Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of the work environment, organizational commitment, and work motivation on employee performance PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. Its population is employees PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang totaling 131 employees. Given the population, then it deserves to be sampled. The sampling technique used is Loading Factor. The analytical tool used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, which previously conducted test validity and reliability, to test the effect of partially magnitude of each variable as follows Y = 0,365X1 + 0,261X2 + 0,193X3. And the results of the coefficient of determination calculation of Adjusted R Square is equal to 0.521, or by 52.1%, which means a change in the dependent variable (Y) can be explained by the influence of the work environment variables (X1), organizational commitment (X2), and motivation (X3) , while the rest is influenced by other variables not tested or described in this research. The results of hypothesis testing showed a positive and significant relationship between the work environment, organizational commitment, and work motivation on employee performance. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Award Intrinsic and extrinsic Award to Employee Work Motivation. The population in this study were all employees of the Central River Region Pemali Juana Semarang.Obyek research in this study is the Central River Region Pemali Juana Semarang. Sampling technique using the "census sampling" were 70 respondents in the sample by using a questionnaire method of data collection (questionnaire) to distribute a list of questions to respondents in order to obtain information from the respondents. The data used in this study is primary data is data obtained directly from the original source. Test equipment used in this study to test the validity of the analysis method and tested product moment reliability using Cronbach alpha to examine the magnitude of the partial effect of each independent variable were tested by regression analysis. The results of the research are: (1) Award Intrinsic positive and significant impact on Employee Work Motivation (2) Extrinsic Award and a significant positive effect on employee work motivation.Keywords: intrinsic rewards, extrinsic rewards, and employee motivation

Abstract

The study analyzed the influence of Employee Engagement, Person-Organization Fit    (P-O Fit), Organizational Learning and Organizational Commitment to Performance. The research object in this paper is the Social Department in Central Java Province. Sampling technique in this study is the use of data or entire employee population by using the method of data collection questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of statement to the respondents in order to obtain information. The purpose of the study was formulated to look for answers that affect Employee Performance. The data were analyzed using the data to the normality test variable regression model gadfly or residuals have a normal distribution, the classical assumption of multicolinearity test to test correlation between the independent variables, factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, cronbach alpha to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis, to examine the influence of the partial of each independent variable was tested with the coefficient of determination (R2), F test and t test model to test and prove partial effect of each independent variable. The results of the research are: (1) Employee Engagement has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance. (2) Person-Organization Fit (P-O Fit) has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance. (3) Organizational Learning has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance. (4) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance. Abstract

This study analyzed the influence of brand image and product quality on purchase decisions. Object of study in this paper is the consumers who buy and use the brand KYT helmet in District Gajah Mungkur Semarang City. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents with a sampling technique is the method of purposive sampling, the sampling of carefully selected by taking the object of research is selective and has specific characteristics. The data used are primary data, analysis of data used include test validity, reliability testing, multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing which includes the F test and t test. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing showed that brand image in partial positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions KYT helmet brand. Variable quality products and a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions KYT helmet brand. The test results of determination unknown variables brand image and product quality can explain the variation of 65.7% on purchasing decisions KYT helmet brand, while the remaining 34.3% is influenced by other variables that were not analyzed in this study.Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality and Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of competence, Physical Job environment, and motivation on employee performance. The research object in this paper is PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Semarang. Sampling technique in this study is the use of simple random sampling (random) amounted to 90 respondents in the sample by using the method of data collection questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to respondents in order to obtain information. The purpose of the study was formulated to determine the effect of competence, Physical Job environment and motivation on employee performance. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, the regression analysis to examine the effect of partially magnitude of each independent variable was tested by regression analysis. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership, work discipline and motivation to work on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UPKJJB 7 Semarang. The test data used in this study include the product moment test validity, reliability testing with Alpha Cronbrach, multiple linear regression analysis, t test to test and prove the research hypothesis. Data collected was tested for validity by the methods of analysis and tested reliabilitas with product moment coefficient alpha (Alpha Cronbrach), where the results of all data is valid and reliable. The results of the analysis and discussion demonstrate that: (1). Transformational leadership and significant positive effect on employee performance, the stronger the influence of the transformational leadership, then the performance employee's in the company are also increasing; (2). Work discipline positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, the stronger the influence of the working discipline, then the performance employee's in the company are also increasing; (3). Work motivation positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, the stronger the influence of work motivation, then the performance employee's in the company are also increasing. Abstract

