Abstract

The study is intended examine and analyze the influence of work discipline and work stress toward the teacher performance by mediation of organization commitment at Pharmasy vocational High School in Semarang. Sampling  technique are non probability sampling, purposive sampling  with 120 teachers ,technique data test are validity test, reliability test, double linear regression and partial hypothesis with t- test, simultant test with F test and mediation test by Sobel test. The research proves that work discipline, is significant and has positive influence toward the teacher performance, whilework stress has negative influence toward teacher performance from mediation test by using sobel testis shows that organization commitment dnot mediate work discipline toward Teacher Performance.while organization commitment can mediate work stress  toword teacher performance at vocational high school in Semarang It means work dicipline is more efective in influencing directly toward teacher performance than by  controlling organization commitment. Abstract

The study is intend to test and analyze the influence of work discipline and work motivation toward teacher performance with mediation job satisfaction at goverment yunior high school in district of Ulujami, residence of Pemalang Central Java; Sampling technique are non probability quota sampling, purposive sampling with 131 goverment teachers, technique of data test are validity test, reliability test, double linier regresion test, partial hypothesis test with t test, simultan hypothesis test with F test, and mediation analysis with Sobel test. The result of mediation test with Sobel test are job satisfaction does not mediate work discipline toward teachers performance, but job satisfaction proves to mediate work motivation toward teachers performance; It means work discipline is more effective influencing directly toward teachers performance than by controlling job satisfaction and work motivation effective in direct or indirect influencing toward teachers performance at goverment yunior high school in district of Ulujami, residence of Pemalang Central Java. Abstract

This study examines the question of how the influence of teacher competence and discipline of work on teacher performance is moderated by the school culture in the teachers in SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 01 Kabupaten Jepara. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze a). influence on the performance of teacher competence, b). disciplinary effect on kinerjaguru, c). the influence of school culture on teacher performance, d). moderating role of school culture on teacher performance competencies, and e). moderating role of school culture on teacher performance discipline. The population in this study were all teacher's status as a civil servant (PNS) who works at SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 01 Kabupaten Jepara totaled 239 teachers, using stratifiet proportional random sampling technique. Number of respondents surveyed was 149 teachers. Method of data collection using a questionnaire given to the respondents with a Likert scale in the range 1-5. Tests on instrument validity study conducted with factor analysis, Cronbach alpha reliability test, test for normality with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method, test and test Multicollinearity Heteroskidastity are statistical tool used is multiple regression analysis, simultaneous significance test (test statistic F) and t statistical test to prove the hypothesis of the proposed research. Results of data analysis showed that the positive and significant effect of competence on teacher performance, school culture positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers, work discipline does not affect the performance of teachers and school culture on teacher performance competency moderate but not moderate disciplined school culture of work on teacher performance. Abstract

The research was carried out to examine the effect of competence and motivation of the Teacher Performance Moderated Leadership Principal of Senior High School in distric Jepara. The population of this research are State Senior High School Teachers in Jepara Regency with the 191 respondences by proportional random sampling technique. In order to examine this hypothesis, we use the linear regression empirical model quasi moderation with independent variables: Competence, Motivation, Principal’s Leadership and Teacher’s Performance as dependent variable. The results of the research show that all of the three independent variables: Competence, Motivation, Principal’s Leadership influence Teacher’s Performance simultaneously. The results of the data analysis show: (1) there is a positive and significant correlation between teacher’s competence and performance, (2) there is no correlation between teacher’s motivation and performance, (3) there is a positive and significant correlation between Principal’s Leadership and Teacher’s performance,(4) The Principal’s Leadership can’t moderate the influence of the competence on Teacher’s Performance, (5) The Principal’s Leadership can’t  moderate the influence of the motivation on Teacher’s Performance. Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the influence of discipline work, headmaster supervision and motivation to elementary school teacher performance. The result of research refer to discipline work, headmaster supervision and together motivation influenced to elementary school teacher performance in SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Jepara. And in test, point to Sig all value under 0,05. Sp the result can be conclude such as : Discipline work influenced positive and significally to elementary school teacher performance in SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Jepara. Headmaster supervision positive influence and significally to elementary school teacher performance in SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Jepara. And Motivation is positive influence and significally to elementary school teacher performance in SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Jepar. Abstract

