Abstract

This study examines the effect of asset structure, profitability, firm size, and business risk to the companys capital structure manufacturing. The population in this study is manufacturing company that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2010-2012.Based on the research that has been conducted shows that the asset structure variable has positive and significant impact on the capital structure. Profitability significantly and negatively related to capital structure. Firm size does not affect the companys capital structure. Business risk does not affect the capital structure. Abstract

This study aims about factors which influence dividend and stock return. The fundamental faktor which used in this study is return on asset, leverage, liquidity, dan size. This study sampled using a purposive sampling and obtain data for 134 samples. This study is free from the normality test and the classical assumption test. These result indicate that ROA has a positive and significant impact on DPR. Leverage has a positive but not significant impact on DPR. Liquidity has a positive and significant impact on DPR. Size has a positive but not significant impact on DPR. ROA has a positive but not significant impact on stock return. Leverage has a negative and not signficant impact on stock return. DPR has a negative and not significant impact on stock return. Liquidity has a negatve but significant impact on stock return. The latest results show that size has a positive but not significant impact on stock return. Key word: dividend, return saham, ROA, leverage, liquidity, and size

Abstract

This study is a study that examines the effect of Reputation and Influence Satisfaction and Quality Services To Impact On Customer Loyalty . Research conducted on the Yamaha customers Flagship Shop Semarang. a sample of respondents in this study were 100 respondents . The results showed that , the first hypothesis there is a positive effect on customer satisfaction workshop Reputation Yamaha Flagship shop in Semarang , the second hypothesis there is a positive effect on customer loyalty workshop Reputation Yamaha Flagship Shop Semarang , the third hypothesis there is a positive effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction workshop Yamaha Flagship Shop Semarang , the fourth hypothesis there is a positive effect of Service Quality on customer Loyalty workshop Yamaha Flagship Shop Semarang , the fifth hypothesis there is a positive effect of satisfaction on customer loyalty workshop Yamaha Flagship Shop Semarang . Abstract

This study is done to analyze the effect of variables variety seeking, price perception, and celebrity endorser against brand switching behavior GSM card in among students. Respondents of this study were students who ever switch brands totaling 100 respondents. The sampling technique using sampling Purposive, then analysed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that brand switching behavior (Switching Behavior), significantly and positively influenced by the variety seeking and price perception. celebrity endorser variable is not significant and positive influence on brand switching. The most dominant variable affecting brand switching behavior a GSM card is price perception.whereas variable small influence is a variable celebrity endorser.For future researchers, the data collection can be performed to consumers on various pulse counters in order to provide more complete information. Abstract

This study is a study that examines the effect of liquidity, capital structure and scale the company to profitability in Food and Beverages company in BEI 2009-2012.The results of the first study showed that the positive and significant effect of liquidity, the higher the liquidity will increase the profitability of the company. The results of both studies showed that the capital structure and significant positive effect on profitability so that loans obtained from third parties can be used optimally in improving the profitability of the company. While the results of the three studies showed that the scale of the company and no significant negative effect on profitability, the more extensive the company is not going to determine the high profitability of the acquisition on the company, but may be determined by other factors. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Motivation, Corparate Image and Intention Trunst in Transaction Brithday in customer intention to Koperasi transaction. This behavior does not only happen to certain customers but all customers that there koperasi.Samples taken are all consumers business comperative “esgeef” Commercial Markets Peterongan Semarang region that has been conducting transaction whithim the last 2 years, amounting to 100 people repsonden.Based on the analysis using the t test is conclude Motivation variable t test value of 0.543 whit 0.000 sig, sig t test (<) 0.005 so it can be concuded the motivation variable positive ang significant effect on Intetion Transaction Birthday. Variable t test value of 0.340 with Corporate Image sig sig 0.000 t test (<) 0.005 so it can be concluded that the Corporate Image variable positive and significant effect on Intention Transaction Birthday. t test value of 0.143 with a confidance sig 0.143 t test (<) 0.005 so it can be concluded that the Trust variable positive and significant effect on Intention Transaction Birthday.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to examine the effect of liquidity, leverage, and profitability on dividend payout ratio. This research is focused on manufacturing company at Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009, 2010, and 2011.In this study, researchers used purposive sampling and obtain a sample of 39 sample companies. The analysis data use multiple regression model. The result show that Liquidity (Cash Ratio) has positive and no significant effect, Leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio) has negative and significant effect, and than Profitability (ROE) has positive and no significant effect. The Adjusted R Square is 0,220. It means that 22% variation of Dividend Payout Ratio influenced by the Cash Ratio, DER, and ROE, while the rest of 78% influenced by other factors which are not included in the model. Abstract

This studyanalyzed the effects ofwork motivation, leadership, work environmenton employee performance. The research objectin this paper isPT.PLN (Limited) APJ Semarang. Sampling technique in this study is the use of purposive sampling of 100 respondents in the sample by using the method of data collection questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to respondents in order to obtain information. The purpose of the study was formulated to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, communication on employee performance. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis, to examine the influence of each partial independent variables were tested by regression analysis. The results of the research are: (1) Leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (2) Motivation does not have an influence on employee performance. (3) Communication has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Keywords: work leadership, motivation, communication and employee performance.

Abstract

Research on the influence of the work environment, leadership, work motivation and organizational commitment on job satisfaction (Studies in Central Java Forestry Office), take the 53 respondents with a significance level of 5%, the data used primary data, data analysis using quantitative analysis include test validity, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination.Based on the data analysis can be concluded as follows: Leadership highest positive effect on job satisfaction employee means good leadership can be done by a leader lends support to subordinates in order to carry out tasks without being weighed down. The second positive effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction means employee organizational commitment can either be done by giving direction to subordinates to accept any job duties of the agency. Work motivation third positive effect on job satisfaction means employee motivation needs to be given to an employee can be done by the leadership must give direction to subordinates that everything can be achieved through hard work. The work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction lowest employee work environment means that must be achieved is by way of leadership must know the equipment in accordance with standard work already working.Keywords: Work Environment, Leadership, Motivation, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, insentif, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 59 responden terhadap karyawan PT. MAZUVO INDO. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan berupa sampling jenuh, atau dengan memilih semua anggota populasi untuk dijadikan sampel. Teknik pengujian data meliputi uji validitas dan rebilitas sehingga diperoleh hasil yang valid dan reliable yang dapat digunakan pada pengujian selanjutnya. Analisis selanjutnya penulis menggunakan pengujian regresi berganda untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel gaya kepemimpinan, insentif, dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Insentif, Motivasi dan Kinerja.
