Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of fund balance consists of the General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, Financial Assistance from the Provincial Government and the Revenue and Capital Expenditure Allocation to determine the effect of capital expenditures in each district / city in the administrative area of Central Java Provincial Government the per capita income in the region. The data used in this study were obtained from various data sources such as data from the district budget / City, Allocation Funds Transfer from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance regional Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, Central Bureau of Statistics and Central Java to the research data period of 3 (three) years the Fiscal Year 2008-2010.The results are from four sources of funding DAU, DAK, Financial Aid and Provincial Government Revenue is the verdict that the district / city heavily dependent on government transfers funds on it with the greatest number of general allocation funds. Hypothesis test results showed the four fund balance of the General Allocation Fund and the Financial Assistance that significantly affect the allocation of capital expenditures in the district / town in the administrative region of Central Java province, while for components DAK, and Revenue does not significantly affect the allocation of Capital Expenditure . In this study, capital expenditure budget contained in the district / city government administrative region showed a positive effect on per capita income of the area. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of  work motivation and competency on teacher’s performance moderated by the transformational leadership and school culture. This research was conducted with random sampling method. Population and quantity of this research is 109 teacher. The object of this research is Vocational High School technology group in Pati. The equipment which is used in this research is computer software program SPSS ver. 16 and that used regression analysis approach. From the analysis and discussion show that a significant positive influence motivation on performance, significantly positive effect of competency on performance. transformational leadership has not moderating the influence of motivation on the performance of teachers. transformational leadership  has  moderating the influence of competency on the performance of teachers. School culture has not moderating the influence of motivation on the performance of teachers, school culture has not moderating the influence of competency on the performance of teachers   Keywords: Motivation, Competency, Transformational Leadership, School Culture  and Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and describe the influence of: (1) organizational commitment on teacher performance, (2) motivation on teacher performance, (3) the working environment on teacher performance, (4) the working environment in moderating the organizational's commitment to teacher performance, and (5 ) the working environment in moderating teacher motivation on performance. This research is explanatory research. The population in this study was 139 teachers at SMP Islam-based Private Sub Rayon 03 in Semarang, amounting to 139 people. The instrument used in the data collection was a questionnaire using a Likert scale, each of which had been tested in compliance with the requirements of validity and reliability and factor analysis and Cronbach Alpha test assumptions Classic. The technique uses test data analysis of multiple linear regression analysis models. R2 test, F test, and hypothesis testing using t-test, and test moderation. The results of the research prove that: (1) organizational commitment have a positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers, (2) motivation positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers, (3) the working environment has positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (4) the working environment is not moderate influence of organizational commitment on teacher performance, (5) the working environment moderate the effect of motivation on teacher performance. Abstract

Human resources in development  administering government and moreover have in health development dominant factor. Many factors that affect employees performance among other factors employees in terms of the ability  organizational commitmen, job characteristic   and cultural factors organization surrounding in the organization. The problems are examined in research is: (1) how influence organizational commitmen on performance to civil servants?, (2) how influence job characteristics on  performance?. (3) what influence organizational commitment to performance by moderation cultural organization, (4) how job characteristics influence on performance by employees cultural organization with moderation cultural organization. Samples research is Health Service Employee Temanggung District of Central Java about 115 people with the purposive sampling techniques. A test, regression analysis the T, the F, and coefficients determination.Th e results showed the organizational commitment (X 1) have a positive influence on performance (Y). Job characteristics (X2) have a positive influence on performance (Y). Of the two independent variables,. organizational commitment (X1) and job characteristics (X2) turned out to be the most dominant influence on performance is variable (x2) job characteristics. The results of the variable oraganisasional with the commitment to moderation organizational culture organizational culture affect variables negative or weakens against the performance of employees. The results of the job characteristics with moderation organizational culture organizational culture affect variables show negative or weakens against performance. Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of Work Environment and Motivation for Employee Performance with Organizational Commitment mediation. In this research population of 103 and taken all the number 108 as respondents quesioner method. Test instruments use validity and reliability, while the model test use R2 test (coefficient of determination), F test (Goodness of Fit) and t-test (t-test). Hypothesis Testing in this research use the regression analysis with t count criteria. Hypothesis testing is used t count frequency distribution test at significance level (α) of 5%. The results showed (1) Working environments have a positive and significant impact on Organizational Commitment, (2) Motivation has positive and significant impact on Organizational Commitment, (3) Working environments have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, (4) Motivation has positive and significant impact on employee performance, while (5) Organizational commitment does not mediate the effect of the Work Environment on Employee Performance and Motivation.   Keywords: Work Environment, Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance

Abstract

Job satisfaction has a very important role in the organization. With a high degree of job satisfaction will be able to achieve the objectives of the organization. The purpose of this study was to review and analyze the effect of Work Involvement and Empowerment on Job Satisfaction with the Job Content plateauing mediated by the object of research in a Village Employees at  Sub District Kandangan of Temanggung Regency. The results of multiple regression test can be seen that Work Involvement and Empowerment Variables significantly and negatively related to the Job Content plateauing. Variable Work Involvement and Empowerment positive effect on Job Satisfaction Job Content plateauing while variable significantly and negatively related to Job Satisfaction. From the test results it can be seen that the mediation Job Content plateauing effect has not been proven to mediate Work Involvement and Empowerment on Job Satisfaction Keywords: Job Involvement, Empowerment, Job Satisfaction, and Job Content plateauing

Abstract

This study to examine and analisys whether the role of headmaster leadership moderated influence commitment and competence on teacher performance. The study population was a primary school teacher of Batang Regency many as 3.330 people and a sample of 420 respondents. The research data is the primary data collected directly from the respondents to the questionnaire. The research method approach with computer software SPSS for Windows version 16. The method of data analysis using Moderation Regression analisys (MRA) type quasi moderator. The results of this study shows an interesting empirical conditions to be further investigated as follows: the original partially committed no significant effect on teachers performance, but after interacting with the headmaster leadership, the role of headmaster leadership to strengthen the influence of  commitment on teacher performance. Contrary, the original partially competence significant and positive effect on teacher performance, but after interacting with the headmaster leadership, the role of headmaster leadership to weaken influence of competence on teacher performance.   Keywords: commitment, competence, headmaster leadership, teacher performance

Abstract

This study was investigated about the role of organizational culture moderated influence headmaster supervision and motivation on teacher performance. Specifically, this study to examine and analisys whether the role of organizational culture moderated influence headmaster supervision and motivation on teacher performance. The contribution of this study is explain and explore the previous research about the influence organizational culture, headmaster supervision, and motivation on teacher performance . Population and study sample was a junior high school teacher Taman District Regency Pemalang as much as 145 people. The research data is the primary data collected directly from the respondents to the questionnaire. The research method approach with computer software SPSS for Windows version 16. The method of data analysis using Moderation Regression analisys (MRA) type quasi moderator. The results showed organizational culture to weaken the effects of headmaster supervision on teacher performance, and the organizational culture does not moderate the effects of motivation on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of organizational culture and leadership of school principals on teacher performance with the mediation of job satisfaction in the high schools in Pati regency. The research was conducted for teachers in high schools in Pati many as 150 people, using a data collection techniques populations. Statistical technique used is the component matrix validity, reliability test by Cronbach alpha, multiple regression analysis, t test and the test with the adjusted r ² r square. The results showed that job satisfaction variables proved to mediate the influence of organizational culture and leadership of school principals on teacher performance. Organizational culture and leadership of school principals have a positive and significant effect on performance. Variable organizational culture school, the principal's leadership and job satisfaction affects the performance of 80.1%. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work motivation and competency on teacher’s performance moderated by the transformational leadership style. This research was conducted with a sensus method and implemented in the sub-district Jakenan Pati. Technical test data used in this study include validitas test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test, and mediation test to verify and prove the hypothesis of the research. Tested the validity of data collected by viewing at the magnitude of the KMO values above 0.5 could be declared valid. The results demonstrate the validity of the KMO test for work motivation is 0.619, KMO test for competency is 0.837. KMO test for transformational leadership style is 0.816 and KMO test for the performance is 0.894. It can be said that all variables declared valid. Its reliability test showed the 0.663 for work motivation, 0.927 for competency, 0,891 for transformational leadership style and 0.881 for performance. These show that all variables are reliable. From the analysis and discussion show that a significant positive influence work motivation on performance, significantly positive effect of competency on performance. transformational leadership style has not moderating the influence of work motivation on the performance of teachers. transformational leadership style has not moderating the influence of competency on the performance of teachers.   Keywords: Work Motivation, Competency, Transformational Leadership Style and Performance
