Abstract

Every company will always strive for the human resources that have full involvement in an effort to generate high work productivity and can achieve the goals set, PT. ISTANA ARGO KENCANA is an electronics company engaged in distributors and sales. This study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership style, motivation and competence on employee performance, at PT. ISTANA ARGOKENCANA branch of Semarang City. In this study the population used is electronic companies, data retrieval techniques in this study using primary data by census method that is sampling all employees who work at PT. ARGOKENCANA ISSUES. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the analysis shows that X1 variable of Democratic Leadership Style has a significant positive effect on performance variable, X2 Motivation has significant positive effect on employee performance, and X3 variable has significant positive effect on employee performance.From three independent variables are competence variables that have influence most strongly against employee performance. Keywords: Democratic Leadership Style, Motivation and Competence

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of customer retention, customer value, relationship marketing on customer satisfaction and to analyze the effect of customer retention, customer value, customer satisfaction relationship marketing on customer loyalty. This research uses seven hypotheses. The population in this study are customers of Bank Mandiri Branch Pemuda Semarang. The sample in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the samples in this study are customers of Bank Mandiri Branch Pemuda Semarang active transactions for at least 3 times over the past 3 months. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Customer Retention positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer value positive effect on customer satisfaction. Relationship marketing positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has positive effect on customer loyalty. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan kerja, beban kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai RSUD KRMT Wongsonegoro Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang terdiri dari pejabat struktural maupun pejabat fungsional RSUD KRMT Wongsonegoro Semarang mulai dari golongan II hingga IV yang berjumlah 985 orang, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 91 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adaha Proportional Random Sampling. Metode pengambilan data primer yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner dan data analisis menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of product, price perception, promotion and location to the purchase decision. Analyzer used multiple regression, as for to test hypothesis using t test. Data collection through questionnaires with measurements using Likert scale 5 (five) alternative answers. The object of the research is the consumers of Ben Bless Shop West Semarang. The number of samples in this study is 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses that Purposive sampling. The result of the research shows that (1) The productquality has a significant effect on purchasing decision, (2) Price perception have significant effect to purchasing decision, (3) Promotion media has no significant effect on purchasing decision and (4) Location has significant effect to purchasing decision.Keywords: product quality, price perception, promotion media , location, purchase decision

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Earning Per Share, Dividen Payout Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Return On Equity of stock price on manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchane year 2012 – 2015. This research was conducted using secodary data. The population in this study are all manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchane year 2012 – 2015. The sample in this study using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The research proves that, EPS positive and significant effect on stock prices, DPR and not significant positive effect on stock prices, DER and no significant negative effect on stock prices and ROE significant negative effect on stock prices. Adjusted R Square value is 0,508 this means that 50,8% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 49,2% is explained by other causes outside the model. Abstract

The goals of this research are to examine and analyze the influence of brand image, service quality, and perceived value on customer satisfaction at PT. Asuransi Allianz Utama Branch of Semarang City. And to examine and analyze the influence of customer satisfaction on brand loyalty of PT. Asuransi Allianz Utama branch of Semarang City. The sampling method used purposive sampling with the limit of insurance period more than one year and the number of samples in this study were 150 respondents. The influence between variable is described by using multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of statistical tests on research about the influence of brand image, service quality, and perceived value on brand loyalty through customer satisfaction (empirical study in PT. Asuransi Allianz Utama branch of Semarang City) can be deduced that brand image doesn’t significantly influence on costumer satisfaction of PT. Asuransi Allianz Utama branch of Semarang City, service quality and perceived value does significantly influence on customer satisfaction of PT. Asuransi Allianz Utama branch of Semarang City, and customer satisfaction does significantly influence on brand loyalty of PT. Asuransi Allianz Utama branch of Semarang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, competence and work discipline on the performance of civil servants in the District of South Kaliwungu. The population in this research is Civil Servant in Kecamatan Kaliwungu Selatan which amounts to 71 people. In this research using sampling with census technique, because the population is less than 100 people, the sampling technique taken is all members of the population as much as 71 people Civil Service in Kecamatan Kaliwungu Selatan  This data collection through primary data by distributing questionnaires to the object of research and filled Directly by the respondent. As well as secondary data from archives owned by organizations / agencies and literature studies. The analysis method used is data feasibility test, model feasibility test, hypothesis test t-test and multiple linear regression analysis.  otivation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Civil Servants in Kecamatan Kaliwungu Selatan. Competence has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Civil Servants in Kecamatan Kaliwungu Selatan. Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Civil Servants in Kaliwungu Selatan District. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of work discipline , training, and work environment on the employees performance of Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Respondents research it consists of 93 on officials of Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Model analysis the data used was test validity with product moment, reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha and multiple linear regression as using software IBM SPSS version 20,0 to examine and prove a hypothesis research. The data collected following the completion of testing the results all data expressed valid and reliable. The result of analysis and discussion shows that: (1). Work dicipline It has some positive effects and significant impact on the employees performance, (2). Training have had a positive effect and significant of the performance of employees, and (3). Work environment have had a positive effect and insignificant of the performance of employees. Simultaneously discipline work , training , and work environment influential positive and significant of the employees performance.Keyword : Work Dicipline, Training, Work environment, Employees performance

Abstract

The population in this study were customer who purchases the product more three times at Warung Makan Ayam Geprek IdolaSemarang and the age more 17 years old. The number of samples studied was as many as 100 people were selected as respondents by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire filled by respondents. The analysis used in this research is linear regression analysis to examine the effect of partially each independent variable that is Service Quality, Price Perception, and Customer Value to dependent variable that is customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of leadership, competence, and organizational culture on employee performance at Kospin JASA Branch in Semarang. This study also aims to determine jointly the effect of the three independent variables to the dependent variable and to determine which variables are the most dominant influence among the three independent variables to the dependent variable. This research uses qualitative research, the sample used is 50 respondents, using census technique so that all respondents are taken as research sample and collecting using questionnaires with Likert scale. Relationship and effect between variables is explained by using multiple linier regression analysis method. Keywords: Leadership, competence, organizational culture and employee performance.
