Abstract

This research is a study to analyze the factors that affect the capital structure of the company manufactur Public Listed on the JSE in 2007-2010. This study examines and analyzes the effect of business risk, firm size , managerial ownership , and profitability of the capital structure. This research uses 84 observations that met the study criteria. The observations were then tested with normality, multikoleritas , autocorrelation and avoid violations of the classical assumptions. Regression testing result explain the relationship between variables . The results is a managerial ownership and influence in determining the profitability of the company’s capital structure policy. This research has limitations that the sampling period is relatively short therefore, further research is suggested to extend the sampling period. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of motivation, work environment and compensation on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of PT. Success Mandiri Sentosa (SMS), Jl. No. Sentono Raya 20 Banjardowo Genuk Semarang totaling 133 employees. The sample in this study was 57 employees. Engineering samples in this study were randomized. Primary data types and methods of data collection questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that: (1). Motivation significant effect on employee performance. (2). Work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. (3). Abstract

Consumer behavior is behavior that is shown consumers in finding , purchasing , using, evaluating, and spend the products and services that they expect will satisfy their needs . The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of marketing mix and brand image on purchase decisions that impact customer satisfaction Sample of 100 people who the consumer is buying a product brand store Fashion Trend Cardinal in Kendal . Purposive sampling technique sampling is a sampling technique to the data source specific considerations. Consideration of the samples in this study is that consumers who have purchased a product brand store Fashion Trend Cardinal in Kendal more than once . Test equipment in this study using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that : (1) marketing mix has a positive effect on purchase decisions. (2) The brand image has a positive effect on purchase decisions. Abstract

This study is examines the effect of the attraction advertising and zapping behavior effectiveness of visual media advertising (television. )Society in this era more happy to use the gadget than see television, Which result in declining communities close attention to advertising on telivision. When the people watching of television their tend to zap a commercial break (Zapping), it’s not uncommon of them do not pay attention to the appeal of ads served and even avoid to see the other channel. The attraction advertising and zapping behavior that will be used to effect the advertising effectiveness.In this study researcher used purposive sampling tekhnik to obtain a sample of student of Universitas Stikubank Semarang, and the sample size is 86 students. Students later in the test data using by SPSS 20 and the validity of the questionnaire in this thesis is valid. Based on the indicators used reliability test is an indicator of the variabels, the result is advertising effectthe attractiveness positively and significantly to effectiveness of advertising while zapping behaviors negatively affect the effectiveness of advertising, which means more requent television viewewrs switched channels television advertising effectiveness rat will dicline.This study has limitation that sampling periods were relatively short, it has not considered yet main control variabel and other variabels that could influence the effectiveness of advertising Therefore, further research is recommended to consider the main variabels and another control variabels as wel as the need for longer periods of study that may in generalisation. Abstract

This study examines the effect of dividend payout ratios and capital expenditures on earnings response coefficients with free cash flow as amoderating variable. Economic decision made by market participants based on information derived from the financial statements are usually reflected in the market reaction. Response or reaction to information market accounting profit is seen from the sensitivity of the stock price change is called the Earnings Response Coefficients (ERC). Factors affecting the ERC include : Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and capital expenditures. This research was conductedat the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange the period 2009-2011. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Capital expenditures on Earnings Response Coefficients (ERC) and to analyze the moderating effect of Free Cash Flow (FCF).The sample used in this study were12 manufacturing company data dividends for 3 years. The data used are secondary data. The analysis technique used is moderated regression analysis. According to analysis done canbe seenthat the House of Representatives and capitl expenditure has no effect on the ERC, FCF moderating variables influence the parliament to ERC but not moderate the effect of variable capital expenditure on CAR. According to analysis done can be seen that the House of Representatives and capital expenditure has no effect on the ERC, FCF moderating variables influence the Parliament to ERC but not moderate the effect of variable capital expenditure on CAR. Abstract

