Abstract

This study aims to analyze The Influence of Competence and Motivation to the Teachers Performance with the Principal Leadership  as moderate variable at SMK negeri in Pati Regency. This study belongs to the type of quantitative research. Population of this study are 134 teacher, while the samples taken as many as 100 teacher as respondent. Measurements using a Likert scale with 5 (five) alternative answer. Test instruments used are the validity, reliability and classic asumption test. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (Goodness of Fit). Hypothesis testing used in this study used regression analysis and t-test. The results of the first model showed the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0,541, the meaning of the result is that the Competence and Motivation together have a 54,1% impact to the Techers Performance and the rest are influenced by others variables. Based on the research result can be summarized as follows: (i) Competence is positive and significant effect to the Teachers Performance, (ii) ) Motivation is positive and significant effect to the Teachers Performance, (iii) Principal Leadership is not moderating to the effect of Competence to Teacher Performance, (iv) Principal Leadership is not moderating to the effect of Motivation to Teacher Performance Key words :      Competence, motivation, Principal Leadership, Teachers Performance

Abstract

This study examinesthe effect of compesation on job satisfaction of employees, examine the effect of job characteristics on job satisfaction of employees, examine the effect of Compesation on Performance, examine job characteristics on Performance and examine Job Satisfaction to Performance. The results showed that the first hypothesis which states that  compesation  have positive and significant influence to job satisfaction of employees, received. The second hypothesis which states that the job characteristics have positive  and a significant influence to job satisfaction of employees, received. The third hypothesis states that compesation is don’t have a significant  relationship of the nurse performance ,rejected .The fourth  hypothesis which states that job characteristics have a positive and significant impact on Nurse Performance, were rejected. The fifth hypothesis which stated that job satisfaction has positive and significant impact on nurse performance. This research also showed that job satisfaction as a mediated variable that effect between compesation to nurse  performance Keywords : compensation, job characteristic , job satisfaction and performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse, experimentally, the relationships between principal leadership and work motivation to teacher performance with organizational commitments as intervening variable. Participants compriseed 150 teachers having educational certificate from the whole Kawedanan Tayu Pati region. With characteristics: min 30 years old, min S1 degree, and work duration min 5 years. The results are the first hypothesis (H1) “Principal leadership has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, it means the better principal leadership will increase organizational commitment”. The second hypothesis (H2) “Work motivation doesn’t influence organizational commitment, it means the motivation given by teachers doesn’t increase organizational commitment”. The third hypothesis (H3) “Principal leadership has positive and significant impact on teacher performance, it means the better principal leadership will increase teacher performance”. The fourth hypothesis (H4) “Work motivation has positive and significant on teacher performance, it means the better work motivation will increase  teacher performance”. The fifth hypothesis (H5) “Organizational commitment has positive and significant impact on teacher performance, it means the better organizational commitment will increase teacher performance”. Abstract

The study was conducted on  employees at the District Office and Village Tegal in order to test and analyze whether influence of personality and organizational climate on Job Satisfaction with organizational commitment as mediation. Sampling method with purposive sampling . Data is were collected by questionnaires and tests conducted by the research instrument validity and reliability testing, while the statistical test used was multiple regression analysis . The research results showed that personality had no effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Organizational Climate has positive effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction Organizational commitment as a mediating variable based on the study was not able to explain the indirect effects of personality and organizational climate on job satisfaction in the Office of the District and Sub-District in the city of Tegal. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of the product that has a positive effect on the creation of customer satisfaction, to analyze the image of the product that has a positive effect on the creation of customer satisfaction, to analyze the quality of the product that has positive influence on customer commitment, to analyze the image of the product that has positive influence on customer commitment and to analyze that the creation of customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer commitments. Object of this study is the company's customers in the District of Pekalongan Batik Kaibon with research methods using purposive sampling technique. Customers here are all Kaibon Batik enterprise customers with the criteria already made a purchase more than 2 times that used either alone or given to someone else as a gift. Regression analysis equations I know the coefficient of determination or ajusted R square of 0.665. This means that the influence of the independent variable is the quality of the product and the image of the product to customer satisfaction is of 66.5% or in other words the variation changes in customer satisfaction able to be explained by the quality of the product and the image of the product by 66.5%, while the remaining 33,5% is influenced by other variables not examined. The regression analysis equation II is known coefficient of determination or ajusted R square of 0.712. This means that the influence of the independent variable is the quality of the product, the product image and customer satisfaction to customer commitments amounted to 71,2% or in other words the variation changes in customer commitment that can be explained by the variable quality of the product, the product image and customer satisfaction by 71,2%, while the remaining 28,8% is influenced by other variables not examined. The results were analyzed variable product quality, brand image, customer satisfaction and customer commitment showed that the quality of the product, the product image and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on customer commitment variables, This shows that the higher the effect of each independent variable is product quality, product image and customer satisfaction, the customer will be higher commitment. Abstract

