Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis  pengaruh  Iklim Organisasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan mediasi Komitmen Organisasi pada guru SMP Negeri 1 di Sub Rayon 04 Jakenan Kabupaten Pati. Studi ini menggunakan obyek penelitian ini adalah guru SMP Negeri 1 di wilayah Sub Rayon 04 Jakenan Kabupaten Pati yang berjumlah 136 orang guru. Dari 136 responden yang mengembalikan kuesener sebanyak 126 responden. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah sampel jenuh atau teknik sensus yang memakai populasi sebagai sampel. Hippotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan regresi. Model regresi dapat digunakan kalau memnuhi syarat yaitu uji normalitas dan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi multikolineritas dan heterokedastisitas. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Iklim Organisasi  tidak terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap    Komitmen Organisasi pada Guru SMP Negeri 1 di Sub Rayon 04 Jakenan Kabupaten Pati. Motivasi terbukti secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen Organisasi pada guru SMP Negeri 1 di Sub Rayon 04 Jakenan Kabupaten Pati. Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri 1 di Sub Rayon 04 Jakenan Kabupaten Pati.  Motivasi terbukti secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru  pada guru SMP  Negeri 1di Sub Rayon 04 Jakenan Kabupaten Pati . Komitmen Organisasi guru tidak terbukti secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru pada guru SMP Negeri 1 di Sub Rayon 04 Jakenan Kabupaten Pati. Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi terhadap kinerja guru lebih efektif bersifat langsung tanpa mediasi Komitmen Organisasi. Motivasi berpengaruh  terhadap kinerja guru secara langsung lebih efektif dari pada dengan mediasi Komitmen Organisasi. Kata kunci : Iklim Organisasi, Motivasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Guru

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate the influence of competence and communication toward teacher’s performance with organizational commitment  as mediation variable at secondary high school in  Pati regency. There are 206 teachers that used for the research as respondent. This research carried out on July to August 2012. Instrument which is used in this research is by giving list of questions to the respondent. The instrument which is used in this research is computer software SPSS ver.16. program After it has been processed by this program, get the result from validity and reliability test. All variable are valid.With the test Normality, Multicolinierity, and Heteroscedastisity  as a whole have no assumption trouble classical. Pursuant to the test above hence it is reachable regression analysis assumption conception the of BLUE Linear or Best Linnier Unbiazed Estimator, hence applying the regression in analyses this research is well implemented.The method used to analyze the data is regression analysis. The result of the first hypotheses test can be proved that the competence variable has positive significant influence to the organizational commitment.The second hypotheses test shows that the competence variable has positive significant influence to the teachers performances. The third hypotheses test shows that the communicationhas positive significant influence to the organizational commitment. The fourth hypotheses test shows that communicationhas positive significant influence to the teachers performances The fifth hypotheses test shows that the organizational commitmenthas positive significant influence to the teachers performance.But as a mediation commitment organizational can’t be proved. It shows that cmmitment organizational can’t  mediate the influence of both competence and communication toward teachers’ performance Key words:  competence, communication, organizational commitment, and teacher’sperformance

Abstract

Teacher qualities often spoken in Indonesia in this decade. That is why need a factual study hits teacher condition and variable that influence the performance. This research is done to test teacher social capital variable influence and self-efficacy teacher towards teacher performance with mediasi commitment organizational school. This research use explains and expand previous research hits social capital influence and self-efficacy towards teacher performance with commitment mediation organizational. Population in this research entire teachers junior high school country at essence regency with sample 206 respondents. Sample taking by using random proportional technics sampling. Data processing by using spss 16.0. This research is done in one period in the year 2012. Analysis method uses doubled regression. The Result shows that: (1) positive influential social capital but not significant towards commitment organisasional, (2) self-efficacy negative influential but significant towards commitment organisasional, (3) negative influential social capital and not significant towards teacher performance, (4) self-efficacy doesnt has positive influence and not significant towards teacher performance, (5) commitment organisasional positive influential and significant towards teacher performance. Social capital variable influence towards teacher performance effectiveer has direct and unnecessary mediasi commitment variable organisasional. Variable influence self-efficacy effectiveer has not directed so those need mediasi commitment variable organizational. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine: testing the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and transformational leadership role of the principal motivation moderating effect on performance, examining the influence of role principal transformational leadership moderated the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of elementary school teachers in the district Dikpora UPTD Sayung Demak Research conducted in elementary school teachers Technical Unit Department of Education, Youth and Sports Kecamtan Sayung Demak numbering 343 people scattered in 44 schools. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling, the samples were taken by 78 teachers, observed variables are independent variable labor discipline and motivation, moderating variables that principal leadership and teacher performance dependent variable. Data analysis techniques in this study using regression analysis and hypothesis testing moderation calculation t test at significance level of 5%. The results were obtained: motivation and job statisfaction significant positive effect on teacher performance, transformational leadership has a role in strengthening the influence of motivation on teacher performance, transformational leadership has not a role in strengthening the influence of job satisfaction on the performance of teachers.. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk adalah untu menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, menguji pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja guru, menguji pengaruh peran kepemimpinan  kepala sekolah memoderasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, menguji pengaruh peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memoderasi pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris untuk membuktikan pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja guru dengan moderasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru sekolah dasar negeri Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kecamtan Sayung Kabupaten Demak yang berjumlah 343 orang tersebar pada 44 sekolah. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proporsional random sampling, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 78 guru. Variabel yang diteliti adalah variabel bebas yaitu disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja, variabel moderating yaitu kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan variabel terikatnya kinerja guru. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi moderasi dan pengujian hipotesis dengan perhitungan uji t  pada taraf signifikansi 5 %. Hasil penelitian diperoleh simpulan bahwa: kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah tidak memperkuat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah memperkuat pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja guru. Abstract

