Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the Unexpected Earnings and Abnormal Return whether the financial risks can be explanatory effect between Unexpected Earnings with Abnormal Return on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The dependent variable is the Cumulative Abnormal Return (CumAR) and the independent variable is the Standardized Unexpected Earnings (SUE), credit risk, interest rate risk, liquidity risk and solvency risk. This study population is banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2006 to 2010 as many as 31 companies. The research sample includes 27 banking companies. The data used are secondary data from financial statements of banking companies in the study period. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling and sample selection criteria. The results showed that the Standardized Unexpected Earnings (SUE) effect on the Cumulative Abnormal Return (CumAR) and credit risk, interest rate risk and solvency risks affect the Cumulative Abnormal Return (Cumar) is proxied in Response Earning Coefisien (ERC). While liquidity risk is not proven to be the explanatory effect between Unexpected Earnings with Abnormal Return. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Work Motivation and Discipline to Performance by Mediation Job Satisfaction. The population used in this study is the object of all primary school teachers in Dabin II Subdistrict Batangan Pati Regency totaling 85 people. In this study using primary data obtained by questionnaire. The research method using a computerized approach to program SPSS (Statistics Package for Social Science). The data analysis method used is linear regression to test the effect of mediation. Research shows that the ability of the model to correctly describe the effect of variable Motivation and Discipline Working on Job Satisfaction in the amount of 27.6%. While the other is equal to 73.4% is explained by the variables outside the model The Effect of Motivation, Discipline of Work and Job Satisfaction to Performance 34.2%, and the other at 65.8% outside of the model described in this regression. Motivation Job Satisfaction with mediation does not affect the performance of teachers in Dabin II Subdistrict Batangan Pati Regency. The test results of mediation explained that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect, ie 0.0125 <0.000324. Discipline Work with Job Satisfaction mediation proved significant effect on performance Dabin II Subdistrict Batangan Pati Regency. The test results prove the value of the indirect effect is greater than the value that is equal to the direct effect of 0.252> 0.098. The results of the analysis could be concluded that the motivations no effect on Job Satisfaction, Motivation also has no effect on performance. Work Discipline positive influence on job satisfaction, job Discipline is also a positive effect on performance. Keywords: Motivation, Discipline Work, Job Satisfaction, and Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the leadership of school principals and academic supervision towards the teachers’ performance by the mediation of working motivation on Dabin III Elementary School teachers, district of Pati, Pati Regency.This research is conducted by using population method and engaging 103 teachers in Dabin III Elementary School, district of Pati, Pati Regency. The technique used in this research is filling in Region Research techniques are used to fill in a questionnaire given to the respondents. Mechanical testing data used in this study include test validity with factor analysis, the Cronbach alpha reliability test, double regression analysis, t test Determination test and assumption classic test covering Multicolonieritas, heteroscedasticity, normality test.The results of the analysis and discussion of this study show that working motivation has a role to mediate  the leadership of school principal towards the teachers’ performance. The leadership of the school principals have positive and significant impact on working motivation. The academic supervision has positive and significant impact on working motivation. The leadership of the school principals have positive impact on teachers’ performance. The academic supervision has positive and significant impact on teachers performance. The working motivation has positive impact and significant on teacher performance. Suggestions which could be recommended in this research is to increase the teachers’ working motivation in learning process followed by the increasing of academic supervision jointly and enhance the role of the leadership of the school principals according to their competence. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Data penelitian didapatkan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada responden yang tersebar di 14 Sekolah Dasar Dabin I Kecamatan Wedarijaksa Kabupaten Pati sebanyak 97 guru. Analisi data menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier dan untuk menguji mediasi menggunakan metode causal step . Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian di Sekolah Dasar dabin I Kecamatan Wedarijaksa Kabupaten Pati ini didapatkan bahwa budaya organisasi,  keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,013 dan 0,00. Budaya organisasi, keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dengan signifikasi 0,495 dan 0,05. Sedangkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan signifikasi 0,02. Dengan menggunakan metode causal step ditemukan bahwa kepuasan kerja guru memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi dan keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menguji pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap komitmen organisasional di SMP Negeri Kabupaten  Pati., (2) menguji pengaruh self efficacy guru terhadap komitmen organisasional di SMP Negeri Kabupaten  Pati, (3) menguji pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten  Pati, (4) menguji pengaruh self efficacy guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten  Pati, (5) menguji pengaruh  komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten  Pati, (6) menguji komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten  Pati, (7) menguji komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh self efficacy guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten  Pati. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Reseach), dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Pati,  yang berjumlah 514 orang. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik Slovin diambil secara proposional sejumlah 230 guru. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengujian model analisis liner berganda, Uji R2, Uji F, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji efek mediasi (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kompetensi guru berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Pati, (2) self efficacy guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Pati, (3) kompetensi guru berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Pati, (4) self efficacy guru tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Pati, (5) komitmen organisasional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Pati, (7) kompetensi guru lebih efektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap  kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Pati daripada  melalui mediasi  komitmen organisasional, dan (8) self efficacy guru berpengaruh tidak signifikan dengan nilai sama baik secara langsung terhadap  kinerja guru di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Pati daripada  maupun melalui mediasi  komitmen organisasional. