Abstract

This research is the study of the design of the product packaging and advertising creativity to the brand image . Ultramilk is one brand of milk in a box that has been widely recognized by the Indonesian community among both the young and the older . Ultramilk itself has long been a market leader for dairy products in the packaging box in Indonesia . With the aim of analyzing the effect of design variables product packaging and advertising creativity to the brand image. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents with sampling sampelAccidental retrieval techniques , namely sampling is done by every student who by chance met with researchers can be sampled if it is deemed that the person who happened to be found suitable as a source . The data used is primary data and secondary data analysis used include test validity , reliability test , the coefficient of determination , F-test and multiple linear regression to test the hypothesis. Test results of determination unknown variable product packaging design and advertising creativity can explain the variation of 87.2 % to the brand image while the remainingaffected by other variables that were not analyzed in the study.Variabel product packaging design and advertising creativity collectively same effect positive and significant impact on brand image. Data analysis and hypothesis testing showed that the partial product packaging design variables ( X1 ) and a significant positive effect on brand image ( Y ) , advertising creativity variables ( X2 ) is not positive and significant effect on the image of the brand ( Y ) . Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that affect stock returns on companies listed on the Stock Exchange 2009-2011.The results showed that the variables of Economic Value Added (EVA), which has a positive and significant impact on stock returns. While the Return On Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Operating Leverage, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) hasn’t significant effect. This suggests that investors see that companies are able to provide economic value added demand by investors. So the company that possess the Economic Value Added (EVA), which will increase the return of its shares. Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of CR, NPM, DER and EPS on Stock Prices in industry manufacturing company is go public in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research was conducted again because that empirical evidence were linked with fundamental factors with stock prices still showed the different results that need further research to prove how the influence of fundamental factor on stock prices especially the industry manufacturing sector in Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study was taken because there are still differences between the research study with each other. This research was conducted using secondary data. Population in this research was industry manufacturing company obtained from share which was listed and “go public” in Indonesian Stock Exchage period 2008-2011. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling. There is 65 companies that can be analysed. This study is analyzed by using multiple regression.The multiple regression shows that CR, NPM and EPS have significant positive effect on stock prices, while DER haven’t significant positive effect on stock price. Adjusted R Square value of 0,877 can illustrate that the dependent variable is explained by the independent variable variabelitas for 87,7%, while 12,3% are influenced by the other variables. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of ROA, DER, Current Ratio, Size on Stock Return and PBV. By using purposive sampling method, for populations company for 3 years (2009-2010) gained 107 members of the sample. The analysis technique using multiple regression analysis method previously performed tests of normality and classical assumption. In addition, this study also uses the F statistic test and the coefficient determination. The latter hypothesis test using the t test. The results showed that the variables ROA, DER, and Size positive and significant effect on Stock Return and Stock Return positive and significant effect on PBV. Meanwhile variables CR negative and no significant effect on Stock Return. Keyword: ROA, DER, Current Ratio, Size, Stock Return, and PBV

Abstract

This research is the ability to analyze the effect of ability, compensation and motivation on employee performance PT PLN (Persero) in Magelang area the city of Magelang. The samples used in this study were 51 respondents. And sampling was done by using saturated samples. For the analysis using validity, reliability test, t test, multiple regression analysis and coefficient of determination. The results showed that ability, compensation and motivation are significant positive influence on employee performance. Of the three independent variables motivational variables have the greatest influence on employee performance. Keywords: Ability, Compensation and Motivation on Employee Job Performance

Abstract

This study examines the effect of asset structure, profitability, firm size, and business risk to the company's capital structure manufacturing. The population in this study is manufacturing company that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2010-2012.Based on the research that has been conducted shows that the asset structure variable has positive and significant impact on the capital structure. Profitability significantly and negatively related to capital structure. Firm size does not affect the company's capital structure. Business risk does not affect the capital structure. Abstract

This study aims about factors which influence dividend and stock return. The fundamental faktor which used in this study is return on asset, leverage, liquidity, dan size. This study sampled using a purposive sampling and obtain data for 134 samples. This study is free from the normality test and the classical assumption test. These result indicate that ROA has a positive and significant impact on DPR. Leverage has a positive but not significant impact on DPR. Liquidity has a positive and significant impact on DPR. Size has a positive but not significant impact on DPR. ROA has a positive but not significant impact on stock return. Leverage has a negative and not signficant impact on stock return. DPR has a negative and not significant impact on stock return. Liquidity has a negatve but significant impact on stock return. The latest results show that size has a positive but not significant impact on stock return. Key word: dividend, return saham, ROA, leverage, liquidity, and size

Abstract

This study is a study that examines the effect of Reputation and Influence Satisfaction and Quality Services To Impact On Customer Loyalty . Research conducted on the Yamaha customers Flagship Shop Semarang. a sample of respondents in this study were 100 respondents . Abstract

This study is done to analyze the effect of variables variety seeking, price perception, and celebrity endorser against brand switching behavior GSM card in among students. Respondents of this study were students who ever switch brands totaling 100 respondents. The sampling technique using sampling Purposive, then analysed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that brand switching behavior (Switching Behavior), significantly and positively influenced by the variety seeking and price perception. celebrity endorser variable is not significant and positive influence on brand switching. The most dominant variable affecting brand switching behavior a GSM card is price perception.whereas variable small influence is a variable celebrity endorser.For future researchers, the data collection can be performed to consumers on various pulse counters in order to provide more complete information. Abstract

This study is a study that examines the effect of liquidity, capital structure and scale the company to profitability in Food and Beverages company in BEI 2009-2012.The results of the first study showed that the positive and significant effect of liquidity, the higher the liquidity will increase the profitability of the company. The results of both studies showed that the capital structure and significant positive effect on profitability so that loans obtained from third parties can be used optimally in improving the profitability of the company. While the results of the three studies showed that the scale of the company and no significant negative effect on profitability, the more extensive the company is not going to determine the high profitability of the acquisition on the company, but may be determined by other factors.