Consumersalsoconsider the brandandthe quality ofthe product purchasedin orderto satisfyandas desired.This study aimed to analyze the effect of brand trust variables and product quality to customer loyalty. The sample usedinthis study were100respondentsto thesamplingtechniqueisthemethod ofpurposive sampling, namely samplingof carefully selectedby taking the objectof researchisselectiveandhasspecificcharacteristics. The data usedisprimary data, analysisof dataused includetest validity, reliability test, normality test,linear regression, the coefficientof determinationandtesthypothesesincludethe F testand t test. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing showed that in partial trust the brand (X1) and a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty (Y) laptop. The variable quality of the product (X2) is not positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) laptop. Variables trust the brand and quality products together positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty laptop. Test results of determination known brand trust variables and product quality can explain the variation of 33.8% on consumer loyalty while the remaining 66.2% is influenced by other variables that were not analyzed in this study. Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of Work Motivation, Leadership, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. Object of study in this research his PT. Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Semararang. Sampling technique in this study is the use “Purposive Sampling”amounted to 88 respondents in the sample with the method of data collection using questionnaire (questionnaire) by the way  propagate by spreading list statement to the respondents in order to obta in information. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Motivation, Leadership, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. The data collected were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the statement it ems, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis, to test the influence of each partial in dependent variables we retested by regression analysis. The results of the research are : (1) Work Motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (2) Leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

The study titled Effects of Product Quality and Price Satisf action Impact Of Consumer Purchase Decision Self Sampangan Semarang Super Marketsis a study to determine and analyzewhether the variable product quality, price, and purchase decisions given by the Super Market Self Sampangan partially Semaranghas an influence onsatisfacti on consumers, this study took the title"THE EFFECT OF PRODUCTQUALITYANDPRICE ONPURCHASE DECISIONIMPACTOF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION". The samples usedin this study were100 respondents. The sampling techniqueused in the form of accidental sampling method or by selecting respon dentsin a  ccordance with the terms become a  resondenand by chance mettha thaves hoppedat  least 4 times and age less than 20 years. Data collected were tested be forehand using validity and reliability in order to obtain valid and reliable results that can be used in subse quent testing. Subsequent analys is the authors use regressi on testing to explain the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The resultis a quality product(X1), price(X2), the purchase decision(Y) and a significant positive effecton customer satisfaction(Z). From the results of the regressi one quations that prices have thegreatest influenceand product qualityhas theleast influence. Resultsoftest of determination obtained variable product quality, price, purchase decisi on sare relatively large in explaining consumer satisfaction. This study has limitations that the variables used only in the variable product quality, price, purchase decision, while there are many other factors that can in fluencea consumer'ss at is faction. In addition, this study only examined on consumers who are visiting and shopping at the SuperSelf Sampangan Semarang. Abstract

The purpose of this study is: Analyze and explain the influence of organizational commitment on job satisfaction at the Office of PDAM Regency Brebes, as well as Analyze and explain the influence of work motivation on job satisfaction at the Office of PDAM Regency Brebes. This research was conducted at the Office of PDAM Regency Brebes. According to the existing population in  Office taps about 151 employees, researchers took a sample of 90 respondents to the research process. After distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents, overall questionnaires were returned with true and good there are 90 respondents. From this study, organizational commitment and motivation to work equally positive influence on job satisfaction, but higher levels are influencing organizational commitment. This means about attitudes and organizational behavior as an indicator of organizational commitment are able to provide direction to employees in identifying themselves in the company and is responsible for his work.
