Abstract

The objectif of this research is for testing and describing the transformasional  leader role which moderates inflance of work  deskription and organisational commitment to word working of state junior high school  teachers arond Sragi District,Pekalongan Regency. This research is done by the census methode and is held toword 108 responden or the state Junior High School   teachers arond Sragi District,Pekalongan Regency.The research methode uses proporsional sample.The technique of testing data of this research is validity test,by faktor analysis,reability tes by alpha cronbach,fold regresion analysis,tes-t,normalitas,hetero test,and det ermination test. The result of analysis descrission of this research shouws that work discripline has positif and significant influence  toword the teachers  performance the organisation commitment has positif and significant toword teachers work,transformasional leader has positif and significant influence and the moderation of transformasional leader on work discription and organisastion comitment run down toword teacher performance of state Junior High School around Sragi district,Pekalongan Regency. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of teacher competence, motivation, and dicipliine to the performance of primary school teachers working in education and culcure Kedungwuni UPT Pekalongan. The research instrument used in this study qualify validity, a factor analysis. Because all the indicators in the research instruments have loading factors above 0,4; similarly KMO sample adequacy or condition is above 0,5. This study used a sample taken as a source of data and can reprseat the whole population, sample in this study using a random sample (random sampling) with sampling techniques using the formula of Taro Yamame or Sloving obtained a sample of 125 respondents form 266 population, hypothesis test used in this study is regression analysisi with t count, hypothesis testing is used t count frequency distribution test at a significant level (α) 5 %. Based on tthe above rresults can bbe summarized as follows: (1) the competence of teachers and signifcant negative effecct to the performance of teachers, (2) work motivation has positive and significant impact on teachers performance, (3) labor discipline and significant positive effect on teachers performance.. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analysis influence of macroeconomic fundamental factors are exchange rate, interest rate, inflation, and economic growth toward stock return with  systematic risk by intervening variabel. This research use secondary data from indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) publication and data from BPS. The sample of this study are manufacture firm in food & beverage sector listed in indonesian Stock Exchange in 2006-2010. The sampling technical used purposive sampling and total sampel is 15 firms with 75 observation sample. The analysis with multiple linier regression. The result of this research showed the all macroeconomic variable are not influence toward systematic risk. And only exchange rate and inflation variable are significant influence toward stock return. while the systematic risk is not influence toward stock return. The systematic risk variabel is not intervening variable between macroeconomic variable and stock return. The R-square is 0,519 showed the five independent variable can  predict stock return. Key words: exchange rate, interest rate, inflation, economic growth, systematic risk and stock return.

