Abstract

Purpose of the implementation of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work discipline to performance Dalmas Member. The research was conducted at the Central Java Police Sub Dalmas Members who totaled 135 pirposive using the criteria of the lowest rank of Brigadier. Results of regression testing obtained results Adjusted R Square of 0.741, meaning that the change of variable performance can be explained by the variables of job satisfaction, work discipline, and organizational commitment of 74.1%. whereas for the F test show that jointly job satisfaction, work discipline and organizational commitment affect the performance.Based on the known partial regression testing job satisfaction affects the performance with significance 0.000 <0.05, the performance of the work discipline of significance 0.012 <0.05 and organizational commitment affect the performance of the 0.000 significance. <0.05. It is identified that all the hypotheses accepted or proven.Keywords: work satisfaction, organizational commitment and performance

Abstract

Development of insurance industry in Indonesia increasingly moving rapidly. It is characterized by the increasing number of insurance companies that stand, which means the level of competition is gettingsharper peers. Success is not obtained because of the support of human resources (employees) who qualified for a major asset in helping the company achieve its goals. This research was conducted at PT Prudential Life Assurance Yogyakarta by using all census population sampled as many as 63 people and decent questionnaires processed sebantak 63 questionnaire. Results of regression testing obtained results Adjusted R Square of 0.836 means that the change of variables can be explained by the variable performance of work ability, work motivation and job satisfaction was 83.6%. As for the F test showed that the ability to work together, work motivation and job satisfaction affect the performance. Based on the partial regression testing signifinasi kemapuan known work on performance is 0.047 <0.05, significance of work motivation on performance is 0.000 <0.05, significance of job satisfaction on performance is 0.000. < 0.05. It is identified that all the hypotheses accepted or proven.

Abstract

The Purpose of this reseach is to analyze the influence ofconsumer motivation, perceived quality and consumer attitudes are shared or partially on purchasing decisions and to analyze which variables are the most dominant in influencing purchasing decisions. The data used in this study is primary data, the questionnaire as a research instrument, which is then processed by the calculation SPSS (Statistical Product and Solutions) version 16. The population in this study were all purchasers and users of consumer products online shop Noval @ thulputhul Semarang. Samples taken are consumers who buy in the online shop Noval @ thulputhul Semarang totaling 100 respondents. Sampling technique in this study using a convenience sampling, ie sampling in accordance with the willingness of respondents to the questionnaire were interviewed. Analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there is a significant positive effect on the motivation of consumers purchasing decisions. There is a significant positive effect between perceived quality on purchase decisions. There is a significant positive effect between a good attitude towards consumer purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between service quality and  corporate image on satisfaction and its consequences on customer loyalty. The object of this study is the Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Artomoro Semarang. Problems in the study refer to the phenomenon of costumer decreasing BPRs of Central Java in the period 2008 – 2012. Models that were formulated in this study aim to provide a critical understanding of the concept and measurement of customer loyalty. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Corporate image has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. The effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty is positive and significant. While the development of hypotheses influence of service quality and corporate image were not had direct effect on loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty by examining variables that affect the identification of customer satisfaction and loyalty with Bank BRI Penaruban Kendal. After a review of related literature, in this study determined significant variables that allegedly affects customer satisfaction and loyalty, which is the variable quality of service that includes dimensions of physical evidence, reliability, security, responsiveness, and empathy and variable customer value can be seen as a basis for the development strategy of customer satisfaction leads to loyalty.Respondents were selected using purposive sampling technique. With a total sample of 100 customers of Bank BRI Unit Penaruban Kendal. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the item in question, and the formula Croanbach s Alpha to test the reliability of the instrument. The data analysis technique used in this study was SPSS for Windows 13.0, which is used to test the 5 hypotheses that have been developed.Hypothesis testing results showed a positive and significant relationship between the quality of services that include physical evidence, reliability, security, responsiveness, and empathy, on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction mediated. Also found a direct relationship between the positive and significant customer value with customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The results of calculations for model testing showed acceptable results using Regression Analysis and Path Analysis. Abstract

Basically every investor that invests so expect to benefit from these investments in the future. The advantage is a compensation for the time and risk associated with the investment in doing. Purpose of investing is to maximize investor return, without forgetting the risk factors they face. Before investing, prospective investors would require information relating to the implementation of the investment. Analysis of financial ratios include leverage and market ratios. Research on the relationship Price Earning Ratio, Market to Book Value and stock returns by Farah Margaretha and Irma Damayanti (2008) which states that the Price Earning Ratio and Amrket to Book Value significantly affect stock returns. And, research on the relationship Operating Leverage for stock returns Medeiros et.al.(2003) showed that the OL has a significant effect on stock returns. This study population is a manufacturing company whose shares are actively traded during 2008 to 2010. Sample selection techniques conducted by purposive sampling to obtain a sample size 79 issuers. Analysis of the data used to answer the research hypotheses used multiple regression analysis tool, having previously tested the normality of the data and the classical assumptions. In addition, this study also tested the fit of the model. Test equipment is conducted by the F test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the Price Earning Ratio has negative and significant impact on Stock Return; Market to Book Value positive but not significant impact on Stock Return, and Operating Leverage had significant effect Stock Return . Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived quality and brand loyalty to the Blackberry mobile phone repeat purchasing decisions. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, University Stikubank Semarang. The sample size used is based on the formula proposed by Taro obtained as many as 100 people. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data used in this study is primary data is data obtained directly from the original source. Analysis results can be concluded that: (a) Perceived quality has a positive effect on repeat purchasing decisions. The better the perceived quality blackberry phone, blackberry phone then repeat purchasing decisions will increase. (b) Brand loyalty has a positive effect on repeat purchasing decisions. The more loyal customers, the blackberry mobile phone repeat purchasing decisions will increase.   Keywords: perceived quality, brand loyalty and repeat purchase decisions

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Return On Investment, Cash Ratio, Debt To Total Assets, Earning Per Share of the Cash Dividend on LQ45 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2011.The research was conducted in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2011 LQ45 companies. Sampling technique using purposive sampling sampling using certain criteria.Of these criteria, then obtained a sample of 24 companies. Analysis technique used is by using multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the effect of independent and dependent variables. Whereas in hypothesis testing using the t-test. T-test is used to determine the significance of the influence of an independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y) partially.The results prove that the Return on Investment (ROI) and Earning Per Share (EPS) significantly affects Cash Dividend (CD), while for the Cash Ratio (CSR) and Debt To Total Assets (DTA) does not affect the Cash Dividend (CD). Abstract

This research is grounded by the decreased sale of  Yamaha when compared to its competitors such as Suzuki and Honda. As for the problem in this research is “influence  perceptiont of price, perception of quality products, and promotional product purchasing decisions influence the Yamaha motorcycle?” The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of each variable promotion (X1), perceptiont of price (X2), and decaint (X3) on purchase decision (Y). In this research, data were collected through questionnaire method against 100 respondens purchaser and user of Yamaha motorcycles in Weleri Kendal with the purposive sampling. This method is used to determine the responses of respondents for each variable. The calculation results obtained that the factors having the most positive and significant influenceon purchase decisionsis promotion. Price also has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. The decaint factors has a positive and significant impact onpurchasing decisions.
