Abstract

The purposeofthe studytitled ”The Influence of Leadership, Motivation and compensation of Employee Performance in PTPN IX PerseroKebunMerbuh” is the analysis of leadership, motivation and compensation of employer perform in PTPN IX PerseroKebunMerbuh. The sample using of research 130 reponde with data collection of methode using of research is questionnaire with the way of questionnaire list to response get information.The data were analyzedusingfactoranalysitotest thevalidity of thequestionnaireitems, Cronbachalphaformulatotest the reliability ofthe instrument, regressionanalysis, toexamine theeffect of partiallymagnitudeof eachindependent variableweretestedwith thecoefficient of determinationandtestfitthe modelto testandprovethe influence oftherespective partialfree variable. The results ofthe hypothesisare: (1) The results ofstatisticalcalculationwithlinearregressionanalysiscan beshown by theregressionequationY=X1+X2+X3. From theregressionequationis knownthat theleadership, motivationandcompensationhasa positiveand significantimpacton employee performance. (2) The calculation of the magnitude ofthe coefficient of determination. Thismeansthat theindependentvariable(leadership, motivation, andcompensation) amounted% have a roletogethercanexplain/explainthe dependentvariable(employee performance). While the remaining11.7% (100% -88.3) is explainedbyother variables thatare notusedin this study. (3) The hypothesis thathas beendonein this studywe can concludethat: A) There is apositiveand significanteffect ofleadershipon employee performance. B) There is apositiveand significanteffect ofmotivationon employee performance. C) There is apositive and significant impacton the performance ofemployeecompensation. Abstract

This research is a study to analyze the effect of quality of service, quality of product, promotion and design of the motor vehicle purchase decisions Yamaha Mio J. Object of this study is that consumers who buy Yamaha Mio J on the CV. Motor Ungaran lasting. In this study, researchers used purposive sampling and obtain the sample size of 100 respondents. Data obtained from the questionnaires. Questionnaire data was processed using SPSS. Results of data analysis showed that the research model has a good agreement and all the research hypothesis can be proven. The conclusion drawn is the quality of service, quality of product, promotion and design significantly influence the purchase decision.This study has the limitations of the limited samples of research as one of the principal sources of data, which is limited to consumers who buy vehicles Yamaha Mio J on the CV. Lasting Motor Ungaran, besides the variables used in the study is limited to the variable quality of service, quality of product, promotion and design. There may be other factors that have more influence in determining the customer purchase decision on the CV. Abstract

The purpose of the study entitled "The Role of Service Quality, Image Institute, and Value For Customers on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty impact" is to investigate and analyze the role of service quality, the image of the institution, and customer value on customer satisfaction and its impact on loyalty. Population of 1097 students in the study of the withdrawal of a total sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling sampling. The results of the hypothesis are: (1) The calculation of the statistical multiple linear regression analysis. (2) The calculation of the coefficient of determination of unity magnitude remaining 69.7% 30.3% influenced by other factors and coefficients of determination both remaining 79.2% 20.8% influenced by other factors. (3) The hypothesis in this research can be concluded that: a) the quality of service, the image of the institution and value for customers and a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. b) quality of service, the image of the institution, to customer value and customer satisfaction, and a significant positive effect on loyalty. Stikubank University of Semarang in which case they should pay attention to the factors that influence loyalty, quality of service, the image of the institution, to customer value and customer satisfaction.Keywords: quality of service, the image of the institution, to customer value, customer satisfaction, loyalty.

