Abstract

The purpose of this reseach is to determine  the effect ofprice, dissatisfactionconsumerandrequirement for variation on brand switching decision brand X totransferbrandY. The data used in this research is the primary data, the questionnaire as a research instrument, which is then processed by calculation SPSS (Statistical Product and Solutions) version 19. The population in this study is the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Stikubank Semarang. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling, ie selecting samples according to certain criteria. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression.The results showed that there is a significant positive effect between the price of the brand switching decision . There is a significant positive effect of consumer dissatisfaction against the decision of brand switching . There is a significant positive effect between the need to find variations on brand switching decision . Abstract

This study takes an object in a simple restaurant cuisine Pandanaran Meadow in Semarang. The reason for choosing the object of the study is based for the visitors who come here every week to change up and down, and can be indicated that the customers who come here have not been loyal. Of the phenomenon it is necessary to evidence and research of analyze the influence of experiential marketing, corporate image and satisfaction on customer loyalty. The sample was taken of 100 respondents, the sample collection method is purposive sampling is the selection of samples from a population based on the criteria specified. Methods of data analysis using linear regression and methods of data collection using the questionnaire. The test results showed that (1) experiential marketing to the satisfaction showed a positive and significant influence, (2) the image of the company on customer loyalty showed a positive and significant influence, (3) satisfaction on customer loyalty showed a positive and significant influence. Abstract

Perhatian masyarakat terhadap makanan kuliner pada saat ini sangat berkembang pesat.Hal ini dilihat dari berbagai jenis bentuk beraneka macam yang masing-masing saling memunculkan inovasi untuk memperkenalkan produknya.Dalam situasi pasar yang penuh persaingan, suatu perusahaan tidak hanya berorientasi pada penciptaan produk atau jasa yang berkualitas saja.Akan tetapi perusahaan juga harus memahami keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen agar dapat memberikan kepuasan pada konsumen.Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu semua konsumen di Dyriana bakery 7 café yang dilakukan secara insendentil pada bulan Nov-Desember 2014.Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang respionden. Data yang terkumpul diuji terlebih dahulu dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas sehingga diperoleh hasil yang valid dan reliabel sehingga dapat digunakan pada pengujian selanjutnya.Analisis selanjutnya penulis menggunakan pengujian regresi berganda untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen.Hasilnya adalah harga, citra merek dan kualitas makanan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dari hasil persamaan regresi bahwa kualitas makanan  mempunyaipengeruh paling besar dan citra merek mempunyai pengaruh paling kecil. Hasil dari uji determinasi diperoleh variabel harga, citra merek dan kualitas makanan relatif besar dalam menjelaskan keputusan pembelian.Kata kunci : harga, citra merek, kualitas makanan dan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of workload, work measurement system implementation and employee performance awards research was conducted in Central Java Bank Head Office. The sampling method used purposive sampling and number of samples taken based on the opinion Sugiyono (2010) which states that the number of samples using Slovin formula of 189 respondents. Relationship and or influence between variables is described by multiple regression analysis method. The results showed that the workload, work measurement system application and award positive and significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of service quality, trust and corporate image on customer satisfaction debtor PT. BPR Restu Artha MakmurSemarang. The population in this study is the debtor BPR Restu Artha MakmurSemarang. Because the population is not known with certainty, then the sampling is based on the formula proposed by Taro in order to obtain a sample of 100 people. Test equipment used in this study testing the validity using factor analysis, reliability using Cronbach Alpha testing and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: the positive effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. The better the quality of the service, the customer satisfaction debtor BPR Restu Artha MakmurSemarang will increase. Confidence positive effect on customer satisfaction. The better the trust, then the debtor customer satisfaction BPR Restu Artha MakmurSemarang will increase. Corporate image positive effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality and brand image on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty Samsung mobile phone. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Stikubank Semarang who use mobile phones Samsung. The samples in this study using purposive sampling, the sampling technique with a specific purpose. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: product quality and brand image positive effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of empowerment and motivationto job satisfaction STIE TOTAL WIN Semarang. The test data used in this study include product moment test validity, reliability testing with Alpha Cronbrach, multiple linear regression analysis, t test to test and prove the research hypothesis. Data collected tested for validity and reliability analysis method is tested with product moment coefficient alpha (Alpha Cronbrach), in which the results of all the data is valid and reliable. The results of the analysis and discussion indicate that: (1). Empowerment work and significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, the stronger the effect of empowerment work, then the employee job satisfaction also increased; (2). Work motivation positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, the stronger the influence of work motivation, it also increases employee satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of retailer satisfaction, corporate reputation and commitment to long term relationships to AMDK products Aqua  brand gallonsatsub-district Welahan Jepara regency. This research used several analysis tools, such as the validity test, reliability, regression analysis and coefficient of determination to test the proposed hypothesis.   The population in this study are AMDK Aqua brand gallons retailers in sub-district Welahan Jepara regency.There are66retailersAMDK Aqua brand gallons in this study, wheresampling method used was “purposive sampling” with the criteria : retailers in sub-district Welahan Jepara regency were becomig a retailer of at least one year. The results ofthis study indicatethatthere was apartialypositiveand significantinfluenceofvariablesRetailersatisfaction, Corporate reputation andCommitment toLong term relationshipat AMDK products Aqua  brand gallonsin sub-district Welahan Jepara regency. The variable that gave most influencing on long term relationship wasRetailer satisfaction, then followed by Commitment and Corporate reputation.