Abstract

This studyaimed toanalyze the effect ofJob SatisfactionforPrimary SchoolTeacher PerformanceUnit ofDistrictEducation OfficeManagerialCompetenceTersonowiththe Principal andTeacherSupervisionas amoderatingvariable. In this studypopulation ofallprimary schoolteachersin DistrictTersonoPNS, whereassamples takenby 97persons asrespondentswithpurposivesampling. Withall ofthe criteria ofcivil servants inUPTTersonoDistrictEducation Office. Measurementsusing aLikert scaleof 7 (seven) alternative answers.Testinstrumentsused arevalidity and reliability. While thetestmodel usedis thecoefficient of determinationand F test(goodnes of Fit). Testingthe hypothesisin this study usingregression analysis.The results showedthe coefficient ofdetermination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.371, meaning thatJob Satisfaction, ManagerialCompetenceandSupervisionPrincipalTeachersin Learningtogether hold37.1%of theinfluenceon theTeacher PerformanceUnitTersonoDistrictEducation Officeand the remaining62.9%influenced byother variables that arenot includedin the study. Based on theresults ofthe studycan be summarized asfollows: (i) Job Satisfactionpositive effect onteacherperformance, (ii) PrincipalManagerialCompetencedoes nothave a positiveand significant impact onteacherperformance, (iii) SupervisingTeacherin Learningdoes nothave a positive andsignificant impact onteacherperformance,(iv) PrincipalManagerialCompetencemoderatingtheinfluencemememperkuatTeacherJob Satisfactionto Performance, (v) Supervision ofTeachersin Educationnot moderatethe influence ofTeacherJob Satisfactionto Performance. Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the role of inspectors supervised, Moderate the influence of education and training and motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers in the district Bandar of Batang district. With  139 people in the sample respondents of the member of teachers 229 people in there. The method of determining the number of samples with a probability sampling technique proportionate stratified random sampling. Our primary data taken between the month of July – August 2012. Once processed with SPSS-16 program validity and reliability of test results declared infalid questionnariaes LF > 0,4 and reliable with a cronbach alpha > 0,7. Skewness and Kurtosis Normality normal with number below critical limit of 1,96. F test and t test with the result of each significance value below 0,05 so the model said to fit and independent variables significant influence. Once the data is processed by a computer SPSS-16 program, it was concluded that; 1) Education and training are significantly positive effect on teacher performance, 2) Motivation negative significant effect on the teacher performance, 3)Supervision Supervisor significant negative effect on the performantce of teacher, 4)Supervision moderating significantly negative effect on the performance of the teacher training and 5) Supevision significantly positive moderating effect of motivation on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of principal leadership and teacher competence on teacher performance in elementary schools at Dindikpora Sub District Sayung at Demak Regency moderated by job satisfaction. In this study population was 343 people, while the sample as many as 78 respondents with Slovin method. Measurements using a Likert scale of 7 (seven) alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (Goodness of Fit). Testing this hypothesis in this study using regression analysis. Based on the study can be summarized as follows: (i) the principal leadership a significant effect on and job satisfaction of teachers and not significant for performance. (Ii) the competence of teachers significantly influence the performance of teachers and teachers job satisfaction. (iii). Job satisfaction mediates the effect of principal leadership on teacher performance (iv) job satisfaction did not mediate the effect of teacher competence on teacher performance. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of job commitment on teacher performance, motivation to work on teacher performance, career development on teacher performance, the role of school culture in moderating influence on the performance of teachers' work commitment, the role of school culture in moderating influence of motivation on teacher performance, and the role of school culture in moderating influence on the career development of teacher performance. This research sampled 125 respondents consisting of junior high school’s teachers in sub-rayon 05 Semarang. The test of hypothesis proposed in this model used regression analysis techniques moderation with an absolute difference. Results showed a significant effect between work commitment and motivation on teacher performance. While there is no significant influence on the career development of teacher performance. The role of school culture moderating only on the relationship between career development with teacher performance, while the relationship between performance and commitment to work with the relationship between motivation and performance, strengthening school culture has no role or not moderate.Key words: work commitment, motivation, career development, school culture, teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analize the influence of commitment and competence of teacher on teacher performance  moderated by headmaster supervision in elementary school teachers with the status of Civil Servants (PNS) at UPT Disdikpora Gringsing Regency, Batang District. Population in this research are elementary school teachers civil Servants amounted to 178 people. The number of samples in this study were 124 people. Measurement of responses to questionnaires using a likert scale of 7 (seven) alternative answer. Testing instrument using validity and reliability, are testing a model using the coefficient of determination and the F test (Goodness of Fit). Testing hypotheses  in this study using regression quasy interactions with significance level (α) 5%. The results showed 51,6% of the change in teacher performance variable can be explained by the influence of commitment, competence, supervision, commitment and supervision interaction, and competence and supervision interaction, was 48,4% explained outside the model. The results of hypotheses testing obtained the results that school commitment positively and significance effect of the teacher performance, competence positively and significance effect of the teacher performance, supervision unsignifiance effect of the teacher performance, supervision weaknessthen the influence school commitment on teacher performance, and supervision weaknessthen the influence competence on teacher performance. Abstract

The results of hypotheses testing obtained the results that commitment positively and significance effect of the teacher performance, competence positively and significance effect of the teacher performance, leadership unsignificance effect of the teacher performance, leadership weaknessthen the influence commitment on teacher performance, and leadership weaknessthen the influence competence on teacher performance. Abstract

The Study aims to examine the influence of personality and motivation to teacher performance mediated by  discipline. The specific objectives of this study are to examine the role of discipline mediated influence of personality and motivation. This study used a sample on teachers elementary school who are on the Foundation Board of Waqf Sultan Agung in Semarang. as much as 116teacher. This study examined the direct and indirect relations between influence of personality and motivation to teacher performance mediated by discipline The results show that Personality has positive impact to discipline, Motivation has positive impact to discipline, Personality has not positive impact to teacher performance. Motivasi has positive impact to teacher performance. Discipline has positive impact to teacher performance. Keywords: Personality, motivation, discipline and teacher performance
