Abstract

The purpose of this research to analysis  the influences work environment and job characteristics to employee performance with organizational commitment as mediating variable. The research used multiple regression analysis method, to analyze the influences of independent variable (work environment and job characteristics) to dependent variable (organizational commitment, and employee performance)  The sample  in this research are employee at Bank Jateng Cabang Utama Seamarang. To obtain the sample use purposive sampling with two  crriteria, from this criteria are obtain the sample of 107 employee. Based on the results of data analysis this research concludes some of the following  (1)Work environment and job characteristics  influence organizational commitment (2) Work environment, job characteristics,  organiztional commitment influence employee. Performance (3)Organizational commitment can not mediate the influence of work environment to employee performance .(4) Organizational commitment can not mediate the influence of job characteristics to employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of job Characteristic and Currier Development on performance mediated by the Motivation in Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pati. This research was conducted with a purposive sampling method and implemented in Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pati. Technical test data used in this study include validitas test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, t test, and test the mediation hypothesis to test and prove the researchers. Tested the validity of data collected by looking at the magnitude of the KMO values ​​above 0.5 and the factor loading above 0.4 shall be declared invalid. The results demonstrate the validity of the KMO test for job characteristic is 0.885 with a loading factor between 0.527 – 0.880, KMO test for currier development is 0.873 with the loading factor between 0.511 – 0.844 KMO test for motivation 0.796 with the loading factor between 0.560 - 0.715 and KMO test for the performance is 0.853 with loading factor between 0.423 – 0.750 It can be said that all variables declared valid. Its reliability test showed the 0.869 for job characteristic, 0.868 for currier development, 0,846 for motivation and 0.886 for performance. This shows that all variables are reliable. From the analysis and discussion suggests that a significant positive influence job characteristic on motivation, significantly positive effect of currier development on motivationt, jib characteristic is a significant positive effect on performance, currir development significantly positive effect on performance and motivation significantly positive effect on performance. Strong influence of job characteristic is directly compared to the performance through the mediation of motivation. And Strong influence of currier development is directly compared to the performance through the mediation of motivation. Abstract

Influence ofteacher competence onteacherjob satisfactionis influencedbypossibleother variables, bothmediatingandmoderatingvariables. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of principal's leadership and work motivation on elementary school teachers performance mediated by the Job Satisfaction. This research was conducted with a purposive sampling method and implemented in in the sub-district Tlogowungu Pati. The study population was all teachers Elementary School (SDN) in Sub-district Tlogowungu Pati as many as 217 teachers. The sampling technique used in this study is the purposive sampling, thus obtained a sample of 116 teachers. Method of data collection was conducted through questionnaires. Technical test data used in this study include validitas test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test, and mediation test to verify and prove the hypothesis of the research. Data collected was tested for validity by looking at the magnitude of the KMO value is above 0.5 and the results of factor loading above 0.4 shall be declared valid. The results of validity test demonstrate the value of KMO for principal's leadership was 0.834 with loading factor between 0.424-0.770, KMO of work motivation was 0.757 with a loading factor between 0.454-0.806. KMO for job satisfaction was 0.741 with loading factor between 0.451-0.719 and KMO for the performance was 0.856 with a loading factor between 0.687-0.781. It can be said that all the variables are declared valid. The result of Reliability test showed 0.854 for principal's leadership,0.788 for work motivation, 0.881 job satisfaction and 0.917 for performance. This shows that all the variables reliably. From the analysis and discussion show that a significant positive influence principal's leadership on job satisfaction, significantly positive effect of work motivation on job satisfaction, principal's leadership is a significant positive effect on performance, work motivation significantly positive effect on performance and job satisfaction significantly positive effect on performance. Strong influence of principal's leadership is directly compared to the performance through the mediation of job satisfaction. Moreover of work motivation has strong directly influence compared toward the performance through the mediation of job satisfaction.   Keywords: Principal's Leadership, WorkMotivation, Job Satisfaction and Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the influence of (i) Competency on the Teacher Performance, (ii) the Principal Leadership on Teacher Performance, (iii) Organizational Climate on the Performance of Teachers, (iv) Test the Effect Competence on Performance Teacher and Principal Leadership moderated, (v ) Testing the Effect Competency on Teacher Performance moderated School Organizational Climate in junior High School Teachers in UPT Jakenan and UPT Pucakwangi District Pati. The research is Field Reseach, using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all teachers at the Junior High School in UPT Jakenan and UPT Pucakwangi District Pati, 112 Responden., collect data by census method. Test instruments using the Test Validity, Reliability and OLS. Analysis using linear regression analysis model testing, R2 Test, F Test, hypothesis testing using the t test. The results of (i) Competence positive and significant impact on teacher performance is 0,031, (ii) the principal's leadership and significant positive effect on teacher performanceis is 0,024, (iii) no significant Organizational Climate on the Performance of Teachers is 0,124, (iv) Principal Leadership Not Moderating influence of Competency on the Teacher Performance is 0,259, (v) Organizational Climate as Moderating Effect Competency.on Teacher Performance is 0,75.   Keywords: Competence; Leadership Principal; Organizational Climate and Teacher Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was analyze the enfluence of teachers’ competence and personality towards teacher performance through mediation of teachers’ commitment. The population  of this research were 212 teachers and the samples were 139 teachers  of Government Yunior High School in Pati Regency, Juwana District. Data was gathered by giving questionnaire to the respondent using a samples method. The research proved that the ability of model to explain the influence of teachers’ competence and personality toward teacher’ commitment was 66,7 % , while to explain the enfluence of the tree variables all together toward teacher’s performance was 61,9 %. For data operation, SPSS 16.0 version was used. The result are the first hypothesis (H1) “Teacher Competence has positive and significant effect on Teachers’ Commitment means that higher influence of  Competence , will make higher of it (H2) “Personality  has a positive and significant effect on Teachers’ Commitment means that higher influence of  personality, will make higher of it. In the third hypothesis (H3) “ Teachers Competence has positive and significant impact on teachers performance, means that the higher influence of it, the higher performance caused” Fourth hypothesis (H4) “Personality has positive and significant effect on prerformance of teacher means the higher the of it will improve teacher performance. The Fifth hypothesis (H5) Teachers’ Commitment has positive influence on performance means that the higher it will have influence the higher performance caused.  The Sixth hypothesis (H6) Teachers’ Commitment  has not positive  mediated influence competence toward teacher performance. Abstract

