor (Study on the consumer Giant BSB Semarang ). The population in this study are all consumers who shop at Giant BSB Semarang. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and the number of samples processed into research data as much as 100 respondents. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of research that has been done shows the quality of products and locations have a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions of the product "Bagus" camphor . While the perception of price and promotion has no significant effect on purchasing decision.Keywords: Product Quality, Price Perception, Promotion, Location and Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of dividend policy, liquidity, profitability, and firm size on capital structure. This research also examines the influence of capital structure on the value of listed companies in IDX period 2012-2016. The data used are Indonesia Capital Market Directory 2015 and Financial Report as of December 31, 2016 that are sampled. Sampling method uses purposive sampling method with 33 companies listed in IDX. Data types used are secondary data which is panel data, because it is a combination of time series and cross section data. The analysis method used is fixed effect model estimation method and random effect model. The selection of estimation method was based on hausman test. The result of research showed that DPR, CR, ROE, and SIZE had a negative effect on DER. DPR and SIZE variables have no significant effect while CR and ROE are significant. DER has a negative effect not significantly on PBV. This study found no influence on capital structure of its independent variables. Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the influence of the value of the product and the perception of price on consumer satisfaction and its impact on the brand loyalty Oli Top One. The population of this study is consumers who buy Oli Top One in the city of Semarang. The sample in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the samples in this study are customers who buy and use lubricating oil products Top One of at least twice already. The analysis tool used is the test of validity, reliability and multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: The value of the product positively affects customer satisfaction. Perception prices positively affects customer satisfaction. Value product positively affects brand loyalty. Perception positive effect on the price of brand loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has positive influence on brand loyalty. Consumer satisfaction is not as mediating variables influence the value of the product to the brand loyalty. Consumer satisfaction is not as mediating variables influence price perception towards brand loyalty.Keywords: the value of the product, the perception of price, consumer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Abstract

This purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of motif, product quality, and perceived price to purchasing decision of smartphone Samsung in Sinar Mas Cellular Plaza Simpang Lima The Ground Floor Semarang.The population in this study were consumers who made a purchase of smartphone Samsung at Sinar Mas Cellular Plaza Simpang Lima The Ground Floor Semarang. The number of samples studied were as many as 100 peoplewere selected as respondents used purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study was questionnaire filled out by respondents.The analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression to examine the effect of partially each independent variable,there were motivation, product quality and perceived price to dependent variable that was purchasing decesion. The results of this study showed that motivation, product quality, and perceived price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Sinar Mas Cellular Plaza Simpang Lima The Ground Floor Semarang.Keyword: Motif, Product Quality, Perceived Price and Purchasing Decision Process

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of customer satisfaction and loyality by examining variable that effect the identification of customer satisfaction and loyality with Koperasi Artha Prima Jatisari Semarang. After a review of lerated literature, in this study determined significant variables that allegedly effect customer satisfaction and loyality, which is variables quality of service that includes dimentions of physical evidance, reliability,security, responsiviness and empathy and variable customer value can be seen as a basis of the development strategy of customer satisfaction leads to loyality. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling technique. With a total sample of 100 customer Koperasi Artha Prima cabang Jatisari Semarang. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to tes validity of the item in question, and the formula Cronbach’sAlpha to test the reability of the instrumen. The data analysis technique used in this study was SPSS 19. Which is used to test the 5 (five) hypotheses that have been developed. The test result showed that the (1) quality of service to customer satisfaction showed a positive and significant, (2) customer value to customer satisfaction showed a positive and significant, (3) customer satisfaction to customer loyality showed a positive and significant,(4) quality of service to customer loyality showed a positive and significant, (5) customer value to customer loyality showed a positive and significant.Keyword : Service Quality, Costumer Value, Costumer Saticfaction and Costumer Loyalty.