This research is which testing factors current ratio, debt to equity ratio, growth, collateralizable assets, and return on equity which influence of DPR on company which listed on BEI (not banking and finance company). This research, we use purposive sampling. Had samples 18 companies by 446 companies which listed on BEI. Then that data are tasted by normality, multikolinearity, heteroskedasity and autokorelation. The next analysis we use double regretion to explain the connection of variables. The results show that the current ratio and growth not influence to DPR, DER and ROE influence negativly and significan to DPR, and COL influence possitifly and significan to DPR. Keyword: Devidend Payout Ratio, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Growth, Colateralizable Assets, and Return On Equity.

Abstract

This study is a study that examines the effect of the service , product value and trust in the intentions to transact again with satisfaction as a member of the mediation services Kospin branch stems , to encourage members to transact ualang need to improve the quality of service , product value , trust and satisfaction of members . In this study , researchers used pusposive sampling and obtain a sample size of 100 sample members . Data from the questionnaire were then tested with test validity , The reliability , hypothesis , and multiple regression . The result variable service quality , product value and belief effect on customer satisfaction and service quality , product value and belief effect on intentions to transact again . Analisia further use mediation test vector that mediating variables influence the intention to transact again . The final conclusion of this study can be recommended as an input to management . Researchers believe bahawa kulaitas approach through service , product value , the trust will make members feel satisfied and will increase the members to transact again . This study has limitations that sampling periods were relatively short , not paying particular attention among variables and have not noticed any questions apkah known by members . Abstract

This study analyzed the influence of organizational culture, communication, job stress and employee compensation to performance. The research object in this paper is the Plantation Office Prov. Sampling technique in this study is the use of data or entire employee population by using the method of data collection questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of statements to the respondents in order to obtain information. The purpose of the study was formulated to look for answers that affect employee performance. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha to test the reliability of the instrument , regression analysis , to examine the influence of the partial of each independent variable was tested with the coefficient of determination ( R ² ) and F test model to test and prove partial effect of each independent variable. The results of the research are : ( 1 ) Compensation highest positive effect on employee performance, meaning high smakin compensation will lead to increased employee performance. ( 2 ) Organizational Culture has a positive effect on employee performance means both organizational culture that must be achieved to improve employee performance such as by encouraging employees to achieve optimal productivit. ( 3 ) Communication The third positive effect on employee performance means the better the communication will improve employee performance. ( 4 ) Work Stress lowest impact on employee performance this means that higher job stress will smakin to greater employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of total asset turnover, return on equity, earning per share, and debt to equity ratio against to the stock price in Manufacture company in Indonesia Stock Exchange the period 2009-2011.The populations in this research are 145 manufacture companies which are enlisted in Indonesia Stock Exchange of 2009-2011. The data in this research are obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample are chosen by purposive sampling method as much as 136 companies. The data testing technique are by using multiple linier regression analysis. The analysis result shows the variable that has positive influence and significant against to the stock price are earning per share variable and debt to equity ratio. However, total asset turnover variable and return on equity take negative effect and significant against to the stock price. Abstract

This study discusses the influence of product quality, price, availability of information on the behavior of consumers as well as the transfer of the trademark on what factors most influence the migration behavior of these brand. The purpose of this study was their influence is to examine the quality, price and availability of information on migration and examines the influence of the brand product quality, price and availability of information to influence the decision to move the brand to consumers. Techniques for determination of sample using purposive sampling techniques, namely choosing the appropriate sample with specific criteria.Respondents in this study of 100 respondents. Processing data in this study using palikasi SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). Include analysis of quantitative data analysis. Quantitative analysis includes testing the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, regression analysis, goodness of Fit test, coefficient of determination, the test statistic F, test statistik t. The results of this study indicate that the variable quality of the products tested negatively and significantly to brand switching. Variable pricing is positive and significant impact on brand switching. And the variable availability of information and no significant negative influence on brand switching.
