Abstract

Human Resource is the basic capital of national development. In carrying out its main task, responsibilities, authority, human resource needs supporting factors such as justice perceptions, organizational climate, job satisfaction and career plateau. The research formulation problem is: 1) Does justice perceptions  affect job satisfaction?; 2) Does organizational climate influence job satisfaction?; 3) Does the justice perceptions affect the career ladder?; 4) Does organizational of climate affect  on the career ladder?; 5) Does job satisfaction affects the career ladder?. Justification (hypothesis) of this research is 1) Justice perceptions positively affect on job satisfaction.; 2) Organizational climate positively influence job satisfaction.; 3) Justice perceptions positively affects on the career ladder.; 4) Organizational climate positively  affect on the career ladder.; 5) Job satisfaction positively affects on the career ladder. The type of the research is descriptive quantitative and use survey as its methods. The data collection method used in this research is giving a list of questions (questionnaire). The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression  analysis. The total sample  114  people  is  all  Employee Staff  Agency of Central Java Province Government The results showed that:1) Justice perceptions of the career plateau is not effectively influenced job satisfaction as the mediation. This means that the indirect effect is more significant than the direct effect.; 2) Organizational climate on the career plateau is very effectively influenced job satisfaction as the mediation. Abstract

This research was hold to examine the influence of Local Government Original  Receipt, the General Allocation Fund, and the Special Allocation Fund  on Capital Expenditures with a case study on the district / city in the province of West Java, Central Java and East Java, and to know comparison of the influence of Local Government Original Receipt, the General Allocation Fund, and the Special Allocation Fund  on Capital Expenditures in the third against the province. The data used in this study is a secondary data annual time series (Time Series) 2007 s / d 2010. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to test hypotheses using t-statistics and goodness of fit testing using the F-statistic models. The results provide information that: (1) In the province of West Java,  local government original  receipt has a positive and significant effect on capital expenditures, while  the General Allocation Fund, and the Special Allocation Fund had no significant effect on capital expenditures. (2) In the province of Central Java,  the General Allocation Fund has a positive and significant effect on capital expenditures, while the Special Allocation Fund has a negative and significanteffect on capital expenditures but local government original  receipt does not have a significant effect on capital expenditures. (3). In the province of East Java,  local government original  receipt and the General Allocation Fund have a positive and significant effect on capital expenditures, while DAK had no Receipt to Capital Expenditures in the province of West Java are stronger than in Central Java and East Java, with the value of the standardized coefficient of 0.607 and significant at the Central Java province of 0.120 and 0.261 of East Java province. (5) influencet of the General Allocation Fund on capital expenditures in the province of East Java is stronger than the Province of West Java and Central Java to the value of the standardized coefficient of 0.500 and significant at the West Java province of 0.101 and 0.411 of Central Java Province. (6) Influence the Special Allocation Fund of  against Capital Expenditure in the province of Central Java is stronger than the Province of West Java and East Java, with the value of the standardized coefficient of -0.200 and significant, while in West Java province of 0.118 and -0.084 for Central Java Province. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan mediasi komitmen organisasi pada guru SMA Negeri Sub Rayon 03 kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research), dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru yang mengajar di SMA Negeri Sub Rayon 03 Semarang yang berjumlah 305orang. Sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik  proposional random  sampling, sejumlah 75 guru. Teknik analisis menggunakan pengujian model analisis liner berganda, Uji R2,Uji F, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji efek mediasi ( path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi (2) Motivasi guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi;; (3) kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru; (4) motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru; (5) komitmen organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru; (6) komitmen organisasi memediasi pengaruh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru;  (7) komitmen organisasi merupakan variabel mediasi yang mampu menjelaskan pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru. Kata kunci : kemampuan manajerial  kepala sekolah, motivasi, komitmen organisasi,  dan kinerja guru.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of work environment on job satisfaction and motivation and its impact on the performance of the public broadcaster RRI Semarang. The data in this study is primary data collected through questionnaires to the respondents at random. To determine the influence of the tool used multiple regression analysis using the t test and f test. Variable (dependent) in this study were (Y2), while the independent variables (independent) is the work environment (X1), motivation (X2), and job satisfaction (Y1). From the results of t-test showed that the work environment significant positive effect on job satisfaction, motivation significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work environment significant positive effect on performance, motivation significant positive effect on performance, job satisfaction significant positive effect on performance. F test results (test simultaneously) suggests that the work environment, motivation and job satisfaction have positive and significant with significance level a 0.05 on performance. Adjusted R ² test results for 0324 show that the changes in performance of 32.4% was influenced by the work environment, motivation and job satisfaction, while the remaining 67.6% is due to changes in variables that do not enter in the research model.Keywords: Work Environment, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Nibe to Working Capital Gain and equity costs of case studies on the effects of manufacturing companies on Bursa Efek  Indonesia (BEI). The samples used in this research is a group of companies manufacturing the category of companies whose shares are actively traded on the Stock Exchange always during peeode observations (2007-2010). The number of samples obtained by category amounted to 19 companies over a period of 4 years. Secondary data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock excange (IDX) annual statistics for the period 2007 to 2010. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression techniques (multiple regression) to test the hypothesis t-test and F-test at the 5% level of significance (α = 0.05). Hypothesis test results indicate that the variable income and variable working capital Nibe together equally significant effect on the cost of equity. This result indicates that these two variables are jointly able to significantly influence the cost of equity. The test results also found that working capital and cost of equity has a negative and significant effect, because it has the value of the Standardized Beta Coefficiens 0000 0601 and its significance is greater than alpha (0.05). Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship of career planning dam compensation system for career plateau with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, a study at the Police Academy in Semarang. The sample in this study was Police Academy personnel. Sampling using simple random sampling. Questionnaire data were distributed and analyzed as much as 290. Hypothesis test results show that the overall hypothesis tested in this study received. While job satisfaction variables does not give effect to all variables intervening. Abstract

