Abstract

Penelitian ini mengambil obyek pada PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang. Alasan pemilihan obyek penelitian didasarkan karena ada penurunan pendapatan yang diperoleh perusahaan khususnya 3 tahun terakhir. Dari fenomena tersebut maka perlu dilakukan pembuktian dan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pusposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel didasarkan kriteria atau pertimbangan antara lain : karyawan tetap PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang dengan masa kerja minimal 5 tahun, berpendidikan minimal SMA dan bekerja di bagian produksi. Hasil pengujian diperoleh bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasional, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of financial ratio and earning per share (EPS) on stocj return in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) registered betwen 2009-2011 on the stock exchange. The number of samples obtained under these categories  amounted to 125 sharesof the company. The data is sampled using purposive sample jugement method. The re4sult of this study using multiple regression find that only two variables (leverage and EPS) that signidficantly affect the following year stock return with level of significance 5 percent.Keywords: return stock, leverage, likuidity, profitability and EPS.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage and profitability on stock returns. sample of 30 manufacturing companies using purposave sampling method. The data obtained were then tested using regresion data program. The results show the validity of the data and fit, making it feasible to do the next test, the regression test, test and test hypotheses determination.Multiple linear regression test results revealed Stock Return = -0.031 + 0.787 (Liquidity) - 0.018 (Leverage) - 0.036 (Profitability), with the results it can be seen that the liquidity variables significantly positive effect on stock returns while the variable leverage and profitability has a negative effect not significant impact on stock returns. Figures obtained from the test of determination Adjusted R square of 0.180, which indicates that the three independent variables explain the dependent variable and the remaining 18% is explained by other factors beyond research. To test the hypothesis used the t test and F test From the t-test can be proved that the liquidity variable positive and significant impact on stock returns this is indicated by the value of t is greater than t table. Abstract

The aim this research is to analyze and investigate the factors that influence of capital structure manufacturing company which go public in Indonesian Stock Exchange. Specifically this research proposed fadlowing research question does frim size, business risk, and profitability factors influence to capital structure in manufacturing company. This research population is manufacturing company which go public in Indonesian Stock Exchange in the year 2009 until year 2011. Intake of sample conducted whith technique of purposive sampling and find 101 company fulfilling criterion as sample Analysis technique implemented does multiple regression analysis models.The result of this research show that variable influence to capital structure in manufacturing company is frim size dan profitability variable while business risk variable do not influence to capital structure. Research findings indicated that the more tangibility of assets firm influence meaningless, the more collateral assets to get external sources such as debt, meanwhile the frim size in fluencing capital structure policy is because the bigger the frim size that reflected from tangibility assets the bigger capital structure, in this case the debt of that frim so it can be expleained that capital structure have some influences to the capital structure. Abstract

Background of this research was the increasing of the people intention to save deposit at the banks in the District Juwangi Boyolali Residence. One of the bank that has the fastest deposit increation is Bank of Common Credit Sari Bumi Branch District Juwangi. With the fact that people intention grown because of the determination inside and because the influence from the surrounding behavior. The researcher intend to study the factors of the people intention to save deposit at the BPR Sari Bumi. This research was quantitative methodes, with the multiple regression analyzis. The research variables consist of intention to save deposit as the dependent variable and internal factors and external factors as the independent variables. The result showed that simultaneously, internal and external factors has influence to the people intention to save deposit positively and significanly with 70,8% influence. Partially, internal and external factors proved influencing the people intention to save deposit. It is proved by the t coefficients 2,797 of the internal factors and 12,308 of the exteral factors that bigger than the t table of 1,646. Abstract

This research is a study to analyze the factors that affect the capital structure of the company manufactur Public Listed on the JSE in 2007-2010. This study examines and analyzes the effect of business risk, firm size , managerial ownership , and profitability of the capital structure. This research uses 84 observations that met the study criteria. The observations were then tested with normality, multikoleritas , autocorrelation and avoid violations of the classical assumptions. Regression testing result explain the relationship between variables . The results is a managerial ownership and influence in determining the profitability of the company’s capital structure policy. This research has limitations that the sampling period is relatively short therefore, further research is suggested to extend the sampling period. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of motivation, work environment and compensation on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of PT. Success Mandiri Sentosa (SMS), Jl. No. Sentono Raya 20 Banjardowo Genuk Semarang totaling 133 employees. The sample in this study was 57 employees. Engineering samples in this study were randomized. Primary data types and methods of data collection questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that: (1). Motivation significant effect on employee performance. (2). Work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. (3). Abstract

Consumer behavior is behavior that is shown consumers in finding , purchasing , using, evaluating, and spend the products and services that they expect will satisfy their needs . The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of marketing mix and brand image on purchase decisions that impact customer satisfaction Sample of 100 people who the consumer is buying a product brand store Fashion Trend Cardinal in Kendal . Purposive sampling technique sampling is a sampling technique to the data source specific considerations. Consideration of the samples in this study is that consumers who have purchased a product brand store Fashion Trend Cardinal in Kendal more than once . Test equipment in this study using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that : (1) marketing mix has a positive effect on purchase decisions. (2) The brand image has a positive effect on purchase decisions. Abstract

This study is examines the effect of the attraction advertising and zapping behavior effectiveness of visual media advertising (television. )Society in this era more happy to use the gadget than see television, Which result in declining communities close attention to advertising on telivision. When the people watching of television their tend to zap a commercial break (Zapping), it’s not uncommon of them do not pay attention to the appeal of ads served and even avoid to see the other channel. The attraction advertising and zapping behavior that will be used to effect the advertising effectiveness.In this study researcher used purposive sampling tekhnik to obtain a sample of student of Universitas Stikubank Semarang, and the sample size is 86 students. Students later in the test data using by SPSS 20 and the validity of the questionnaire in this thesis is valid. Based on the indicators used reliability test is an indicator of the variabels, the result is advertising effectthe attractiveness positively and significantly to effectiveness of advertising while zapping behaviors negatively affect the effectiveness of advertising, which means more requent television viewewrs switched channels television advertising effectiveness rat will dicline.This study has limitation that sampling periods were relatively short, it has not considered yet main control variabel and other variabels that could influence the effectiveness of advertising Therefore, further research is recommended to consider the main variabels and another control variabels as wel as the need for longer periods of study that may in generalisation. Abstract

This study examines the effect of dividend payout ratios and capital expenditures on earnings response coefficients with free cash flow as amoderating variable. Economic decision made by market participants based on information derived from the financial statements are usually reflected in the market reaction. Response or reaction to information market accounting profit is seen from the sensitivity of the stock price change is called the Earnings Response Coefficients (ERC). Factors affecting the ERC include : Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and capital expenditures. This research was conductedat the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange the period 2009-2011. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Capital expenditures on Earnings Response Coefficients (ERC) and to analyze the moderating effect of Free Cash Flow (FCF).The sample used in this study were12 manufacturing company data dividends for 3 years. The data used are secondary data. The analysis technique used is moderated regression analysis. According to analysis done canbe seenthat the House of Representatives and capitl expenditure has no effect on the ERC, FCF moderating variables influence the parliament to ERC but not moderate the effect of variable capital expenditure on CAR. According to analysis done can be seen that the House of Representatives and capital expenditure has no effect on the ERC, FCF moderating variables influence the Parliament to ERC but not moderate the effect of variable capital expenditure on CAR. Key words : Dividend Payout Ratio, Capital Expenditure, Free Cash Flow, Earnings Response Coefficients.
