Abstract

This observation is an observation that research empowerment effect, work motivation, and organizational culture for servants performance. The purpose of this observation is DPPKAD grobogan regency servants: increasing empowerment affect for servants performance. The subject of this observation is DPPKAD grobogan regency servants that consist of 82 persons. Method of data collecting is population method and sample. It can be looked from : based the gender can be known that the respondents who dominate this observation is the men. They are 53 persons(67,1%) and the women are 26 persons(32,9%). Based of the age can be known that the respondents dominate 31-40 years old. They are 29 persons(36,7%). The second respondents are 41-50 years old. They are 25 persons(31,6%) and the third respondents are more than 50 years old. They are 13 persons(16,5%) and the servants are less than 31 years old, they are 12 persons (15,2%). From this observation can be concluded that empowerment, work motivation, organizational culture give effect for servants performance, especially for DPPKAD grobogan regency Key Word : Empowerment, Work Motivation, Organizational Culture

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of motivation on employee performance, the effect of communication on the performance of employees, and the influence of labor discipline on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of the Department of Education Semarang city, amounting to 128 people. The sampling technique used is random sampling (random) amount to 56 respondents in the sample data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of statements to the respondents in order to obtain information. The results of multiple regression test showed that motivation significant positive effect on the performance of employees in Semarang City Department of Education. Communication significant positive effect on the performance of employees in Semarang City Department of Education. Labor discipline proved significant positive effect on the performance of employees in Semarang City Department of Education, as well as motivation, communication and discipline work together proved to have a significant effect on the performance of employees in Semarang City Department of Education. Abstract

This study analyzed on the influence of leadership, compensation and motivation on employee performance. Object of this research is the Highways Agency Java Tengah.Teknik sampling used was random sampling (random) amounted to 57 respondents in the sample data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to the respondent in order to obtain information. The research objective was formulated to determine the effect of leadership, compensation and motivation on employee performance. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, alpha chonbrach formula to test the reliability of each of the independent variables were tested by regression analysis. The results of the study are: (1) Leadership positive and significant impact on employee performance. (2) Compensation positive and significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality and brand image on purchase decisions Asus laptop. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Stikubank (Unisbank) Semarang, which in 2014 amounted to 1699 students. Samples were selected from students who purchase and or use the Asus laptop. Determination of the number of samples by using the formula Slovin. Based on this formula, the number of samples in this study defined as many as 100 students. Data collected by using a questionnaire. Data already collected then tabulated and tested by using validity and reliability. After fulfilling the criteria of valid and reliable, the multiple regression analysis to obtain information influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed, that the quality of the product is not positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions Asus laptop, while the brand image positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions Asus laptop. The results of this study are still too low to explain the factors that influence the purchase decision, because only limited to two independent variables, while it was still a lot of other variables that can influence purchasing decisions. In addition, this study only examined students into consumers Asus laptop at the Faculty of Economics and Business Unisbank Semarang. Therefore, it is advisable to subsequent researchers to add other variables, as well as increase the population and the sample so much more. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of brand awareness (brand awareness), perceived quality (perceived quality), brand association (brand association), and brand loyalty (brand loyalty) on consumer loyalty on Andoid phone brand Samsung products. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Semarang Unisbank using Andoid phone brand Samsung. The samples in this study using purposive sampling, the sampling technique with a specific purpose. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of the analysis can be concluded that: brand awareness positive effect on customer loyalty. Brand associations positive effect on customer loyalty. Perceived quality has positive influence on customer loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, compensation, career and development of the performance of employees. Object of study in this paper is a civil servant in BPPKB Trunk. The sampling technique in this research is using purposive Samplingberjumlah 108 respondents in the sample data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to the respondent in order to obtain information. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test realibitas instrument. Test f jointly determine the independent variable on the dependent variable. Determination test conducted determine the ability of independent variables in explaining the dependent variable. To test the effect of partially each independent variable is done by t test.The results showed that job motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance, compensation and significant positive effect on employee performance, career development and a significant positive effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of service quality and corporate image on customer satisfaction Astra car workshop Bayerische Motoren Werke Semarang. The data used is primary data obtained directly from the customer in the form of a questionnaire. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Based on purposive sampling, then obtained a sample of 100 people. Test equipment used in this study testing the validity of using the Pearson correlation, using Cronbach Alpha reliability testing and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: (1) The quality of service has positive influence on customer satisfaction. The higher the quality of service received, the customer satisfaction will increase. (2) The image of the company positive effect on customer satisfaction. The better the image of the company, the customer satisfaction will increase. Keywords: Quality of Service, Corporate Image and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Influence Lending Rates, Inflation and Exchange Rate Against Lending At the Regional Development Bank (BPD) in Java. This research was conducted through the collection of secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia and the Central Bureau of Statistics with adequate sample. The results of the study provide evidence that factors in lending rates and the exchange rate affects lending policies in the Regional Development Bank (BPD) in Java. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the dynamics of credit non-bank financial institutions engaged in services Pegadaian. Analysis of the dynamics of the dynamic impact analysis from the aspects of influence Bi rate, Inflation, and Exchange . Object of research is PT. Pegadaian Region 6 Semarang data used are secondary data monthly period 2011-2012. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis with the help of Eviews program. The conclusion of this study is : BI rate and the exchange rate does not significantly influence the amount of credits while inflation has a negative influence on the amount of credit. Abstract

This study wants to examine the factors that influence the purchasing decisions of customers bottled mineral water. Factors that were tested in this study is the price, brand image, brand extension, positioning, differentiation as an independent variable while purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. The study sample consisted of 100 respondents who consume bottled mineral water in Terminal Terboyo Semarang. The data used in this study are primary data and sample selection using accidental sampling method. The analysis tool used is multiple regression analysis at a significance level of 5%. Hypothesis testing results show that the price of products Aqua no significant negative effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Brand image Aqua significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Brand extension is not insignificant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Positioning is not insignificant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Differentiation significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions.
