Abstract

Debt policy is an important policy for the company in managing the debt. A growing ompany requires a larger capital. The capital can be obtained from debt or private equity. Debt policy can be influenced by various factorsthat occur in an company, namely, institutional ownership, company size, company growth and rofitability. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of institutional ownership, size of company, company growth andprofitability to debt policy. Population and  ample in this research is manufacturing company listed on BEI 2010 – 2012. Sample retrieval technique is purposive sampling and obtained samples some 252 companies. Typethe data is secondary. Data collecting Method use documentation. Analysis technique used is multiple regression. The result analysis by the se of multiple regression show that: ( 1 ). Institutional ownership not affect to debt policy. ( 2 ). Company size affect positive to debt policy. ( 3 ). Company growth affect positive to  ebt policy. ( 4 ). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of facilities, rates, and services partially to a decision to stay at Nirwana Hotel Pekalongan. To analyze the effect of facilities, rates, and services partially to a decision to stay at Nirwana Hotel Pekalongan. Population used is the consumer nirvana Pekalongan staying during the year 2012, as many as 2,293 people, with the assumption that the number of consumers who have stayed the same as in 2013, the number of samples using a sampling technique is accydental sampling of 100 respondents. Types of data used are primary data, in the form of questionnaires. The results were: The influence facility to customer satisfaction is significant, it is proved by the t value = 3.623> t table = 1.986 or significant a = 0.000 <0.05. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so the hypothesis that there is a significant influence on customer satisfaction acceptable facilities. The effect of price on customer satisfaction is significant, it is proved by the t value = 3.423> t table = 1.986 or significant a = 0.002 <0.05. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so the hypothesis that there is a significant influence on customer satisfaction acceptable price. Effect of service to customer satisfaction is significant, it is proved by the t value = 6.086> t table = 1.986 or significant a = 0.000 <0.05. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so the hypothesis that there is a significant influence on customer satisfaction services received. Abstract

The purpose of the study entitled "The Effect of Leadership, Motivation and Job Satisfaction Performance Against PT. Sinar Pantja Djaja Semarang "is to analyze the leadership, motivation and job satisfaction on the PT. Sinar Pantja Djaja Semarang. The sample used in this study were 90 respondents to the data collection methods used in this research is using questionnaires (questionnaire) by spreading a list of questions to respondents in order to obtain information. The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the item, the Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis, to examine the influence of each partial independent variables were tested with the coefficient of determination and prove the partial effect of each independent variable . It is known that the leadership, motivation and job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performence. The hypothesis has been done in this study we can conclude that There is a positive and significant effect of leadership on employee performance, There is a positive and significant effect of motivation on employee performance, and There is a positive and significant effect job satisfaction on employee performance. Abstract