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of the Quality Of Work Life and Teachers Commitment Mediation Effect of Job Satisfaction of Performance state junior high school Teachers of SMP RSBI Pekalongan Regency. In this research population of 102 people, while the sample was taken as many as 88 people as respondents with a purposive sampling method. With all of the criteria of SMP RSBI of Pekalongan RegencyBased on the results of the research can be summarized as follows: (i) Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant impact  of Job Satisfaction , (ii)Quality Of Work Life  a negative and does not significant impact of Teacher Performance, (iii) Teacher Commitment have a negative and does not significant impact onjob Satisfication , (iv) Teacher Commitment has positive and significant impact of Teacher performance, (v) Job Satisfication has negative and does not significant ofr Teacher performance (vi) Job Satisfication did not mediation of Quality Of Work Life is Quality Of Work Life and Teacher Commitment  for Teacher Performance. Abstract

Target of this research to test influence ability of headmaster managerial and supervision to Elementary schoolteacher performance in UPT Dindikbud Doro Kabupaten Pekalongan immoderacy by organizational culture. Pursuant to the mentioned hence this research take title “Pengaruh Kemampuan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah Dan Supervisi Terhadap Kinerja Guru Dimoderasi Oleh Budaya Organisasi (Studi Kasus Guru SD Di UPT Dindikbud Doro Kabupaten Pekalongan)”. In this research take Elementary schoolteacher population in UPT Dindikbud Doro Kabupaten Pekalongan amounting to 221 people. Intake of Sample with sampling random technique that is intake of sample at random counted 143 responder. Pursuant to result of research which have been done by hence can know by Ability of headmaster managerial do not have an effect on significant to performance learn SD in UPT Dindikbud Doro Kabupaten Pekalongan. Supervision do not have an effect on significant to performance learn SD in UPT Dindikbud Doro Kabupaten Pekalongan. Cultural of organization do not have an effect on significant to performance learn SD in UPT Dindikbud Doro Kabupaten Pekalongan. Cultural of influence moderating organization ability of headmaster managerial to performance learn SD in UPT Dindikbud Doro Kabupaten Pekalongan and organizational culture do not influence moderating supervise to performance learn SD in UPT Dindikbud Doro Kabupaten Pekalongan. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of the Working Climate and Headmaster Leadership Moderating Effect of Job Satisfaction of Performance state junior high school Teachers of Kajen district of Pekalongan Regency. In this research population of 107 people, while the sample was taken as many as 92 people as respondents with a purposive sampling method. Classic asumptiont test making of normality test, heteroskedasticity test, and multikolinearity test.Testing the hypothesis in this study using regression analysis. The results showed the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.447, meaning that Working Climate, Headmaster Leadership and Job Satisfaction together have 44,7 % influences of state junior high school Teahcers Performance. Test the normality show the normal residual distribution and free from the heteroskedasticity, but at test multikolinearity  happened by the multikolinearity of at variable of moderate working climate and moderate of headmaster leadership. Based on the results of the research can be summarized as follows: (i) Job Satisfaction does not have a positive and significant impact of teacher performance., (ii) Working Climate positive and significant impact of teacher performance, (iii) Headmaster leadership did not have a positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (iv) Working Climate is unknown moderating or not memoderate of Job Satisfaction influence for Teacher Performance, (v) Headmaster Leadership is unkwown moderating or not memoderate of Job Satisfaction for Teacher Performance. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of the School Committee Moderating Effect of Supervision Learning, Transformational Leadership and Culture School to Teacher Performance. The sample taken in this research as many as 96 people as respondents with a sensus method. With all of the criteria of a Junior High School Teacher District Kajen District. Pekalongan, has diversified III and S1 educated. Measurements using a Likert scale of 7 (seven) alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. Classic asumptiont test making of normality test, heteroskedasticity test, and multikolinearity test. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Testing the hypothesis in this study using regression analysis.   The results showed the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.200, meaning that supervision, Transformational Leadership, School Culture and School Committee together have 20% influence on Teacher Performance Junior High School as Kajen District District. Pekalongan and the remaining 80% are influenced by other variables not included in the study. Based on the results of the research can be summarized as follows: Learning Supervision does not have a positive and significant impact on teacher performance, transformational leadership is unknown impact on the performance of teachers, school culture does not have a positive and significant impact on the performance teachers, the school committee did not moderate the effect of learning supervision for the performance teachers, the School Committee moderating the effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance, the School Committee is unknown moderating the effect of school culture on teacher performance. Abstract

This.Research has goal to analyse the influence work diclipine, work motivation, and supervision with PKG Teacher’s and supervision to moderate the influence work discipline and work motivation for performance teacher’s in elementary school wich public servant setatuet in UPTD Limpung subdistrict (Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga) Kecamatan Limpung. This research has taken population about 122 class teacherin the kecamatan Limpung wich is public servant statue. That’s why this research is taken from all teacher in the elementary school in UPTD Limpung area as a model. The measurement questionare answer use five scale alternation.The result of hypotesise has got that (1) working discipline is negative influence for teacher performance, (2)working motivation give a positive influence for teacher performance, (3) supervision is a good negative influence for teacher performance , (4)supervision interact and working discipline is positive effect for teacher performance. (5)supervision interact and motivation give negative effect for teacher  performance Key Word : working discipline, working motivation, supervision and teacher performance
