Abstract

The purposeof this research is to axammine and analize the influence self actualization of teacher perfomance, work disciplin, work motivation of teacher performance. This research do for all of the teacher of Elementary School that were civil cervant with III and IV grade in UPT Disdikpora of Mijen District, Semarang Regency, with 108personsampelaccountas a respondence. The source data is a prime data. Variable measured use to likert scale with the seven answer alternative. This research is explanatory research. The data analysis preparation used to regresimetode. The research model show variable influence the headmaster leadership and teacher competence of teacher performance with Adjusted R2=0,547. The hipothersexaminator result show that the headmaster leadership not influence in significance manner of teacher performance. Key word :Self Actualization, work discipline, work motivation, and teacher performance.

Abstract

The aims of this research : (1) to analyze the influence of motivation of teacher’s performance at schools of Institut Indonesia 48 Institution Semarang. (2) to analyze the influence of working atmosphere to teacher’s performance at schools of Institut Indonesia 48 Institution Semarang. (3) to analyze the influence of Principal’s leadership to teacher’s performance at schools of Institut Indonesia 48 Institution Semarang. This is an explanation (qualitative) research. The population is all teachers at schools of Institut Indonesia 48 Institution Semarang., consists of 81 teachers. The sample data is taken using an simple sampling randomly based on slovin technique, where 5% deviation remains 68 teachers in collecting data, the researcher distributes questionnaires using Likert scales which has been tried out. The validity and realibility has been fulfill based on factors analysis, alpha cronbach, and also classical assumption test. The data analysis technique uses double linear analysis model test, R2 test, F-test and t-test hypotesis analysis. The finding research shows : (1) motivation influences the teachers performance positively and significantly at schools of Institut Indonesia Institution 48 Semarang. (2) Working atmosphere influences the working atmosphere of teachers positively and significantly at schools of Institut Indonesia Institution 48 Semarang. (3) The principel leadership influences the teachers working atmosphere positively and significantly at schools of Institut Indonesia Institution 48 Semarang. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation, leadership of the principal and school culture of teacher performance by mediation of job satisfaction of Yunior High School Teacherin the district Margorejo Pati. The research was conducted by the method of census conducted on 82  junior high school teachers in the District Margorejo Pati. Region research techniques are used to fill in a questionnaire given to the respondents.Mechanical testing data used in this study include test validity with factor analysis, the Cronbach alpha reliability test, double regression analysis, t test, Determination test, normality tes and assumstion classic test covering multicolonieritas, heteroscedasticity. The results of the analysis and discussion of this study show that: work motivation has positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, leadership principal has no effect on job satisfaction, school culture has positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, work motivation no effect on the performance of teachers, principal leadership positive and significant impact on teacher performance, and school culture had no effect on teacher performance. The mediating effect on work motivation  affect performance mediated job satisfaction, mediation of principal leadership affects the performance of teachers directl but the principal’s leadership on the teacher performance is not mediated by job satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine the influence ofTeachers’ competence and Discipline toward Performance with Organizational commitment as mediation (Study at Secondary Schools Teachers in Pati Regency). The population in this research is all Junior High School Teachers of Civil Servants (PNS) in  Pati regency. Sample method applies Stratified Proportional Random Sampling using Slovin. The data are collected from 206 respondents by using sampling method.The instrument which is used in this research is computer software SPSS ver.16. program. Method of analyses to used linier regression analyses by conducting test of classic assumption and 5 hypothesis. The results of this research showed that the variables of Teacher Competency has a positive influence on Organizational Commitment, Discipline teachers have a positive effect on organizational commitment, competence of teachers has a positive influence on the performance of teachers, discipline has a positive impact on teacher performance, organizational commitment has a positive influence on the performance of teachers. And as a mediation, commitment organizational can’t be proved. It shows that commitment organizational can’t  mediate the influence of both competence and discipline toward teachers’ performance of junior high school teachers in Pati regency. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of principal leadership on organizational commitment and teacher performance, motivation against organizational commitment and teacher performance, organizational commitment against a teacher's performance, the indirect effect of principal leadership and teacher motivation on performance mediated by organizational commitment. Location of research conducted in the State junior secondary school in Pati regency. in 2012. The number of samples in this study were 105 respondents and included the study population or census. The method is a qualitative and quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis performed using multiple regression test with hypothesis testing set at the 5% significance level. To analyze the models with SPSS 16.0. The results showed that the direct leadership of the principal effect of 0139 on the performance of teachers and 0.438 for organizational commitment, motivation affect the performance of teachers by 0.323 and by 0.585 the organizational commitment, commitment or-ganisasional effect of 0.570 on teacher performance. Indirectly affect the principal's leadership for 0.250 on teacher performance, while the motivation for 0.333 affect the performance of teachers organizational commitment mediated. The results of this study can be used by subsequent researchers as research material in the field of organizational behavior science or science like. Abstract

