Abstract

Research Entitled Effect Of Price, Quality Service, Trust And Campaign Against Mobile Purchase Decision (Studies In Semarang Trade Center (Sctc) Matahari Plaza Semarang Simpang Lima Thisisa Study To Determineand Analyze Whet Her  The Variable Price, Quality Of Service, Trust, And The Promotion Of Semarang Celular Trade Center (Sctc) Matahari Plaza Semarang Simpang Lima Significantly Influence Customers Purchasing Decisions Semarang Celular Trade Center (Sctc). Authors There For Take The Title"The Effect Of Price, Quality Service, Trust And Promotion Decisions To  Purchase Phone(Studies In Semarang Celular Trade Center (Sctc) Matahari Plasa Simpang Lima Semarang) ".The Samples Us  This Study Were 80 Respondents. The Technique Use Dinthis Study Used  Purposive Sampling To Select Respondents Or According To There Quirements To Become A Responden  Made ​​A Purchasein Semarang Celular Trade Center (Sctc) At Least 3 Times. The Collected Data Istested First By Using Test Validity And Reliability In Order To Obtain Valid And Reliable Results That Can Be Use Dinsubsequent testing. Obtained From The Test Results That The Variable Quality Of Serviceis More Powerful Than The Price Variables, Customer Comfort When Making A Purchasein Semarang Celular Trade Center (Sctc) Is Rated By Customers Semarang celular trade center (Sctc). This Study has keterbatasanya the variables Used only In The dimension Of price, Quality Of Service, Trust And Promotion, While There Are Many Other Factors That Can Influencea Customers Buying Decision. There Fore, Further Researchis Suggested To Consider Other Variables That Have Not Been Found In This Study And A Wider Sampling. Abstract

This study discusses the influence of marketing mix factors against the decision of the customer in choosing the services of Bank Jateng branch of Kendal. As for the marketing mix is comprised of product, price, place, promotion, human resources, physical infrastructure, and processes.The number of samples used in the study of 100 respondents. Determination of the sample using a purposive sampling method with a minimum of three times for a visit to the Central Java branch of the Banks minimum age of Kendal, respondents 17 years and respondents are not employees of the Bank branch And Kendal. In this study using data processing applications SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). Data analysis includes qualitative and quantitative analysis. The qualitative analysis of the interpretation of the data obtained in the study with give a description and explanation on the results of the data processing has been done. While the quantitative analysis includes tests of validity and reliability, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), test the hypothesis test and t-test through the F. The result is product, place, promotion, human resources, and physical infrastructure,variables are positive and significant effect against the decision of the customer in choosing the services of Bank Jateng branch Kendal, while the variable rates and processes the influential variables are positive and insignificant against the decision of the customer in choosing the services of Bank Jateng branch of Kendal. Results of the study also showed that the marketing mix factors are tested simultaneously in a positive and significant effect against the decision of the customer in choosing the services of Bank Jateng branch of Kendal. Abstract

Consumer loyalty is an attitude towards a brand like that presented in the purchase of the brands consistent all the time. Loyalty is a measure of the relationship of consumers to a brand. A consumer who is very loyal to a brand will not easily move their purchases to other brands, no matter what happens with the brand. Many factors can affect customer loyalty, such as quality of service and price. The selected object is the product of a cellular card IM3 Indosat. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and price on consumer loyalty IM3 prepaid card. The population in this study was student of STIE Assholeh, Jl. No Sindoro. 19, Pemalang IM3 prepaid card users. The sample in this study was 100 students. Sampling technique using accidental sampling (sampling coincidence). Data collection techniques used were primary. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that: (1). Impact of service quality on consumer loyalty. (2). Abstract

The main of this research is to test of  Brand Charactertic, Company Characteristic, and Consumer Brand Characteristic to Brand Loyality Aqua Consumer in Kendal. The sample that use in this reseach 100 respondent with  questioner method (angket). The data was analyze with analyze factor  to test of validity to question item. alpha Cronbach to test reliabilitas instrument, regresi analysis to fine the influent of independent variable to dependent variable. Base on outcome analysis there was no positive influent and significant effect between brand characteristic (X1) to Brand Loyality (Y), there was positif signifikan influen between company charactristic (X2) to Brand Loyality (Y), there was positif and significant Consumer Characteristic (X3) to Brand Loyality (Y). F test show brand characteristic (X1), company charactristic (X2), Consumer haracteristic (X3) have significant to variabel Brand Loyality (Y). independent variable influent to dependent variable 60.7% the rest is 39.3% influent by other variable that doesn’t use in this research.   Keyword : Brand Characteristic, Company Charactristic, Consumer Characteristic, Brand Loyality.