The job-performance of Dr. Soewondo kendal hospital’s nurse is low,because there are any complain from patient to their work and this observation to conect between job-performance dependent variable (Y) to independent variable communication , motivation (X2), and emotional intellegancy (X3).The aim of this observation is to analyse the effect between communication, motivation, and emotional intellegancy to work of Dr. Soewondo kendal hospital’s nurse. The sample of observation are one hundred nurse of Dr. Sowondo kendal hospital. The method of collecting data is simple random sampling, and the method of analyse data is multyple linier regression analysis which used the help of SPSS program.The result of hypothesis show that communication variable (X1) have positif effect to the job-performance of the nurse. Motivation variable (X2) have positif effect to the job-performance of the nurse. And emotional intellegeancy variable (X3) also have positif effect to the job-performance of the nurse. have on the observation, motivation variable have the most positif effect between the others and value of t is 6,307. The number value is (0,668) show that the ability of independent variable (communication, motivation, and emotional intellegancy) to explain dependent variable (the job-performance of the nurse) is good enough. And the weakness of this observation can’t work effectifly if it doing for while, it should be done for a long time to get the best result.Keyword : communication, motivation, emotional intellegancy and job-performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Prior experience and Product Knowledge on Switching Behavior in the purchase of a mobile phone with mediation Satisfaction. Brand switching behavior arising from the presence of variety seeking behavior need attention from marketers. This behavior not only in products with a low level of involvement, but also occur in products with a high level of involvement (high involvement).Samples taken are consumers handpone owner PIP Semarang in residential areas that have never switched brands of mobile phones within the last 3 years, amounting to 100 people repsonden.Based on the analysis results obtained using the t test ,t test variable value conclusion Prior experience at .927 with .357 sig sig t test (>) 0.05 so it can be concluded that the variable Prior experience positive but not significant effect on Satisfaction. T test value of 20 967 Variable Product knowledge with .000 sig sig t test (<) .005 so it can be concluded that the variable Product knowledge and significant positive effect on satisfaction. The value of the variable t test of 0.007 Prior experience with .994 sig sig t test (>) 0.05 so it can be concluded that the variable Prior experience positive and significant effect on switching behavior. Value Product knowledge variable t test for 3910 with .000 sig sig t test (<) 0.05 so it can be concluded that the Product knowledge and significant positive effect on switching behavior. Satisfaction variable t test values ​​for 3779 with .000 sig sig (<) 0.05 so it can be concluded that the variable Satisfaction has positive and significant impact on switching behavior. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengambil obyek pada PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang. Alasan pemilihan obyek penelitian didasarkan karena ada penurunan pendapatan yang diperoleh perusahaan khususnya 3 tahun terakhir. Dari fenomena tersebut maka perlu dilakukan pembuktian dan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pusposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel didasarkan kriteria atau pertimbangan antara lain : karyawan tetap PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang dengan masa kerja minimal 5 tahun, berpendidikan minimal SMA dan bekerja di bagian produksi. Hasil pengujian diperoleh bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasional, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of financial ratio and earning per share (EPS) on stocj return in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) registered betwen 2009-2011 on the stock exchange. The number of samples obtained under these categories  amounted to 125 sharesof the company. The data is sampled using purposive sample jugement method. The re4sult of this study using multiple regression find that only two variables (leverage and EPS) that signidficantly affect the following year stock return with level of significance 5 percent.Keywords: return stock, leverage, likuidity, profitability and EPS.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage and profitability on stock returns. sample of 30 manufacturing companies using purposave sampling method. The data obtained were then tested using regresion data program. The results show the validity of the data and fit, making it feasible to do the next test, the regression test, test and test hypotheses determination.Multiple linear regression test results revealed Stock Return = -0.031 + 0.787 (Liquidity) - 0.018 (Leverage) - 0.036 (Profitability), with the results it can be seen that the liquidity variables significantly positive effect on stock returns while the variable leverage and profitability has a negative effect not significant impact on stock returns. Figures obtained from the test of determination Adjusted R square of 0.180, which indicates that the three independent variables explain the dependent variable and the remaining 18% is explained by other factors beyond research. To test the hypothesis used the t test and F test From the t-test can be proved that the liquidity variable positive and significant impact on stock returns this is indicated by the value of t is greater than t table. Abstract

The aim this research is to analyze and investigate the factors that influence of capital structure manufacturing company which go public in Indonesian Stock Exchange. Specifically this research proposed fadlowing research question does frim size, business risk, and profitability factors influence to capital structure in manufacturing company. This research population is manufacturing company which go public in Indonesian Stock Exchange in the year 2009 until year 2011. Intake of sample conducted whith technique of purposive sampling and find 101 company fulfilling criterion as sample Analysis technique implemented does multiple regression analysis models.The result of this research show that variable influence to capital structure in manufacturing company is frim size dan profitability variable while business risk variable do not influence to capital structure. Research findings indicated that the more tangibility of assets firm influence meaningless, the more collateral assets to get external sources such as debt, meanwhile the frim size in fluencing capital structure policy is because the bigger the frim size that reflected from tangibility assets the bigger capital structure, in this case the debt of that frim so it can be expleained that capital structure have some influences to the capital structure. Abstract

Background of this research was the increasing of the people intention to save deposit at the banks in the District Juwangi Boyolali Residence. One of the bank that has the fastest deposit increation is Bank of Common Credit Sari Bumi Branch District Juwangi. With the fact that people intention grown because of the determination inside and because the influence from the surrounding behavior. The researcher intend to study the factors of the people intention to save deposit at the BPR Sari Bumi. This research was quantitative methodes, with the multiple regression analyzis. The research variables consist of intention to save deposit as the dependent variable and internal factors and external factors as the independent variables. The result showed that simultaneously, internal and external factors has influence to the people intention to save deposit positively and significanly with 70,8% influence. Partially, internal and external factors proved influencing the people intention to save deposit. It is proved by the t coefficients 2,797 of the internal factors and 12,308 of the exteral factors that bigger than the t table of 1,646.
