Abstract

Human resources play an important role in a company since human is the power and determiner of the organization. Today’s business needs a high performance of the human resources in order to develop their company. Logically, by improving the quality, the performance of the employees will be higher. This research was conducted in PT. Berkat Manunggal Jaya Semarang. The goal of this research is to determine the effect of leadership style, working environment and compensation toward employee’s performance. The leadership style, working environment and compensation are the independent variables on this research, whereas the employee’s performance played as the dependent variable. The population of the study was the 100 employees of PT. Berkat Manunggal Jaya Semarang. Census study was used as the sampling technique this research. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis method supported by SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the style of leadership and compensation significantly influence employee performance in PT. Berkat Manunggal Jaya Semarang with positive direction. Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the influence of labor discipline , motivation and career development to employees performance at PD.BKPD Demak . Its population is the employees amounted to 100 employees . Given a population of 100 employees , the number of the population is eligible to be taken all sampled. In this study , the study population refers to all employees on PD.BKPD Demak . Samples taken as many as 100 respondents using data collection techniques by spreading the questionnaire .The sequence individually from each of the variables that most influence on employee performance in PD.BKPD Demak is the motivation variable work with a regression coefficient of 0.390 , and career development variables with a regression coefficient of 0.304 . While the variables that affect the lowest is work discipline variables with a regression coefficient of 0.233 . This equation models have F count equal to 51.240 and with a significance level of 0.000 . It shows that the independent variables in this study jointly influence the dependent variable is the performance of employees . Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the impact of financial ratio wich measured by Return on Assets, Liquidity, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Price to book value toward the company’s stock return. This study uses quantitative approach with multiple linier regression method. This study uses sample consist of companies in manufacture sector which listed in indonesian stock exchange since 2011 up to 2013. The total of the sample which used in this study is 87 companies. This study found that in manufacture sector which listed in indonesian stock exchange since 2010 up to 2013; Return on Assets, Liquidity, Debt to equity ratio and Price to book value are simultaneous significantly affect stock return. Return on assets, liquidity, price to book value variables are significantly affect stock return and Debt to equity ratio is not significantly affect stock return. Abstract

A thesis research was intended to analyze the influence of leadership on the performance employees of Bank Muamalat Semarang and analyze the influence of work motivation on the performance employees of Bank Muamalat Semarang. The population used in this research is employees of Bank Muamalat Semarang. Sample of research is a total 68 people.  The data used in this research is primary data obtained from the result of the questionnaires distributed and secondary data obtained through the intermediary. The results analysis and discussion can be summed up as follows : leadership influential variables positive and significant on the performance employees of Bank Muamalat Semarang. It means Bank Muamalat Semarang leader have received a response either by employees in terms of his duties as chairman and granting a boost for progress employees. Variable working motivation influential positive and significant on the performance employess of Bank Muamalat Semarang. It means working motivation employees of Bank Muamalat Semarang response better if all it takes employees can be met by the company. Keywords : Leadership, work motivation, performance

Abstract

This study on the effect of product quality, brand image and perception of the price of the purchase decision process latptop Toshiba. The data used in this research is the primary data, with the questionnaire as a research instrument, which is then processed by calculation SPSS (Statistical Product and Solutions) version 16. The population in this study is the Faculty of Economics and Business, which uses Toshiba laptop in the University Stikubank Unisbank Semarang , which amounted to 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling, that the sampling deliberate in accordance with the requirements of sample is required. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there are significant positive and not significant between the quality of the product to the purchase decision process. There is a significant positive effect between the brand image of the purchase decision process. Abstract

This research was conducted at PO. Nusantara Kudus due to the phenomena that occur in actual revenue earned PO. Nusantara Kudus from 2012 until 2014 which is not in accordance with the target set by the management PO. Nusantara Kudus. The research objective to analyze the influence of service quality, trust and customer satisfaction corporate image of the PO. Nusantara Kudus. A sample of 100 respondents, using accidental sampling technique that is based on a sampling by chance in distributing questionnaires to passengers PO. Nusantara Kudus. Methods of data analysis using linear regression. The test results showed that there are significant positive and significant correlation between the quality of service to customer satisfaction, there is a positive and significant influence between customer trust to customer satisfaction, and there is a positive and significant influence between perceptions of corporate image on customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study analyzed the Influence of Leadership, Compensation, and motivation on employee performance in CV. ISTANA BOGA Semarang. The research object in this paper is CV.ISTANA BOGA Semarang. The sampling technique in this research is to use the Simple Random Sampling totaled 135 respondents. Analysis of the data used include the product moment test validity, test reliability coefficient alpha (Alpha Cronbrach), multiple regression analysis, t test to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the research are: (1) Leadership positive and significant effect on the performance employee, the more often the motivation is given it will improve the performance of employees (2) Compensation not significant and positive effect on employee performance, the training level of discipline given employee will be increased. (3) Motivation positive and significant effect on employee performance, the better the work environment employees will feel comfortable.   Keywords: Leadership, Compensation, Employee Motivation and Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the board of directors, independent directors, audit committee, managerial ownership, institutional ownership on the financial performance.Populasi in this study are all real estate and property company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2008-2014. The sampling technique was conducted by purposive sampling. Based on purposive sampling of 115 companies obtained before and after the outlier in the outlier sample as many as 109 companies for 7 years. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Board of Directors, the Independent Commissioner does not significantly influence the direction of affairs negatively affect financial performance. Institutional ownership not significant positive correlation with the direction of the Financial Performance.The Audit Committee significant influence with a positive correlation to the direction of Financial Performance. Managerial Ownership significantly influence the direction of a negative relationship to the Financial Performance. Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of audit quality, leverage, earnings growth, profitability and the size of the company going concern audit opinion on the companies listed on the Stock Exchange Year 2012-2014. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample in this study as many as 28 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the sample in this research is the company to use the Indonesian Rupiah and the company has experienced a loss of at least one financial reporting period during the observation period 2012-2014. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. Results of the analysis can be concluded that: Quality audit does not affect the going concern audit opinion. Leverage positive effect on the going concern audit opinion does not affect the profit growth going concern audit opinion. Profitability negatively affect the going concern audit opinion. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the factors - factors that affect stock returns in manufacturing companies. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2013.The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling. Based on the purposive sampling obtained a sample of 124 companies. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that each variable has a different effect, namely ROA, PBV provide positive and significant impact on stock returns, while DER, EPS, AG provide positive and significant influence on stock returns.
