Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, organizational commitment, and organizational culture on the performance of employees at the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Province of Central Java. The sample in this study was 60 respondents. The sampling method used was judgment sampling, which is one type of purposive sampling. Method of data collection by questionnaire and interview. Engineering test data used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, reliability test with Cronbach alpha. Classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test to test and prove the research hypothesis. The success of an organization is determined by the performance of the employees themselves, from the performance of the employee motivation membeikan need for passion and satisfaction in the work of employees. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leadership style, organizational commitment, and financial compensation to the employee at the employee's performance bii Bank Youth Semarang. The population in this study were all employees / employee Youth Bii Bank city of Semarang. That amounts to 100 people. The results showed that partially contained significantly and positively influence between leadership style (X1) on the performance of the employee (Y); partial (individual) are significantly and positively influence the organizational commitment (X2) on the performance of the employee (Y); partial (individual) are significantly and positively influence the financial compensation (X3) on the performance of the employee (Y) and Leadership Style variable (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2), and the Financial Compensation (X3) simultaneously (together) the Employee Performance (Y).Keywords : Leadership style, Organizational Commitment, Financial Compensation, and Performance of the employee.

Abstract

This research is a study that tested the effect of the quality of work life, organizational commitment, and motivation off employee satisfaction. The purpose of this study is: 1) examine the effect of the quality of work life on job satisfaction. 2) examine the effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction. 3) examine the effect of motivation on job satisfaction. This study was conducted on social services employee manpower and transmigration kab.demak. a sample of respondents in this study were 102 respondents. The sampling methodwas census sampling method, in which all population is used as a sample. The data used primary data, data analisis using quantitative and qualitative test which includes validity, reliability test, normality test, multiple regresion analysis, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The result showed that, the first hypothesis there is a positive influence on yhe quality of work life employee satisfaction social service manpower and ransmigration kab. Demak. The second hyphotesis there is a positive effect of organozational commitment on job employees of social service manpower and transmogration kab.demak. the third hypothesis there is a positive influence on job satisfaction employee motivation social service manpower and transmogration kab.demak.Key words: quality of work life, organizational commitment, motivation, and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of variable Cash Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Retun on Assets (ROA), Firm Size, and Earnings Per Share (EPS) of the Dividend Payout Ratio at manufacturing companies that went public in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2009-2012. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2012 period the number of 140 companies in 2009, 142 companies in 2010, 133 companies in 2011, and 142 companies in 2012 The sampling technique used was purposive sampling criteria: (1) manufacturing company that went public that publish their financial statements in a row during the years 2009-2012, and (2) companies that pay dividends at least once during the study period. Data obtained from the publication of Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD 2013). Obtained a total sample of 29 companies in the year 2009, 28 companies in the year 2010, 27 companies in the year 2011, and 35 companies in the year 2012. Based on the analysis it can be concluded that: (1) Cash Ratio influence on Parliament. (2) Debt To Equity Ratio has no effect on the House of Representatives. (3) Return on Assets positive influence on Parliament. (4) Firm Size positive influence on Parliament. Abstract

Research with the title work stress, transformational leadership, and motivation to work, the employee's performance is a study that is used to determine and analyze whether work stress variables, transformational leadership, and motivation to work, the Department of Industry and Trade Semarang has a partial influence on employee performance. The samples used in this study were 80 respondents. Sampling technique used was simple random sampling is the selection of a random sample basis without regard to existing strata in the population. Datacollected were tested beforehand using validity and reliability in order to obtain valid and reliable results that can be used in subsequent testing. Further analysis the authors use regression testing to explain the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The result is work stress (X1), transformational leadership (X2), work motivation (X3) and a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). From the results of the regression equation that work motivation has the greatest influence and job stress has least influence. Results of test of determination obtained for 0.349 or 34,9%, indicating that the magnitude of the effect of work stress, transformational leadership andwork motivation on employee performance by 34,9%, while the remaining (100% - 34,9% = 65,1%) indicates that the variable performance of employees affected by variables other. This study has limitations that the variables used only in the work stress variables, transformational leadership, work motivation,while there are many other factors that can affect the performance of the employee. In addition, this study only examined the employee at the Department of Industry and Trade of Semarang. Therefore, further research is recommended to consider other variables that have not been found in this study and wider sampling.Keywords: Job Stress, Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study analyzed the influence of Motivation, Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Career Development on Employee Performance. Object of study in this paper is PT. TASPEN Kantor Cabang Utama Semarang. Making populations in this study is the use census study was 60 respondents to the method of data collection using questionnaires (questionnaire) by distributing a list of statements to the respondents in order to obtain information. The purpose of the study was formulated to seek answers to the flow that affect employee performance. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis, to test the effect of partially magnitude of each independent variable were tested by regression analysis. The results of the research are: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (2) Leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