Objectives of this research are to determine and to analyse the influence analysis of job carracteristic and organizasional culture on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating at kantor Kelurahan se Kecamatan Temanggung, Kabupaten Temanggung. Data are collecting by questionnaire technique from 121 employees at kantor Kelurahan se Kecamatan Temanggung, Kabupaten Temanggung. Respondents are sellected using purposive sampling technique. Technique examination of data used in this study cover validity test with factor analysis, test reliability with Alpha Cronbach, multiple regression analyse, test model, t – test and mediating test to prove the hypothesis of this research. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the job carracteristic and organizasional culture have significanly effect toward job satisfaction,  job carracteristic, organizasional culture and job satisfaction also have a significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction mediated the job carracteristic of organizational commitment and job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of organizasional culture the organizational commitment and the dominant factor affecting the organizational commitment is organizasional cultur. Abstract

This study is intended to examine and analyze the effect of managerial ability of the principal and motivation teachers performance with job satisfaction mediation of teachers in sub - district 02 Semarang. The type of this study is field study (field research) with quantitative approach. The population of this study who teach at state senior high schools in sub – district 02 Semarang. Samples are used proportional random sampling used 129 teachers. Linear regression analysis model used adjusted R-square, F-test, t-test, and path analysis. The result of this study shows that; (1) The principals managerial ability han’t positive significant effect on job satisfaction. (2) Motivation has positive significant effect on job satisfaction. (3) The principals managerial ability has positive significant effect on the teachers performance. (4) Motivation hasn’t positive significant on teacher performance. (5) Job satisfaction hasn’t positive significant effect on teacher performance.   Keywords: principal managerial ability,  job satisfaction, and teacher performance

Abstract

This research is aimed to know and analyzed: (1) the influence of empowerment toward the job satisfaction and organizational commitment. (2) The influence of motivation towards the job satisfaction and organizational commitment, (3) the influence of job satisfaction towards the organization commitment. The research location is in Regional Secretariat of Temanggung Regency, with the research objects of 94 respondents. This research is using purposive sampling method. The respondents’ minimal education is Senior High School who works more than 3 years. The measurement is using likert 7 answer alternative scales. The regression result is showing the determination coefficient as big as 0.679 or with other word the capability independent variable in explaining variable variations (the independent variable capability in giving information which needed to predict the dependent variable variation) is as big as 67.9%. The rest is as big as 32.1% which is explained by variable outside the model. This research is showing (1) empowerment is not influence towards the job satisfaction and organizational commitment, (2) Motivation has a positive and significant impact towards job satisfaction and organizational commitment, (3) Job satisfaction has positive and significant influence towards organizational commitment. While the job satisfaction is not proved mediates motivation towards organizational commitment.   Key words: Empowerment, motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment

Abstract

This study is aimed to examining and analyzing the influence of the transformasional leadership and job satisfaction toward the teacher’s performance through the mediation of  the organizational commitment to teachers in Temanggung state senior high  schools. The population of  this study includes  all the permanent teachers of the state senior high school in Temanggung the number of the respondents 139. The data of this study is collected through questionaire with the scale of 7 point likert. The analysis of this data is in the form of the description of the responden and the description of the variable. The method used to examined  the data includes the validity test with factor analysis and the reliability test using the Cronbach’s Alpha formula, the model of double regression analysis is examined  by using coefficient determination and F test, signification test to prove the truth of the hipotesa, as well as the mediation test. The result of the study shows that The Transformasioanal Leadership has no  influence to the organizational commitment,  The Job Satisfaction influence positively  the organizational commitment,  The Transformasional Leadership has positive influence  on the teacher’s performance,  The Job Satisfaction also has positive influence on the techer’s performance,  The Organizational Commitment has positive influence on the teacher’s performance as well.  The result of this research is indicated that the influence of transformasional leadership and job satisfaction toward teacher performance not mediated by organizational commitment.