Performance is an important factor for employees and organization. Without a good employee performance then the organization will have difficulty in achieving its goals. To achieve good performance is affected by several factors. This research aimed to examine and analyze the influence of personality and job characteristics on the performance of the civil servants at the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information  Tegal city  and Tegal regency. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire with a population of employees at the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information  Tegal city and Tegal regency, while the method of sampling using purposive sampling with the number of respondents 131 people. Data analize through SPSS version 16 include validity, reliability test, coefficient of determination test, ANOVA test and hypothesis test.The results test showed that personality (big five personality) have a  significant effect  on job satisfaction, job characteristics a significant effect on job satisfaction,  personality  (big five personality) a significant effect on performance, job characteristics a significant effect on performance and  job satisfaction a significant effect on performance. Mediation test results showed that job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of personality on the performance and Job satisfaction das not mediate the effect of job characteristics on performance . Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence on competence as will as work satisfactionto ward the work performence mediated by motivation (a research on teachers in the religion of KKMTs Margoyoso within the eks- Tayu sub distric-Pati  regency).The research is qualitative one in wich a proportional random sampling is imployed. Population of this research causistsof 316 teachers who work in private Islamic Junior High Schools in the religion of KKMTs N Margoyoso. Either formula “slovin” and technique of the proportional random sampling are implemented to sum of 177 respondens, measurement of the research uses o close questionnaire from wich the “ likert scale” with 7 alternative items for respondens to answer is employed. The result of the research shows that coefficient of determination I (Adjusted R Square) is o,616. This means that variabel of motivation can be explained by the variable of competence, work satisfaction earns a sum of 61,6%.White the rest numberor 39,4% is explained by other variable. The coefficient of determination II(Adjusted of Square) is 0.508. This means that the variable of work performancecan be explained by variables of competence and satisfaction work. White motivation earns a sum of 50,8% and a number of 49,5% as the rest number is explained by other variable which is not included in this research.Being implemented t- test, the result of sig t-0 variable is below 0,05 and 0 is above 0.05. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine examining the influence of satisfaction, motivation and competence of teachers on teacher performance of teachers to the performance of job satisfaction mediated Research conducted Teacher Job Satisfaction Performance in Sub Sayung Demak Implementation Year 2011/2012. The study population was all public primary school teachers Technical Unit Department of Education, Youth and Sports sub Sayung Demak numbering 343 people scattered in 44 schools. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling, the samples were taken by 78 teachers, The variables are labor discipline and motivation, principal leadership and teacher performance. Data analysis techniques in this study using regression analysis and hypothesis testing moderation calculation t test at significance level of 5%. Competency of teachers effect on job satisfaction of teachers. Work motivation effect on job satisfaction of teachers. Competence teacher effect on the performance of teachers. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of motivation on teacher performance is moderated by the leadership of the Principal The study was conducted on all civil servant in UPTD Dikpora Sayung Demak district, with a minimum working period of 6 years with a sample 167 respondents. Data sources are the primary data and sample measurement using a Likert scale with five alternative answers. This research in the form of explanatory research that aims to prove the analysis of all the variables studied. Motivation positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers Sayung District Demak regency. Leadership of the principal negative effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in the district Sayung Demak regency. School culture positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in the district Sayung Demak regency. Leadership moderate motivation with teacher performance and a significant positive effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in the district Sayung Demak regency. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, budaya organisasi sekolah memoderasi hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru, budaya organisasi sekolah memoderasi hubungan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja guru, dan budaya organisasi sekolah memoderasi hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja guru. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 154 responden yang terdiri atas guru-guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Sayung Kabupaten Demak.Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi moderasi metode selisih mutlak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terdapat pada hubungan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru dan budaya organisasi. Sedangkan pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terdapat pada hubungan displin terhadap kinerja guru.kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru,. Pengaruh moderasi variabel budaya organisasi terdapat pada hubungan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja guru, sedangkan yang tidak memoderasi terdapat pada hubungan motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja guru. Kata Kunci :Motivasi, Disiplin, Kepuasan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Guru