Re buying interest is a psychological aspect which has considerable influence on the attitudes and behavior of interest is also a source of motivation that will drive someone to do what they do. Factors affecting the buying interest re-include: product quality, brand image, and price perception. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, brand image, and perception of the price of buying interest re-smartphone Samsung Galaxy Series. The population in this study is the students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Semarang Stikubank the re-purchase the smartphone Samsung Galaxy Series . The sample size used is based on the formula proposed by Taro obtained as many as 100 people . Purposive sampling technique sampling is a sampling technique to the data source specific considerations . Consideration of the samples in this study is that consumers who buy and use smartphones the Samsung Galaxy Series at least one month . Accidental sampling is taking respondents in the sample by coincidence met at the Faculty of Economics, University of Stikubank SemarangJenis data used in this study is primary data is data in the form of a questionnaire . The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis . The results of the analysis can be concluded that : ( a) product quality has a positive effect on buying interest re- smartphone Samsung Galaxy Series . ( b ) brand image has a positive effect to enthusiasm buy to repeat smartphone Samsung Galaxy Series . Abstract

Customer is one of the most important elements in the establishment of an enterprise. Its existence must be considered, one of the issue of concern within the company is how to create customer loyality. Efforts to provide security for customer loyalty, it can be done by creating customer satisfaction. The purpose of this research is : To analyze the effect of customer value on user satisfaction provider telkomsel. To analyze the effect of service quality on user satisfaction provider telkomsel. To analyze the effect of communication on user satisfaction provider telkomsel. The population in this study is the provider telkomsel users in the city of Semarang. By making use of purposive sampling technique, the sample in this study were 150 students of stikubank university. Type of data used are primary data, by using the method of collecting data through questionnaires. The analysis tool is regression analysis.The result of the study are : customer value positife effect on customer satisfaction, customer value means that if the increases, the satisfaction will increase. Service quality has positive influence on customer satisfaction, means that if the service quality increases, the satisfaction will increase. Communication has positive effect on customer satisfaction, means that if the communication increases, the satisfaction will increase. Customer satisfaction has positive influence on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction means that if increases, the loyalty will increase.Keywords : Customer Value, Service Quality, Communication, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study is a study that tested the effect of Leadership and Work Environment on Employee Performance in Wahyu Onderstel. The research object in this paper is WahyuOnderstel Semarang. Sampling technique in this study is the use of data population of 53 respondents which means using the entire population by using the method of data collection questionnaire by distributing a list of statements to the respondents in order to obtain information. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach Alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis, to examine the influence of each partial independent variables were tested with the coefficient of determination (R²) and F test models. The results of the research are: (1) Leadership has not effect on the performance of employees, (2) The working environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.Keywords: Leadership, Workplace Environment and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Work motivation that grows from within high employee will improve performance and job satisfaction in completing a job. And higher employee motivation in completing the work it will improve performance and employee satisfaction. This study aimed to analyze the effect of variable motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The sample used in this study were 62 respondents, object of research that will be used in this research is Semarang Disaster Management Agency. The type of data used is primary data. Methods of data collection in this study was through koesioner. Analysis of the data used include test validity, reliability testing, multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing that includes the F test and t test. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing showed that in partial motivation (X1) and a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). Variable Kepuaan work (X2) and no significant negative impact on employee performance (Y). Results of regression analyzes Motivation (X1) positive value of 0.971 and job satisfaction variable is negative for 0.069. The test results are known variables determination and motivation Job satisfaction describes the value of adjusted R square of 0,920 (92%) of the employee performance while the remaining 8% is influenced by other variables that were not analyzed in this study.Keywords: motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance.
