Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship of career planning dam compensation system for career plateau with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, a study at the Police Academy in Semarang. The sample in this study was Police Academy personnel. Sampling using simple random sampling. Questionnaire data were distributed and analyzed as much as 290. Hypothesis test results show that the overall hypothesis tested in this study received. While job satisfaction variables does not give effect to all variables intervening. Abstract

The purpose of this study to : Examining the effect of motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers in the district Dikpora UPTD Sayung Demak regency.Testing the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of elementary school teachers in the district Dikpora UPTD Sayung Demak regency.Test the effect of labor discipline moderating influence of motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers in the district Dikpora UPTD Sayung Demak regency. Examine the effect of labor discipline moderating influence of job satisfaction on the performance of elementary school teachers in the district Dikpora UPTD Sayung Demak. Research conducted an empirical study to prove the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of elementary school teachers working in the discipline moderated Dikpora UPTD Sayung Demak district numbering 343 people scattered in 44 schools. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling, the samples were taken by 78 teachers, variables studied were the independent variables of work motivation and job satisfaction, namely labor discipline moderating variables and the dependent variable teacher performance. Data analysis techniques in this study using regression analysis and hypothesis testing moderation calculation t test at ignificance level of 5%. The results were obtained: Motivation significant positive effect on teacher performance, obtained significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05.Job satisfaction significant positive effect on teacher performance, obtained significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05.Discipline is not working to strengthen the influence of motivation on teacher performance obtained significance value of 0.344 is greater than 0.05.Discipline of work to strengthen the influence of job satisfaction on performance, teachers obtained significance value of 0.621 is greater than 0.05. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine  the effect of motivation, labor discipline, leadership role moderating effect of motivation on teacher performance,  Test the effect of the principal's leadership role moderating influence on the performance of the work discipline of teachers Research conducted an empirical all elementary public school teachers Technical Unit Office of Education Youth and Sports Kecamtan Sayung Demak numbering 343 people scattered in 44 school. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling, the samples were taken by 78 teachers, observed variables are independent variable labor discipline and motivation, moderating variables that principal leadership and teacher performance dependent variable. Data analysis techniques in this study using regression analysis and hypothesis testing moderation calculation t test at significance level of 5%.The results were obtained: Work Discipline is not significant positive effect on the performance of elementary school,  Motivation significant positive effect on the performance of elementary school teachers,.Principal Leadership does not strengthen labor discipline effect on teacher performance elementary schools, Principal Leadership does not strengthen the influence of motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers Keyword: Discipline Work, Motivation, Leadership and School head teacher performance

Abstract

Target of this research to test work characteristic influence and discipline to organizational commitment with dimidiation by satisfaction work officer in is Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang. Pursuant to the mentioned hence this research take title “Pengaruh Karakteristik Pekerjaan Dan Kedisiplinan Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Dengan Dimediasi Oleh Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai  (Studi Pegawai Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang)”. In this research take population in this research is Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang amounting to 218 people. Intake of Sample with sampling random technique that is intake of sample at random counted 142 responder. Pursuant to result of research which have been conducted by hence can know by work characteristic have an effect on to satisfaction of job, discipline have an effect on to satisfaction of job, work characteristic have an effect on to organizational commitment, discipline have an effect on to organizational commitment and satisfaction of job have an effect on to organizational commitment. satisfaction of Job do not work characteristic medias and discipline to organizational commitment because indirect influence smaller than at direct influence. Abstract

This study aimed to: examine the effect of variable competence of teachers and social capital on the performance of the teacher in junior high organizational commitment mediated. The usefulness of this study to clarify and extend previous research on the influence of competence and social capital on the performance of teachers' organizational commitment to mediation. This research is the research field. using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all in junior high school teacher Pati, totaling 426 people. Samples were taken using the technique in a proportional number of Slovin 206 teachers. Techniques of data analysis starts from the test instrument, the classical assumption test, the test model, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t-test and test the mediating effect (path analysis). The results showed that: (1) the teachers competence has positive effect and significant on organizational commitment in the junior high school Pati, (2) Social capital has positive effect but not significant on organizational commitment in the junior high school Pati, (3) teacher competence has positive effect and significant on teachers performance in the the junior high school Pati, (4) Social capital has negative effect and no significant on teacher performance in the junior higj schools Pati, (5) organizational commitment has a positive effect and significant on teachers performance in the junior school Pati, (6) organizational commitment does not mediate of teacher competence on teacher performance in the junior high school Pati. The influence of teacher competence on teacher performance are more effective (direct), and (7) Organizational commitment school does not mediate of social capital on theacher performance in the junior high school Pati. Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis  pengaruh  Iklim Organisasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan mediasi Komitmen Organisasi pada guru SMP Negeri 1 di Sub Rayon 04 Jakenan Kabupaten Pati. Studi ini menggunakan obyek penelitian ini adalah guru SMP Negeri 1 di wilayah Sub Rayon 04 Jakenan Kabupaten Pati yang berjumlah 136 orang guru. Dari 136 responden yang mengembalikan kuesener sebanyak 126 responden. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah sampel jenuh atau teknik sensus yang memakai populasi sebagai sampel. Hippotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan regresi. Model regresi dapat digunakan kalau memnuhi syarat yaitu uji normalitas dan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi multikolineritas dan heterokedastisitas. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Iklim Organisasi  tidak terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap    Komitmen Organisasi pada Guru SMP Negeri 1 di Sub Rayon 04 Jakenan Kabupaten Pati. Motivasi terbukti secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen Organisasi pada guru SMP Negeri 1 di Sub Rayon 04 Jakenan Kabupaten Pati. Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri 1 di Sub Rayon 04 Jakenan Kabupaten Pati.  Motivasi terbukti secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru  pada guru SMP  Negeri 1di Sub Rayon 04 Jakenan Kabupaten Pati . Komitmen Organisasi guru tidak terbukti secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru pada guru SMP Negeri 1 di Sub Rayon 04 Jakenan Kabupaten Pati. Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi terhadap kinerja guru lebih efektif bersifat langsung tanpa mediasi Komitmen Organisasi. Motivasi berpengaruh  terhadap kinerja guru secara langsung lebih efektif dari pada dengan mediasi Komitmen Organisasi. Kata kunci : Iklim Organisasi, Motivasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Guru

