Abstract

The purpose of this study determined the effect of leadership, work environment, and motivation to employee performance BPSDMD Central Java Province. This study also aims to determined jointly the effect of three independent variables on the dependent variable and to determined which variable most dominant influence among the three independent variables on the dependent variable. This research used a qualitative research, population of employees was 203 employees. This sample studywas 67 randomizedemployees and collection data used questionnaire with Likert scale. Based on the calculation resulted SPSS 24 of the t test on theleadership variable acquired a significance of 0.379> 0.5, Ho is accepted and Ha = H1 rejected, working environment variable obtained a significance of 0.000 0.50, Ha = H3 Ho rejected and accepted. F test results showed a significant value of 0.000

Abstract

This study entitled the effect of service quality, corporate image, perception of price and confidence customer of customer satisfaction on consumer Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” Sampangan Semarang. The population in this study was customers in Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” Sampangan Semarang. Sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling that technique determines the sample with particular consideration in accordance with the desired destination with the nomer of samples taken 100 respondents. The colleced data were analyze using factor analysis to test the validity of statement items, cronbach alpha of each partial independent variables were tested with the coefficient if determination and test fit the model to test and prove the influence of the partial each independent variable. The results of this study indicated that service quality, corporate image, and confidence customer of customer satisfaction on consumer. But the price of perception have negative effects significantly to customer satisfaction at Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” Sampangan Semarang. Abstract

This study aims to analyze empirically the perception of service, price perception, the perception of location, comfort perception, the perception of the completeness of the product and the perception of the quality of products on consumer buying interest for shopping at Pasar Baru Sampangan Semarang. The population in this study is that consumers who ever bought Sampangan Pasar Baru in Semarang. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method and number of samples to be processed into the research data of 100 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression model The results showed that the price perception, perception and perceived comfort range of products positif significantly influence consumer purchase interest for shopping at Pasar Baru Sampangan Semarang. While perceptions of service, location and the perception of product quality perception does not significantly influence buying interest. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, price perceptions and promotion of Samsung Mobile purchasing decision process in Semarang. The population in this study is the whole society of Samsung mobile users in Semarang. The number of samples studied is as many as 100 people selected in accordance with the criteria as respondents by using sampling technique purposive sampling. Data collection method used in this research is using questionnaire method filled by respondents. Analytical techniques used in this study are validity test, reability test, multiple linear regression test, model test, simultaneous significant test, hypothesis test. Data processing using SPSS Version 18. The results of this study indicate that product quality, price perception, and promotion have a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decision process.Keywords: product quality, price perception, promotion and purchasing decision process

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of job characteristics variable, work discipline and work motivation to job satisfaction of employee of Larissa Aesthetic Center Semarang. Respondents of this research are employees of Larissa Aesthetic Center Semarang who have worked for more than 2 years as many as 77 people. Sampling technique using sampling census method, then analyzed by using multiple linear regression. Data from the questionnaires were tested with validity, reliability and multiple regression tests. The results of his research are: (1) job characteristics have a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. (2) discipline has positive effect on employee job satisfaction. (3) motivation has not positive effect on employee job satisfaction.Keywords: job characteristics, discipline, motivation and employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of each variable of product attribute, brand image and price perception to decision process of purchasing motorcycle matic Honda Vario. The population in this study is the owner of Honda Vario motor matic in Rejosari Village, East Semarang. The sampling technique in this research uses purposive sampling, because in determining the sample based on certain criteria, namely: people who make decision process of purchasing motorcycles matic Honda Vario, and residing in Rejosari Village, East Semarang and more than 17 years old. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the analysis can be concluded, that: product attributes have no significant effect on the purchasing decision process of Honda Vario matic motorcycle. Brand image has a positive and significant impact on the purchasing decision process of Honda Vario matic motorcycle. Price perceptions have a positive and significant impact on the purchasing decision process of Honda Vario matic motorcycle.Keywords: product attributes, brand image, price perception, and purchasing decision process

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), the Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), and operating costs operating income (BOPO) against the Return On Assets (ROA) and stock price (PBV). Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple regression analysis (multiple regression).The sample used in this study as many as 41 banking company listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (idx) with a purposive sampling technique, i.e. with determinant technique with samples based on criteria. These criteria are the banking company listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (idx) of the year 2013 – 2015, the banking company that does not have financial statements year 2013 – 2015 issued in succession, companies that do not have a complete financial reports during the research period, the banking company that has no positive results on variable ROA.Research results after a test of the hypothesis partially show that CAR and LDR have significant and positive influence against ROA and the stock price, the NPL and the negative influence and BOPO significantly to ROA and the stock price. From the results it can be concluded that this greater research impact than PBV ROA as seen from the β value and significient.

Abstract

This purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of store atmosphere, product quality, perceived price, and brand image to buying decision of Distro Horny Cupcakes Semarang. The population in this study is customers Distro Horny Cupcakes with criterian have made purchase of the product Horny Cupcakes. The number of samples studied were as many as 108 people were selected as respondents used purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study was questionnaire filled out by respondents. The analysis technique has been done by using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test,multiple linear regressions test, model feasibility test and hypothesis significance test.Data processing using SPSS Version 19th. The results of this study showed that store atmosphere, product quality,perceived price, and brand image have positive effect and significant on buying decision. Abstract

Companies that want to survive in the competitive market should be able to deliver services in accordance with the wishes of consumers. The companys survival depends on the ability of companies to build long-term relationships with customers in order to create a good view of the quality and brand of the product or service itself. So the quality of service is essential in order to meet customer satisfaction. Quality has a close correlation with the customer satisfaction. Quality provides an impetus to consumers to establish a strong bond with the company. This study focus about is influence of service worker quality, perceived price, and location of customer satisfaction (Study on UNISBANK Semarang Student as JNE Customers). This research is a explanative research. The samples are Economics and Business Faculty students are 96 respondents. The research instrument used questionnaire. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the quality of service, perception of price, location and positive effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Citra, Production Quality and Price Perception Against Purchase of Milkfish Presto Bonafide Decision in Semarang. The sample used in this is research is 100 respondents with sampling technique that Accidental Sampling method. The data which is used is premiere data, the analytical data which is used involving validity test, reliability test, multiple regression linear test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test involving F test and t test. Based on the data analysis and hypothesis test showed that partially, the service quality variable is positively and significantly affected on the purchasing decisions. Price perception variable is positively and significantly affected on the purchasing decisions. Location variable is positively and significantly affected on the purchasing decisions.Keywords: Service Quality, Price Perception, Location and Purchase Decision