Abstract

Success in achieving organizational goals depends on several factors of human resources, organizational development needs to include how to improve its performance in order to achieve the vision and mission of the organization. Many factors affect employee performance, such as motivation, kepusan work and so forth. This study aims to establish how the employees performance is the better company, that company still exist and flourish in the future dating to examine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction. The research instrument used in this study qualify validity, with factor analysis. Because all the research instruments have Dalan indicator Loading factor or matrix components above 0.4; similarly KMO value or condition of sample adequacy was above 0.5. Reliability testing of the variables studied or tested keterandalannya konsistensiya, because it has a Cronbach alpha greater than 0.6. Model studies have shown the value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) of 0.928. that qualifies the goodness of fit, or the model is able to explain the variables studied. Hipostesis test results show that positive and significant effect of motivation on employee performance premises regression coefficient 0.729, significance level of 0.000, and the t value 11.677. Job satisfaction and a significant positive effect on employee performance with regression coefficient 0.256, standard sig t value 0.000 and 4.096. Abstract

Debt policy is an important policy for the company in managing the debt. A growing ompany requires a larger capital. The capital can be obtained from debt or private equity. Debt policy can be influenced by various factorsthat occur in an company, namely, institutional ownership, company size, company growth and rofitability. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of institutional ownership, size of company, company growth andprofitability to debt policy. Population and  ample in this research is manufacturing company listed on BEI 2010 – 2012. Sample retrieval technique is purposive sampling and obtained samples some 252 companies. Typethe data is secondary. Data collecting Method use documentation. Analysis technique used is multiple regression. The result analysis by the se of multiple regression show that: ( 1 ). Institutional ownership not affect to debt policy. ( 2 ). Company size affect positive to debt policy. ( 3 ). Company growth affect positive to  ebt policy. ( 4 ). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of facilities, rates, and services partially to a decision to stay at Nirwana Hotel Pekalongan. To analyze the effect of facilities, rates, and services partially to a decision to stay at Nirwana Hotel Pekalongan. Population used is the consumer nirvana Pekalongan staying during the year 2012, as many as 2,293 people, with the assumption that the number of consumers who have stayed the same as in 2013, the number of samples using a sampling technique is accydental sampling of 100 respondents. Types of data used are primary data, in the form of questionnaires. The results were: The influence facility to customer satisfaction is significant, it is proved by the t value = 3.623> t table = 1.986 or significant a = 0.000 <0.05. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so the hypothesis that there is a significant influence on customer satisfaction acceptable facilities. The effect of price on customer satisfaction is significant, it is proved by the t value = 3.423> t table = 1.986 or significant a = 0.002 <0.05. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so the hypothesis that there is a significant influence on customer satisfaction acceptable price. Effect of service to customer satisfaction is significant, it is proved by the t value = 6.086> t table = 1.986 or significant a = 0.000 <0.05. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so the hypothesis that there is a significant influence on customer satisfaction services received. Abstract

The purpose of the study entitled "The Effect of Leadership, Motivation and Job Satisfaction Performance Against PT. Sinar Pantja Djaja Semarang "is to analyze the leadership, motivation and job satisfaction on the PT. Sinar Pantja Djaja Semarang. The sample used in this study were 90 respondents to the data collection methods used in this research is using questionnaires (questionnaire) by spreading a list of questions to respondents in order to obtain information. The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the item, the Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis, to examine the influence of each partial independent variables were tested with the coefficient of determination and prove the partial effect of each independent variable . It is known that the leadership, motivation and job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performence. The hypothesis has been done in this study we can conclude that There is a positive and significant effect of leadership on employee performance, There is a positive and significant effect of motivation on employee performance, and There is a positive and significant effect job satisfaction on employee performance. Abstract

The job-performance of Dr. Soewondo kendal hospital’s nurse is low,because there are any complain from patient to their work and this observation to conect between job-performance dependent variable (Y) to independent variable communication , motivation (X2), and emotional intellegancy (X3).The aim of this observation is to analyse the effect between communication, motivation, and emotional intellegancy to work of Dr. Soewondo kendal hospital’s nurse. The sample of observation are one hundred nurse of Dr. Sowondo kendal hospital. The method of collecting data is simple random sampling, and the method of analyse data is multyple linier regression analysis which used the help of SPSS program.The result of hypothesis show that communication variable (X1) have positif effect to the job-performance of the nurse. Motivation variable (X2) have positif effect to the job-performance of the nurse. And emotional intellegeancy variable (X3) also have positif effect to the job-performance of the nurse. have on the observation, motivation variable have the most positif effect between the others and value of t is 6,307. The number value is (0,668) show that the ability of independent variable (communication, motivation, and emotional intellegancy) to explain dependent variable (the job-performance of the nurse) is good enough. And the weakness of this observation can’t work effectifly if it doing for while, it should be done for a long time to get the best result.Keyword : communication, motivation, emotional intellegancy and job-performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Prior experience and Product Knowledge on Switching Behavior in the purchase of a mobile phone with mediation Satisfaction. Brand switching behavior arising from the presence of variety seeking behavior need attention from marketers. This behavior not only in products with a low level of involvement, but also occur in products with a high level of involvement (high involvement).Samples taken are consumers handpone owner PIP Semarang in residential areas that have never switched brands of mobile phones within the last 3 years, amounting to 100 people repsonden.Based on the analysis results obtained using the t test ,t test variable value conclusion Prior experience at .927 with .357 sig sig t test (>) 0.05 so it can be concluded that the variable Prior experience positive but not significant effect on Satisfaction. T test value of 20 967 Variable Product knowledge with .000 sig sig t test (<) .005 so it can be concluded that the variable Product knowledge and significant positive effect on satisfaction. The value of the variable t test of 0.007 Prior experience with .994 sig sig t test (>) 0.05 so it can be concluded that the variable Prior experience positive and significant effect on switching behavior. Value Product knowledge variable t test for 3910 with .000 sig sig t test (<) 0.05 so it can be concluded that the Product knowledge and significant positive effect on switching behavior. Satisfaction variable t test values ​​for 3779 with .000 sig sig (<) 0.05 so it can be concluded that the variable Satisfaction has positive and significant impact on switching behavior.