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate the influence of competence and communication toward teacher’s performance with organizational commitment  as mediation variable at secondary high school in  Pati regency. There are 206 teachers that used for the research as respondent. This research carried out on July to August 2012. Instrument which is used in this research is by giving list of questions to the respondent. The instrument which is used in this research is computer software SPSS ver.16. program After it has been processed by this program, get the result from validity and reliability test. All variable are valid.With the test Normality, Multicolinierity, and Heteroscedastisity  as a whole have no assumption trouble classical. Pursuant to the test above hence it is reachable regression analysis assumption conception the of BLUE Linear or Best Linnier Unbiazed Estimator, hence applying the regression in analyses this research is well implemented.The method used to analyze the data is regression analysis. The result of the first hypotheses test can be proved that the competence variable has positive significant influence to the organizational commitment.The second hypotheses test shows that the competence variable has positive significant influence to the teachers performances. The third hypotheses test shows that the communicationhas positive significant influence to the organizational commitment. The fourth hypotheses test shows that communicationhas positive significant influence to the teachers performances The fifth hypotheses test shows that the organizational commitmenthas positive significant influence to the teachers performance.But as a mediation commitment organizational can’t be proved. It shows that cmmitment organizational can’t  mediate the influence of both competence and communication toward teachers’ performance Key words:  competence, communication, organizational commitment, and teacher’sperformance

Abstract

Teacher qualities often spoken in Indonesia in this decade. That is why need a factual study hits teacher condition and variable that influence the performance. This research is done to test teacher social capital variable influence and self-efficacy teacher towards teacher performance with mediasi commitment organizational school. This research use explains and expand previous research hits social capital influence and self-efficacy towards teacher performance with commitment mediation organizational. Population in this research entire teachers junior high school country at essence regency with sample 206 respondents. Sample taking by using random proportional technics sampling. Data processing by using spss 16.0. This research is done in one period in the year 2012. Analysis method uses doubled regression. The Result shows that: (1) positive influential social capital but not significant towards commitment organisasional, (2) self-efficacy negative influential but significant towards commitment organisasional, (3) negative influential social capital and not significant towards teacher performance, (4) self-efficacy doesn't has positive influence and not significant towards teacher performance, (5) commitment organisasional positive influential and significant towards teacher performance. Social capital variable influence towards teacher performance effectiveer has direct and unnecessary mediasi commitment variable organisasional. Variable influence self-efficacy effectiveer has not directed so those need mediasi commitment variable organizational. The results were obtained: motivation and job statisfaction significant positive effect on teacher performance, transformational leadership has a role in strengthening the influence of motivation on teacher performance, transformational leadership has not a role in strengthening the influence of job satisfaction on the performance of teachers.. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk adalah untu menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, menguji pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja guru, menguji pengaruh peran kepemimpinan  kepala sekolah memoderasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, menguji pengaruh peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memoderasi pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris untuk membuktikan pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja guru dengan moderasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru sekolah dasar negeri Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kecamtan Sayung Kabupaten Demak yang berjumlah 343 orang tersebar pada 44 sekolah. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proporsional random sampling, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 78 guru. Variabel yang diteliti adalah variabel bebas yaitu disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja, variabel moderating yaitu kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan variabel terikatnya kinerja guru. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi moderasi dan pengujian hipotesis dengan perhitungan uji t  pada taraf signifikansi 5 %. Hasil penelitian diperoleh simpulan bahwa: kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah tidak memperkuat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah memperkuat pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasional, Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan    Kinerja Guru