The purposeof this research is to axammine and analize the influence self actualization of teacher perfomance, work disciplin, work motivation of teacher performance. This research do for all of the teacher of Elementary School that were civil cervant with III and IV grade in UPT Disdikpora of Mijen District, Semarang Regency, with 108personsampelaccountas a respondence. The source data is a prime data. Variable measured use to likert scale with the seven answer alternative. This research is explanatory research. The data analysis preparation used to regresimetode. The research model show variable influence the headmaster leadership and teacher competence of teacher performance with Adjusted R2=0,547. The hipothersexaminator result show that the headmaster leadership not influence in significance manner of teacher performance. Abstract

The aims of this research : (1) to analyze the influence of motivation of teacher’s performance at schools of Institut Indonesia 48 Institution Semarang. (2) to analyze the influence of working atmosphere to teacher’s performance at schools of Institut Indonesia 48 Institution Semarang. (3) to analyze the influence of Principal’s leadership to teacher’s performance at schools of Institut Indonesia 48 Institution Semarang. This is an explanation (qualitative) research. The population is all teachers at schools of Institut Indonesia 48 Institution Semarang., consists of 81 teachers. The sample data is taken using an simple sampling randomly based on slovin technique, where 5% deviation remains 68 teachers in collecting data, the researcher distributes questionnaires using Likert scales which has been tried out. The validity and realibility has been fulfill based on factors analysis, alpha cronbach, and also classical assumption test. The data analysis technique uses double linear analysis model test, R2 test, F-test and t-test hypotesis analysis. The finding research shows : (1) motivation influences the teachers performance positively and significantly at schools of Institut Indonesia Institution 48 Semarang. (2) Working atmosphere influences the working atmosphere of teachers positively and significantly at schools of Institut Indonesia Institution 48 Semarang. (3) The principel leadership influences the teachers working atmosphere positively and significantly at schools of Institut Indonesia Institution 48 Semarang. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation, leadership of the principal and school culture of teacher performance by mediation of job satisfaction of Yunior High School Teacherin the district Margorejo Pati. The research was conducted by the method of census conducted on 82  junior high school teachers in the District Margorejo Pati. Region research techniques are used to fill in a questionnaire given to the respondents.Mechanical testing data used in this study include test validity with factor analysis, the Cronbach alpha reliability test, double regression analysis, t test, Determination test, normality tes and assumstion classic test covering multicolonieritas, heteroscedasticity. The results of the analysis and discussion of this study show that: work motivation has positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, leadership principal has no effect on job satisfaction, school culture has positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, work motivation no effect on the performance of teachers, principal leadership positive and significant impact on teacher performance, and school culture had no effect on teacher performance. The mediating effect on work motivation  affect performance mediated job satisfaction, mediation of principal leadership affects the performance of teachers directl but the principal’s leadership on the teacher performance is not mediated by job satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine the influence ofTeachers’ competence and Discipline toward Performance with Organizational commitment as mediation (Study at Secondary Schools Teachers in Pati Regency). The population in this research is all Junior High School Teachers of Civil Servants (PNS) in  Pati regency. Sample method applies Stratified Proportional Random Sampling using Slovin. The data are collected from 206 respondents by using sampling method.The instrument which is used in this research is computer software SPSS ver.16. program. Method of analyses to used linier regression analyses by conducting test of classic assumption and 5 hypothesis. The results of this research showed that the variables of Teacher Competency has a positive influence on Organizational Commitment, Discipline teachers have a positive effect on organizational commitment, competence of teachers has a positive influence on the performance of teachers, discipline has a positive impact on teacher performance, organizational commitment has a positive influence on the performance of teachers. And as a mediation, commitment organizational can’t be proved. It shows that commitment organizational can’t  mediate the influence of both competence and discipline toward teachers’ performance of junior high school teachers in Pati regency. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of principal leadership on organizational commitment and teacher performance, motivation against organizational commitment and teacher performance, organizational commitment against a teachers performance, the indirect effect of principal leadership and teacher motivation on performance mediated by organizational commitment. Location of research conducted in the State junior secondary school in Pati regency. in 2012. The number of samples in this study were 105 respondents and included the study population or census. The method is a qualitative and quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis performed using multiple regression test with hypothesis testing set at the 5% significance level. To analyze the models with SPSS 16.0. The results showed that the direct leadership of the principal effect of 0139 on the performance of teachers and 0.438 for organizational commitment, motivation affect the performance of teachers by 0.323 and by 0.585 the organizational commitment, commitment or-ganisasional effect of 0.570 on teacher performance. Indirectly affect the principals leadership for 0.250 on teacher performance, while the motivation for 0.333 affect the performance of teachers organizational commitment mediated. The results of this study can be used by subsequent researchers as research material in the field of organizational behavior science or science like.