Abstract

This study is intended to analyz the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty, as well as to test the mediation between service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as mediator variables were tested using path analysis (path analysis). The object of this research is E- Cinema at E- Plaza Semarang. Determination of the sample using purposive accidental sampling method. Respondents in this study were 100 respondents. this study, the data processing using the application SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). The method of data analysis using the validity and reliability. Further analysis using multiple linear regression research and testing mediation to explain the relationship between variables. The result is service quality and satisfaction have positive and significant effect on loyalty. This shows if the service quality and satisfaction better will increase loyalty. While the services quality from test mediation indirect effect on loyalty, so the service quality affects loyalty through customer satisfaction.Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This research is purpose to find out whether the quality of product, perception of price, and attractiveness of advertising affect on consumer repurchase intention Nokia mobile phone products and analyzing the most dominant factor in influencing consumer’s repurchase intention on Nokia mobile phones in Semarang.The sampel size of this research is 100 with technique of sampling is purposive accidental sampling and 5% signification. This research used is qualitative and quantitative research with survey approach. Technique of data analysis that used are, validity and reliability from points of questioner,double liniar regress test, normality test, multikolinearitas test, heteroskedastisitas test, simultan (F test), determination coefficient and partially (t test).Using the statistical process social science (SPSS) for regress test. The result show that, product quality according to positive and significant influence repurchase intention are 0.405, attractiveness of advertising according to positive and significant influence repurchase intention are0.331 and perception of price according t positive and significant influence repurchase intention are 0.239. hypothesis testing by using test t that product quality, perception of price and attractiveness of advertising that canvassed, scond variabel according to positive an significant influence repurchase intention. While determination coefficientis got with value adjusted R2 76,8% means, repurchase intention variable explainable by existence variable of product quality, perception of price and attractiveness of advertising, while the rest 23,2% can be influced by other variable.Keywords : Product Quality, Perception Of Price, Attractiveness Of Advertising and Repurchase

Abstract

This research aim to examined the effect of transformational leadership, motivation, career development and work discipline on employee performance. In this study, researchers used a sample of 102 respondents employees of PT. Luxindo Nusantara Semarang, the data obtained from the questionnaire. Questionnaire data were then tested with the validity and reliability, having obtained a valid result, then studies using multiple linear regression to describe the relationship between these variables. The result is a hypothesis that transformational leadership, motivation and working discipline of positive on employee performance, but career development does not significantly on the performance of employees.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Motivation, Career Development, Work Discipline and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research is a study that tested the effect of leadership, workplace environment and organizational culture on job satisfaction. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership, workplace environment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction and simultaneous partial.In this study, researchers used a sample of 100 respondents employee Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, the data obtained from the questionnaire. Then tested with questionnaire data validity and reliability, having obtained a valid result, then studies using multiple linear regression to describe the relationship between the variables.The result of leadership, workplace environment and organizational culture has an influence individually and collectively against employee job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership, labor discipline, and organizational culture on employee performance and simultaneous partial.In this study, researchers used a sample of 100 respondents employee Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, the data obtained from the questionnaire. Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji tentang pengaruh brand image, kualitas produk serta layanan purna jual terhadap keputusan pembelian Sepeda Motor Honda di Kabupaten Blora. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan explanatory research terhadap 80 responden. Tehnik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive sampling. yang merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang pengambilan objeknya sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan kriteria pemilihan sampel yaitu masyarakat Kab. Blora yang telah membeli dan memakai sepeda motor Honda, masyarakat Kab. Blora yang membeli sepeda motor Honda yang diproduksi di atas tahun 2010 dan sampai saat ini masih diproduksi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian, ada pengaruhpositif dan signifikan antara kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, ada pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara layanan purna jual terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci : brand image, kualitas produk, layanan purna jual, keputusan pembelian

Abstract

The purpose of the study to examine the influence of leadership, motivation, and work environment on employee performance on local water companies Semarang. The sample used in this study were 90 respondents to the data collection methods used in this study by distributing a questionnaire to the respondent in order to obtain information. The data were analyzed using analysis to test the validity of the question items using the product moment, and reliability of the instrument, regression analysis, to examine the effect of partially magnitude of each independent variable as follows Y = .0,231. X1-0.223. X2 +0.578. X3 of regression equation is known that the regression coefficient (β) leadership (X1) = 0.231, perceptions of motivation (X2) = 0.223 work environment (X3) = 0.578. The results of the study indicate that the independent variables that have a dominant influence on performance is variable and the work environment that have the smallest influence is motivation. Results of calculation of the coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square is equal to 0645 or by 64.5% means that 64.5% change in the dependent variable Y (employee performance) can be explained by the influence of leadership variables (X1), motivation (X2) and work environment (X3 ), while the remaining 36.5% dipengaruh by other variables that are not tested or described in this research model Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Work Environment and employee performance