The purpose of this study to : Examining the effect of motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers in the district Dikpora UPTD Sayung Demak regency.Testing the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of elementary school teachers in the district Dikpora UPTD Sayung Demak regency.Test the effect of labor discipline moderating influence of motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers in the district Dikpora UPTD Sayung Demak regency. Examine the effect of labor discipline moderating influence of job satisfaction on the performance of elementary school teachers in the district Dikpora UPTD Sayung Demak. Research conducted an empirical study to prove the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of elementary school teachers working in the discipline moderated Dikpora UPTD Sayung Demak district numbering 343 people scattered in 44 schools. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling, the samples were taken by 78 teachers, variables studied were the independent variables of work motivation and job satisfaction, namely labor discipline moderating variables and the dependent variable teacher performance. Data analysis techniques in this study using regression analysis and hypothesis testing moderation calculation t test at ignificance level of 5%. The results were obtained: Motivation significant positive effect on teacher performance, obtained significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05.Job satisfaction significant positive effect on teacher performance, obtained significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05.Discipline is not working to strengthen the influence of motivation on teacher performance obtained significance value of 0.344 is greater than 0.05.Discipline of work to strengthen the influence of job satisfaction on performance, teachers obtained significance value of 0.621 is greater than 0.05. Abstract

Abstract

Target of this research to test work characteristic influence and discipline to organizational commitment with dimidiation by satisfaction work officer in is Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang. Pursuant to the mentioned hence this research take title “Pengaruh Karakteristik Pekerjaan Dan Kedisiplinan Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Dengan Dimediasi Oleh Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai  (Studi Pegawai Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang)”. In this research take population in this research is Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang amounting to 218 people. Intake of Sample with sampling random technique that is intake of sample at random counted 142 responder. Pursuant to result of research which have been conducted by hence can know by work characteristic have an effect on to satisfaction of job, discipline have an effect on to satisfaction of job, work characteristic have an effect on to organizational commitment, discipline have an effect on to organizational commitment and satisfaction of job have an effect on to organizational commitment. satisfaction of Job do not work characteristic medias and discipline to organizational commitment because indirect influence smaller than at direct influence. Abstract

This study aimed to: examine the effect of variable competence of teachers and social capital on the performance of the teacher in junior high organizational commitment mediated. The usefulness of this study to clarify and extend previous research on the influence of competence and social capital on the performance of teachers organizational commitment to mediation. This research is the research field. using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all in junior high school teacher Pati, totaling 426 people. Samples were taken using the technique in a proportional number of Slovin 206 teachers. Techniques of data analysis starts from the test instrument, the classical assumption test, the test model, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t-test and test the mediating effect (path analysis). The results showed that: (1) the teachers competence has positive effect and significant on organizational commitment in the junior high school Pati, (2) Social capital has positive effect but not significant on organizational commitment in the junior high school Pati, (3) teacher competence has positive effect and significant on teachers performance in the the junior high school Pati, (4) Social capital has negative effect and no significant on teacher performance in the junior higj schools Pati, (5) organizational commitment has a positive effect and significant on teachers performance in the junior school Pati, (6) organizational commitment does not mediate of teacher competence on teacher performance in the junior high school Pati. The influence of teacher competence on teacher performance are more effective (direct), and (7) Organizational commitment school does not mediate of social capital on theacher performance in the junior high school Pati.
