Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Product Quality and Customer Value on satisfaction and customer loyalty Starbucks Paragon Mall Semarang. The population in this study is a Starbucks customer Paragon Semarang. The minimum sample size in this study, the number of indicators of the study were 19 so that the number of samples is 5 times the number of indicators or as many as 5 x 18 = 90. However, in this study the samples are rounded to 100. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the samples in this study are customers who have made purchases of more than 3 times. The analysis tool used is the test of validity, reliability, multiple linear regression and test of mediation. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: product quality positively affects customer satisfaction. Customer value positive effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality positively affects customer loyalty. Customer value positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction is not as mediating variables influence product quality to customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction is not as mediating variables influence customer value on customer loyalty Keywords: product quality, customer value, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of work discipline, work environment, organizational culture on employee performance. The object of research in this paper is the Office Dintanbunnakikan Blora district. Sampling technique in this research is using Simple Random Sampling (random) amount to 50 respondents in the sample data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing questionnaires to the respondents in order to obtain information. The research objective formulated to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment, organizational culture on employee performance. Data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each independent variable in the regression analysis test. The results of the research are: (1) the discipline of work and no significant negative influence on employee performance. (2) the work environment and no significant negative influence on employee performance. Abstract

Consumer brand switching is a complex phenomenon influenced by behavioral factors, competition, and time. Consumer brand switching is done due to the variation search. But the brand switching can also occur through sales promotion. Some of the things that cause dissatisfaction among consumers, advertising and the price of competitors' products better and affordable for consumers. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision to switch brands ex Blackberry users to Samsung at the Faculty of Economics UNISBANK among other factors perception of pricing, advertising, and consumer dissatisfaction. This research is descriptive. The total sample of 100 respondents. The research instrument using a questionnaire. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the perception of price is positive and significant impact on the decision to switch brands in UNISBANK Semarang. This shows that the better the perception of the price of Samsung, the decision to switch from Blackberry to Samsung's brand will increase. Advertising is positive and significant impact on the decision to switch brands in UNISBANK Semarang. This shows that the better the ads Samsung, the decision to switch from Blackberry to Samsung's brand will increase. Consumer dissatisfaction is positive and significant impact on the decision to switch brands in UNISBANK Semarang. This shows that the higher consumer dissatisfaction Blackberry hence the decision to switch from Blackberry to Samsung's brand will increase. Abstract

Abstract

The capital structure has a very important function in the operation of the company. Changes in capital structure will bring changes to profit in the future. The purpose of the study was to examine how the effect of growth, firm size, business risk and profitability of the capital structure of the companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used a sample of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the observations, the number of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period between the years 2011-2014 was 38 companies for 4 years as many as 138 data. Methods of research data analysis using linear regression. The test results showed that growth, business risk significant negative effect  on  the capital structure in manufacturing companies on the Stock Exchange, firm size positive and significant impact on the capital structure in manufacturing companies on the Stock Exchange, and profitability have negative effect and significant impact on the capital structure of the manufacturing companies in the Stock Exchange. Abstract

This research is analyzing the effect of Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, and Leadership on Performance. The research’s object is the Junior High School in Pemalang districts, Pemalang. This topic was taken because of the lack of student competition in academic at Junior High School in Pemalang Districts, Pemalang which indicates the performance of teachers is still low. This research’s population are all teachers of Junior High School in Pemalang district, Pemalang who numbered 301 teachers come from eight school. The sampling techniques of this research is using purposive sampling, then continued by quota random sampling. When collecting data, writers use questionnaire to get information from respondents. The purpose of this research is to find the answers from variable’s effect on teacher’s performance. Data were collected then analyzed by Product Moment Correlation for validity test of the question’s item, cronbach’s alpha for realibility test, regression test get the result of the effect from each independent variables on dependent variable either partially or simultaneously. The result of this research are : (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. (3) Leadership has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Operating Expenses on Operating Income, Non Performing Loan and the Foreign Excange Rate to the Return On Asset. The research was conducted on National Private Commercial Bank that registered on Central Bank and the FSA. The sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method with the study period of 2011 to 2013.The data used in this research is data from  National Private Commercial Bank that meet the selection criteria. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression analysis. The result shows that Capital Adequacy Ratio has no significan effect on Return On Asset. Loan to Deposit Ratio and Foreign Excange Rate have no significan effect on Return On Asset. Operating Expenses on Operating Income and Non Performing Loan have negative and significant effect on Return On Asset. Adjusted R Square is 0.307 this means 30,7% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 69.3 % is explained by other causes outside the model. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location, price perception, and quality of service either partially or simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions Alfamart Brayo Timur CV. Surya Abadi, Singorojo, Kendal. The population in this study is that consumers who were around in Alfamart Brayo East. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method and number of samples to be processed into the research data of 100 questionnaires. Methods of data analysis used in this research is descriptive and quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the location, price perception and quality of service positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of product quality, brand image and percepsion of price of on purchase decision (study on the consumers OPPO samrtphone). This study used purposive samplind using surveys and questionneires to 80 respondens. The data analysis technique use multiple linear regression. It was found that quality of the product positive and significant effect on purchase decisions OPPO samrtphone in Semarang. Furthermore, brand image and a significant positive effect on purchase decisions OPPO smartphone in Semarang. Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of product value, price, and brand image against the re-purchase intention through the customer attitudes of Samsung smartphone users. The respondents are 54 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business who want and ever bought a Samsung smartphone. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, and the analization used is multiple linear regression. The data which have been analyzed from the questionnaire, then are continued to be tested with a validity test, reliability test, hypothesis, and regression. In result, the variable of product value, price, and brand image influence the customer attitudes. Together, the product value, price, brand image and customer attitudes give influence to the re-purchase intentions on Samsung smartphone. The final conclusion of this study can be recommended as a suggestion for the management. The researcher believes that the approach through the product value, price and brand image will affect to the confidence and the evaluation of the customer attitudes that will raise up the re-purchase intention of the smartphone Samsung. The limitation of this study is the sampling period that relative short and the limitation of population which only investigate in the scope of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Stikubank. Therefore, further studies are suggested to consider the time in the sampling period and extend the range of the sample population in order to obtain a more complete data and information.
