Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and physical work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Poliplas Indah Sejahtera, Ungaran, Semarang regency. In this study, researchers used simple random sampling and sample rate and gain 94 employees. The test data used in this study include the product moment test validity, reliability testing with Alpha Cronbrach, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing to test and prove the research hypothesis. Data collected was tested for validity with product moment analysis method and tested reliability with coefficient alpha (Alpha Cronbrach), where the results of all data is valid and reliable. Results of analysis and discussion demonstrate that: 1 Compensation positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, the higher the compensation, the higher the performance of the employee; 2 Discipline of work positive and significant effect on the performance of the employee, the higher the labor discipline, the higher the performance of the employee; 3 physical work environment positive and significant effect onthe performance of the employee, the higher the motivation, the higher the employee's performance.Keywords: Compensation, Discipline of Work, Physical Work Environment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the celebrity endorser, price perception, and brand image influence on consumer purchase intentions over the Pantene shampoo products and analyzing the dominant factor in influencing consumer repurchase intentions Pantene shampoo in Stikubank University Semarang. The sample in this study was 100 respondents with a sampling technique that non-probability sampling (purposive sampling). Analysis of the data using qualitative and quantitative data analysis which includes Test Validity, Reliability Test, F Test, determinant coefficient, Normality Test, Regression analysis, t test. Regression analysis was carried out with the software Statistical Process Social Science (SPSS) was used to process the data. The analysis showed that, celebrity endorser positive effect on purchase intention reset, positive effect on the perception of the price of re-purchase intention, and brand image has positive influence on purchase intentions re. Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that the variables Celebrity Endorser (X1), Perceptions of Price (X2) significantly affect Repeat Purchase Intentions, whereas Brand Image (X3) does not significantly affect Repeat Purchase Intentions. While the F-test showed a significant, this means that the variable Celebrity Endorser (X1), Perceptions of Price (X2), and Brand Image (X3) jointly influence on Repurchase Intention (Y).Keywords : Celebrity Endorser, Perception Of Price, Brand Image and Repurchase Intention

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance Department of Marine and Fisheries Semarang City. The population in this study is the total number of employees amounted to 55 respondents. The data used are primary data, that is data obtained directly from the source. The technique used for primary data collection is done by means of questionnaires to the respondents. The test of determination (R²) indicate that employee performance can be explained by Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment of 85%, while the remaining is influenced by other variables outside of research. The f test indicate that Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment jointly significant effect on employee performance. The t test indicate that leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Workplace Environment and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The existence of a leader and in the organization where the job description is needed to bring the organization to its intended purpose. Both of these can lead to satisfaction or dissatisfaction in the work if not applied properly. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the effect of leadership on job satisfaction, job description influence on job satisfaction, and the influence of leadership and job description on job satisfaction. This study was conducted at 72 permanent employees Grasia Semarang hotel employee who has worked for at least 2 years, and have minimum education D3. Data collection methods digunaka nberasal of questionnaires. Data analysis methods used include test validity using factor analysis techniques, test reliability with Cronbach Alpha method, the classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression. The results showed an effect partially leadership Leadership significant effect on the improvement of job satisfaction karyawanHotel Grasia Semarang, the job description also affect job satisfaction Grasia Semarang Hotels, and is the dominant variable effect on employee job satisfaction, and leadership simultaneously and job description simultaneously significant effect on employee job satisfaction Grasia Hotel Semarang. The second major contribution of this variable to increased employee satisfaction is at 89.0%. From the results of this study concluded that the better the leadership, and the better the job description, the higher employee satisfaction.Keywords: employee satisfaction, leadership, and job description.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational commitment on work motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance. The samples were all employees of CV. Perkasa Mandiri amounting to 72 straight. Test equipment in this study using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that high employee motivation due to the direct effect of organizational commitment. While employee satisfaction is higher when the direct influence of organizational commitment and work motivation. Abstract

This present study examines the effect of capital structure, sales growth, firm size, and total assets turnover on profitability in manufacturing companies. The population in this study is manufacturing companis that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2009- 2010. The sample of this study is taken using purposive sampling and obtain a sample of 105 sample companies Company’s data was examined by the normality examination, multicolinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity. The results showed normality data and free from the classic assumption examination. Furthermore, regression analysis was used to describe the relationship between these variables. Based on the research that has been conducted shows that capital structure variable has negative and significant effect on the profitability. Sales growth has negative and no significant effect on the profitability. Firm size and total assets turnover have positive and significant effect on the profitability.Keywords: capital structure, sales growth, firm size, total assets turn over, and profitability

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, work motivation and competence on the performance of elementary school teachers throughout the city of Semarang. The population of this research consisted of 8109 people with a sample of 99 people. Data obtained directly from the source. The technique used for primary data collection is done by means of questionnaires to the respondents. The test results of determination (R²) indicates that teacher performance can be explained by the Compensation, Motivation and Competence by 76.7% while the rest is influenced by other variables outside of research. Compensation, labor and Competence Motivation jointly significant effect on teacher performance. The results of regression analysis show that , Compensation has positive and significant impact on teacher performance, work motivation positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers, and Competence positive and significant impact on teacher performance.Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Competence and Performance teacher

Abstract

This study entitled the effect of service quality, perception price, customer value to customer satisfaction aimed to analyze customer satisfaction in Bahari Inn Hotel Tegal. The population in this study was customers staying in Bahari Inn Hotel Tegal. Sampling method used in this study was “purposive sampling”that technique determines the sample with particular consideration in accordance with the desired destination with the number of samples taken 95 people. The collected data were analyze using factor analysis to test the validity of the statement items, cronbach alpha of each partial independent variables were tested with the coefficient of determination and test fit the model to test and prove the influence of the partial each independent variable. The results of this study indicated that service quality, price perception, and customers value had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction in Bahari Inn Hotel Tegal. The variable which most affected customer satisfaction was service quality then followed with customer value and price perception.Keyword: Service quality, Price Perception, Customer Value , Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of compensation, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance PTP. Nusantara IX (Persero). Data used in this study is primary data is data obtained directly from the original source. While the techniques used for data collection using questionnaire by asking a number of written questions used to obtain information and respondents. The populations in this study were all employees of PTP. Nusantara IX (Persero), amounting to 152 people. Based on purposive sampling, then obtained a sample of 105 people. Test equipment in this study using a test the validity of using factor analysis, reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regressions. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: (1) Compensation has positive influence on employee performance. The higher the compensation received, and then the employee's performance will be increased. (2) Organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. The better application of organizational commitment, then the employee's performance will be increased. (3). Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance.