The purpose of riset to examine “Influence competensi and motivasi to performance of teachers by work environment and management headmaster as variabel moderasi. The example of riset are 130 persons . The way to take the example by purposive proporsional random sampling. The way of analysis data by using : validitas test with analysis factor, reliabilitas test, by Alpha Chrombach, model test by Adjusted R2 and test F, hipotesis test by MRA test and test t. The result of the riset show that : 1. Competensi have positive influence and significan to performance of teachers. 2. The motivasi is not influence to performance of teachers. 3. The work environment have positive influence and significan to  performance of teachers. 4. The management of headmaster is not influence to performance of teachers. 5. The work environment can not guide to the relation between competensi and performance of teachers.6. The work environment can be guide the relation between competensi and performance of teachers.7. The managament of headmaster is not be guide the relation between motivasi and performance of teachers. The summarize of this riset is to increase performance of civil servant teachers Senior High School regency Pati. It can be work by : increase competensi and motivasi performance of teachers. Abstract

This study aims to examine and describe the influence of return on investment, fixed assets ratio, firm size, rate of growth and asset structure of the debt to equity ratio at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research technique used was purposive sampling method. Classical assumption of normality and testing, Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing with the T-test, Hypothesis test with F test danUji coefficient of determination. The analysis and discussion of this study indicate that the return on Investment has a negative effect on the debt to equity ratio is acceptable. fixed assets ratio is shown to be positively related to variable debt to equity ratio. variable rate of growth and no significant positive effect on variable debt to equity ratio assets structure has positive and significant impact on variable debt to equity ratio and simultaneous testing in mind that the variable return on Investment, fixed assets ratio, firm size, rate of growth and assets structure significant effect on the debt to equity ratio at Manufacturing Company Go Public in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2008 - 2010 Keywords: Return On Investment, Fixedassets Ratio, Firm Size, Rate Of Growth, Assets Structure and   Debt To Equity Ratio

Abstract

The purpose of the reform is to increase the independence of the region with reduce fiscal dependence on central government The size of the revenue affects the size of expenditure the area. While government consumption to be one of the elements contributing to Gross Regional Domestic Product, which is one indicator of the success of development in the area. The empirical study is to describe the relationship among Local Taxes, Local Retribution, Revenue Sharing Grant and General Allocation Grant to the Gross Regional Domestic Product directly or indirectly by Local Expenditure as a intervening variable. The sample used in this study were 38 districts / cities in East Java province using 2004 up to 2010 data. The study used Fixed Effect Method – Cross Section Weight with Eviews program. The results showed that the Local Taxes, General Allocation Grant, Revenue Sharing Grant and Local Expenditure positively influences the Gross Regional Domestic Product, but Local Retribution has a negative influence. Local Expenditure doesn’t have the function of mediating variables. Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between training, empowerment and job satisfaction on employee performance Distribution Office PT. PLN ( Persero) Distribution of Central Java and Yogyakarta, it is necessary to study the extent to which these variables can improve employee performance. Taking sample with purposive sampling method, which provide limits of respondent have a service life of at least 5 years an minimum educated D3. Research sample size is 156 respondents. Data collection technique using a questionnaire, with a Likert  Scale of  7 intervale scale. Examination of  the research done by the test instrument validity and reliability testing. While the statistical test equipment used is multiple regression analysis, R2 test, t test to analyse the significance of regression coefficients and mediation test. Results of data analyses indicate that the training and empowerment has positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction Distribution Office PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution of Central Java and Yogyakarta. Training, empowerment and job satisfaction have positive and significant effect on employee performance Distribution Office PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution of  Central Java and Yogyakarta. While job satisfaction did not mediate the training and empowerment of the performance. Abstract

This research takes an object of research at employees working in PT Telecommunications Indonesia Tbk, East Java Regional, especially Sidoarjo area and ARNET SBT A Total of 116 respondents. The company would want to be a good employee performance, thus the need to increase the job satisfaction of employees for job satisfaction greatly affect the performance of the employees. In addition the company needs to implement a program of empowerment and saw locus of control each of its employees, for empowerment in an organization or company to be an important phenomenon to support the performance of an employee. Test results contained a positive influence between empowerment on job satisfaction, contained partial positive influence between locus of control on job satisfaction, there is no partial influence of empowerment on employee performance, contained partial positive influence between locus of control on employee performance, contained partial positive influence between job satisfaction on employee performance. Mediation results showed that job satisfaction mediates the effect of empowerment on employee performance and job satisfaction did not mediate the effect of locus of control on employee performance.