The research objective was to examine the effect of labor discipline and motivation to work on teacher performance and job satisfaction as the mediation, studies on teacher high schools in the district of Jepara. Samples used in these researches as much as 191 people with the sampling technique is proportional random sampling gives equal opportunities are limitless for each element of the population to be selected into the sample taken by a proportional amount. Analysis using multiple linear regression test. The research results can be summarized as follows: Discipline of work has no effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline and significant positive effect on performance, motive does not affect the performance of work, job satisfaction has a positive effect on performance, job satisfaction as a mediating variable is not able to explain the effect on the performance of work discipline and work motivation. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, competence on teacher’s performance in Jepara regency with job satisfaction as mediating. This study participated 127 teacher as a sample. The respondent are teacher form SMA Negeri 1 Jepara representated as eks RSBI, SMA Negeri 1 Tahunan representated as central Jepara region, SMA Negeri 1 Pecangaan representated as south Jepara region, dan SMA Negeri 1 Bangsri representated as north Jepara region. Measurement of the instrument using linkert scale 7 answers alternative, with multiple regression as a analyze method. Based on t analyze in this study can be concluded that (1) motivation has the positive and significant impact on teacher’s job satisfaction (2) competence has the positive and significant impact on teacher’s job satisfaction (3) motivation does not affect the teacher’s job performance (4) competence has the positive and significant impact on teacher’s job performance (5) job satisfaction has the positive and significant impact on teacher’s job performance. From the mediation analyze give the information that motivation and competence have indirect effect to teacher’s job performance trough job satisfaction. Abstract

This searching has a direction for knowing and testing how far Competency and Motivation  influential toward job Satisfaction’s  with Performance mediation work dimension for all of teacher Sekolah Menengah Atas in Jepara city. Sampling was done by multiphase sampling technique. From the result of multiphase sampling, the sample was used in this study, totaling 109 people. Testing data technique which is used in this study include validity test , reliability test by Cronbach alpha formula,klasic asumtion tes: normality tes,multicolinierytas and heteroskedastisitas.F tes/ significance simultan tes.T tes/ parcial significance tes with multiple regression analysis, and significance  tests, the coeffisien of  to prove the hypothesis and mediation test1 & 2. Results of searching showed that the F tes: kompetence and motivation has positive influence and significance toward performance.Kompetence,motivation and performance has positive influence and significance toward job satisfaction too.T tes: everything hypotesis has positive influence and significance.And mediation tes variables of Performance proved to mediation  the compentence and motivation toward job satisfaction’s  for all of teacher in Jepara city. Abstract

The  purpose of this research are : (1) To analist and describe the motivation that has some influence in teachers competition of SMK Negeri in Pati Regency. (2) To analist and to describe the head master’s leadership that has an influence at teacher compention in SMK Negeri in Pati Regency, (3) To analist and to describe the influence of motivation at teacher’s carreer of SMK Negeri in Pati Regency, (4) To analist and to describe the influence of head master’s leadership at teacher’s carreer at SMK  Negeri in Pati Regency, (5) To analist and describe the influence of Teacher’s competention in carreer at SMK Negeri in Pati Regency.   This kind of research is the field research and use kuantitatif approach. The population in this research are the teacher of SMK Negeri in Pati Regency (265 teachers) with use purposive sampling method with caracteristic the lowest grade is D3 and they have worked at least 5 years. These objects is taken with Slovin Method that get 159 teachers as the objects of the research. Date analist tehnic uses doble linier analisys system, R2 analisys, F analisys, research inatrument analisys uses Validation Analisys, Reliabilitation Analisys, Clasic Asumtion Analisys, .hipotesis analisys uses t analisys and path analisys.   The result of the research show that : (1) Motivation has a positive influence to teacher competition of SMK Negeri in Pati Regency.(2) Head master Leadership has a positive influence to teacher competition of SMK Negeri in Pati Negeri in Pati Regency. (4) Headmaster Leadership has a positive influence to teacher carreer of SMK Negeri in Pati Regency. (5) Teacher competention has a positive influence to teacher carreer of SMK Negeri in Pati Regency. (6) Motivation influence is more efective toward teacher competention mediation than influence direct to the carreer. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and describe the effect of: 1) organizational climate on Career Plateau, 2) motivation toward career plateau, 3) organizational climate on Job Satisfaction, 4) Motivation to Job Satisfaction, and 5) Career Plateau on Job Satisfaction. This research, carried out with the object of Pegawai Negeri Sipil at the Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan dan Peternakan Kabupaten Pati and a sample of 111 people by using purposive sampling. Data collection distributing questionnaires, using a questionnaire with Likert scale model modification 7 scale and descriptive analysis technique, partial correlation and linear regression at a significance level of 5%. The research results of linear regression line equation model 1 is Y1 = - 0.138 X1 - 0.487 X2. Linear regression line equation model 2 is Y2 = 0.170 X1 + 0.373X2 - 0.255 Y1. Based on the calculation of test data analysis through mediation concluded that career plateau can not mediate (direct effect) on the variables of organizational climate and work motivation on job satisfaction.
