Abstract

The purpose of riset to examine “Influence competensi and motivasi to performance of teachers by work environment and management headmaster as variabel moderasi. The example of riset are 130 persons . The way to take the example by purposive proporsional random sampling. The way of analysis data by using : validitas test with analysis factor, reliabilitas test, by Alpha Chrombach, model test by Adjusted R2 and test F, hipotesis test by MRA test and test t. The result of the riset show that : 1. Competensi have positive influence and significan to performance of teachers. 2. The motivasi is not influence to performance of teachers. 3. The work environment have positive influence and significan to  performance of teachers. 4. The management of headmaster is not influence to performance of teachers. 5. The work environment can not guide to the relation between competensi and performance of teachers.6. The work environment can be guide the relation between competensi and performance of teachers.7. The managament of headmaster is not be guide the relation between motivasi and performance of teachers. The summarize of this riset is to increase performance of civil servant teachers Senior High School regency Pati. It can be work by : increase competensi and motivasi performance of teachers. It is support by work environment and managament of headmaster. Key word : competensi, work motivasi, performance, work environment and management of headmaster.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and describe the influence of return on investment, fixed assets ratio, firm size, rate of growth and asset structure of the debt to equity ratio at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research technique used was purposive sampling method. Classical assumption of normality and testing, Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing with the T-test, Hypothesis test with F test danUji coefficient of determination. The analysis and discussion of this study indicate that the return on Investment has a negative effect on the debt to equity ratio is acceptable. fixed assets ratio is shown to be positively related to variable debt to equity ratio. variable rate of growth and no significant positive effect on variable debt to equity ratio assets structure has positive and significant impact on variable debt to equity ratio and simultaneous testing in mind that the variable return on Investment, fixed assets ratio, firm size, rate of growth and assets structure significant effect on the debt to equity ratio at Manufacturing Company Go Public in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2008 - 2010 Keywords: Return On Investment, Fixedassets Ratio, Firm Size, Rate Of Growth, Assets Structure and   Debt To Equity Ratio

Abstract

The purpose of the reform is to increase the independence of the region with reduce fiscal dependence on central government The size of the revenue affects the size of expenditure the area. While government consumption to be one of the elements contributing to Gross Regional Domestic Product, which is one indicator of the success of development in the area. The empirical study is to describe the relationship among Local Taxes, Local Retribution, Revenue Sharing Grant and General Allocation Grant to the Gross Regional Domestic Product directly or indirectly by Local Expenditure as a intervening variable. The sample used in this study were 38 districts / cities in East Java province using 2004 up to 2010 data. The study used Fixed Effect Method – Cross Section Weight with Eviews program. The results showed that the Local Taxes, General Allocation Grant, Revenue Sharing Grant and Local Expenditure positively influences the Gross Regional Domestic Product, but Local Retribution has a negative influence. Local Expenditure doesn’t have the function of mediating variables. Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between training, empowerment and job satisfaction on employee performance Distribution Office PT. PLN ( Persero) Distribution of Central Java and Yogyakarta, it is necessary to study the extent to which these variables can improve employee performance. Taking sample with purposive sampling method, which provide limits of respondent have a service life of at least 5 years an minimum educated D3. Research sample size is 156 respondents. Data collection technique using a questionnaire, with a Likert  Scale of  7 intervale scale. Examination of  the research done by the test instrument validity and reliability testing. While the statistical test equipment used is multiple regression analysis, R2 test, t test to analyse the significance of regression coefficients and mediation test. Results of data analyses indicate that the training and empowerment has positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction Distribution Office PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution of Central Java and Yogyakarta. Training, empowerment and job satisfaction have positive and significant effect on employee performance Distribution Office PT. Abstract

This research takes an object of research at employees working in PT Telecommunications Indonesia Tbk, East Java Regional, especially Sidoarjo area and ARNET SBT A Total of 116 respondents. The company would want to be a good employee performance, thus the need to increase the job satisfaction of employees for job satisfaction greatly affect the performance of the employees. In addition the company needs to implement a program of empowerment and saw locus of control each of its employees, for empowerment in an organization or company to be an important phenomenon to support the performance of an employee. Test results contained a positive influence between empowerment on job satisfaction, contained partial positive influence between locus of control on job satisfaction, there is no partial influence of empowerment on employee performance, contained partial positive influence between locus of control on employee performance, contained partial positive influence between job satisfaction on employee performance. Mediation results showed that job satisfaction mediates the effect of empowerment on employee performance and job satisfaction did not mediate the effect of locus of control on employee performance. Abstract

Keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan organisasi sangat tergantung beberapa faktor yang diantaranya adalah pemberdayaan pegawai, kualitas kehidupan kerja dan komitmen organisasional serta organizational citizenship behavior, pemberdayaan pegawai dapat mempengaruhi beberapa factor antara lain kualitas kehidupan kerja maupun komitmen organisasional dan lain sebagainya. Dalam pencapaian tujuannya perusahaan diperlukan komitmen yang tinggi dari segenap anggota organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Pemberdayaan pegawai terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja dan terhadak komitmen organisasional serta pengaruhnya terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, dengan obyek penelitian PT. Bank Jateng Kantor Pusat Semarang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memenuhi syarat validitas maupun reliabilitas. Pengukuran validitas dengan analisis faktor menunjukkan semua indicator dalan intrumen penelitian mempunyai Loading Faktor diatas 0,4 dengan nilai KMO atau syarat kecukupan sampel sudah diatas 0,5. Uji reliabilitas terhadap variabel yang ditelititelah teruji keandalannya atau konsistensiya, karena mempunyai Alpha Cronbach lebih besar dari 0.6. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga model pendekatan regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian ternyata ketiga model persamaan yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah memenuhi syarat goodness of fit, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R2) mendekati angka 1 yaitu diatas 90%; dengan hasil uji F masing-masing persamaannya sangat signifikan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan pegawai berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja dan komitmen organisasional dengan signifikansi  kurang dari 5%; demikian juga pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap  organizational citizenship behavior  suga berpengaruh sangat signifikan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa ternyata kualitas kehidupan kerja dan komitmen organisasional bukan berupakan faktor memediasi pengaruh pemberdayaan dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, tetapi kedua variable tersebut mempunyai kecenderungan memperkuat pengaruhnya  terhadap komitmen organisasional maupun organizational citizenship behavior Kata kunci : pemberdayaan pegawai, kualitas kehidupan kerja, komitmen organisasional dan organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the interdepedensi between financial leverage and the dividend payout ratio and the factors affecting them such as investment, profitability, growth and variability of earnings. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange unless the banks for the period 2008 to 2010. Total sample of 226 acquired firms. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression equation least squares and test hypotheses using t-statistics for testing the partial regression coefficients and F-statistics to test the significance effect together with the level of significance of 5%. From the results of the analysis indicate that there is no relationship between financial leverage with a dividend payout ratio, profitability significant positive effect on financial leverage and the dividend payout ratio, while investment, growth and variability of earnings does not have a significant effect on both. Level of predictive capability of the five variables are the financial leverage of 6.1% while the remaining 93.9% is influenced by other factors not included in the research model, and the level of predictability of the five variables are the dividend payout ratio of 2.9%, while the remaining 97.1% is influenced by other factors not included in the research model. RSUD Kardinah as public department service having accreditation of ISO always give attention satisfaction of employees activity which in this Medical Civil  Nurse case of RSUD Kardinah.This research is expected will be able to see efficacy of reduction stres hooked;correlated by quality of work life  to satisfaction through motivation as intervening variables The Method of this research used Linear Regretion Methode, wiyh result of that work stres having not negative motivation influence and also work satisfaction. Motivation having positive job satisfaction. Abstract

Banking institution has important role for economic growth which one of it as an intermediary institution between party that has excess fund and party that needs fund. From its role as a financial intermediary, bank with healthy financial performance is needed to make intermediary function running well. Intermediary problems is not only happen in domestic bank but also foreign bank with speculative activity that cause Rupiah’s fluctuation. Since banks are the major source of financing especially in South East Asia, the level of credit growth is an important policy variable for it indicates how efficiently banks perform their intermediary roles of collecting savings and allocating fund. This research has a purpose to provide empirical evident about factors that affect credit growth, also influences to performance banks. Variables that tested are credit sensitivity to interest rate, credit sensitivity to inflation, credit sensitivity to GDP, credit growth, and performance banks. The samples consist of 25 banks. The statistic method used to test on the research hypothesis is regression analysis. The result show that credit sensitivity to interest rate, credit sensitivity to inflation and credit sensitivity to GDP can predict credit growth and credit growth can predict performance banks. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of empowerment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance within moderating variable of  organizational culture at the Secretariat of Batang Regency. Technique of data examination used in this research include test validity, test reliability, multiple regression analysis, Model Test (Test F and R2) and moderation tests to prove the research hypothesis. Tested the validity of the data collected by the method of factor analysis and tested for reliability with coefficient alpha (Cronbach Alpha). The data are valid and reliability test results show the number 0,7205 for empowerment variables, 0,7755 for the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variables, 0,8204 for the variable of organizational culture and 0,6111 for the variable of employee performance. Results of the analysis and discussion show that empowerment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has positive influence on employee performance, proven organizational culture moderates the influence of empowerment on employee performance, proven organizational culture moderates the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance.
